What Happens When the Holy Ghost Comes # 3

starts on page 14] 

(a)	I want to recap Friday’s message.  And I don’t want to run the
two messages together.  And of course, I’m recapping, which simply
means I’m going to take Friday’s message, and sort of an abbreviated
form, in order to help you to understand, more what I had in mind.  So,
the reason for Friday night’s message, was to show that the
identification of the Bride and Christ, is no less than the
identification of each born again believer in Christ.  Now, what I’m
saying there is, that for centuries, we’ve had thousands of sermons,
on the standing of the individual believer in Christ.  Now, let’s just
talk about that for a little bit, so that you’ll know what we’re
getting into.  Now, the state and standing doctrine is a very, very old
doctrine, and I suppose it was taught mostly by Scofield, and the
scholars of his age.

	Now, that is, I’d better put 'standing' first.  Then we’ll put
'state' over here.  Now, this has to do with the individual believer.
The standing of the individual believer before God, is Christ Himself. 
So, it’s not simply a standing.  It is a stand in.  See?  So, that is
standing before God.  And the standing before God, is the perfect union,
one Spirit.  

(b)	Now, Bro. Branham said, “That fellow over there in 1 Corinthians
5: was born again, full of the Holy Ghost, but he got all messed up with
a woman.”  Now, his state was immorality.  And his state was such,
that he must be put away.  He could not be recognized.  Now, that was
his actual state.  Now, we’ve got the same thing to look at today,
that our standing in Christ is the same.  

	There is a perfect union, "he that is joined to the Lord, is one
Spirit." [1 Cor 6:17]  And the state over here, can be…just very, very
bad.  As the prophet mentioned the little girl that had become pregnant,
the baby died in her, and there was no way they could take the child
now, because of the condition had gone so far.  And nothing but death
loomed for her.  So, Bro. Branham prayed, and I guess the baby came
down, and she was just fine.  And yet, within a couple of days, the girl
said to her mother, “Mother, I am going home.” 

	And she said, “Yes, I know, that’s wonderful.  You’re all
better.”

	She said to her mother, “You don’t understand.  I’m going to
die.” 

 

	Now, she said, “Daughter, you’re just a little bit overwrought and
nervous.  I sure don’t blame you for that.  But, you’re just
mistaken, you’re not going to die, seeing you just got healed.”  

(c)	And so, she died.  Well, Bro. Branham got upset.  And you know,
it’s easy to get upset with God.  In fact, the Scripture said,
“…blessed is he…that one, that findeth no offence in Me”.       
   [Mt 11:6] Well, you can get offended with God quicker than anybody. 
And most people do. So, Bro. Branham was offended, so God, didn’t
speak to him…for I don’t know, …maybe a month to three months. 
One day going down the road, he had a vision of this girl and her
brother fishing, and she’d not been living for the Lord.  She’d been
living a life that was very lax.  And she fell out of the boat, and they
just got her the third time up, and barely saved her life.  Well, a
thing is, she walked kind of the straight and narrow way for a while,
and then she went back into sin.  Now, the Lord showed Bro. Branham,
that He had to take her, because the only way she would serve Him, and
you know, just be any type of a trophy to Him, would be to clean her up
and take her.  

	Now, Bro. Branham said the same thing about his brother Howard.  That
Howard was called to preach, but he never would go and preach.  And time
after time, he was warned that he must not disobey God.  That he had to
leave his women alone, and get out there doing right. Howard would never
do it.  So, God saw that Bro. Branham was nowhere near Howard.  And you
say, “Why was that?”  Because Bro. Branham could walk into the room,
and Howard die, …zoom… it’d be like he just jumped out of bed.  No
man ever had faith like that, …that of Bro. Branham's.  And so, God
had to see that no message could get to Bro. Branham, when the man was
in serious condition.  Well, when he got down he said, “I want you to
get out my black suit, (or whatever it was) …my good suit, have it dry
cleaned, I’m going to die.” 

(d)	Well they said, “That’s not true.   You’re not going to die. 
You’ve always escaped so far.”  

	He said, “No, it’s all over.” 

	 And he died.  Well, the thing is this, the state of those two people
was pretty raunchy. When you look in the Word of God, as what becometh a
saint.  But you see, when you look over here in the standing, there is
no way that God can disavow, or disassociate, or disown any one person
that has a legitimate rebirth.  So therefore, there is the perfect
standing before God, when you’re born again, and your soul and your
spirit.   But remember, as Bro. Branham said, …the soul is down in
here, …the spirit is there…the flesh is out here. Now, the spirit
manifests through the flesh, and comes out here.  And, you get the soul
down in here with those inner soul, those attributes in there, they’re
supposed to come out through the spirit, then out through the flesh. 
But in this area here, that the problem lies, because, the flesh is
weak.  

	And the Bible says, “The body is dead because of sin, and the Spirit
is life because of righteousness.” [Rom 8:10] So, there is a standing
before God, we have.  And this is where you get the doctrine of eternal
security from.  Now, that’s putting it in the rough, which is all
right.  But the old-fashioned way of saying it was, ‘be
perseverant’.  Perseverance of the saints.  Really, it’s a
perseverance of Christ…I’m going to make it that...the perseverance
of Christ for the saints.  And the saints have the…what you call the
attributed, attributes of Christ, or God Himself to the believer,
wherein Christ becomes the very righteousness of God.  Now, I want you
to notice here, that as I said, thousands of sermons have been preached
on this subject of ‘identification’.  That’s very, very true.

(e)	Thousands, have been preached on that glorious subject.  But all we
ever got about the church, was hundreds of sermons on it' disunity, as
to its own self, and disloyalty, and disobedience, and poor showing to
Christ.  Now, that’s about all we ever heard.  And it seemed that no
one ever said anything good, about the body of Christ.  But that is
terrible, for how can the body of Christ be less than Christ Who is the
Head?  You see now, that’s what we’re looking at.  Now, I know this
is true because, I’ve had a lot of books in my hands.  And believe me,
there’s hardly a line ever written, or said in defense of that Bride. 


	Now, in Ephesians 4:11-16 It says,

		(11)	And he gave some, apostles; some, prophets; some evangelists;    
    					and some, pastors and (some) teachers;

		(12) 	For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry,

                        for the edifying of the body of Christ:

		(13) 	Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge


                        of the Son of God, (even, the knowledge of the
Son of God) unto 

                        a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature
of the fulness of

                        Christ:

	Now notice, where the Bride is attaining to.  

		(14) 	(And) henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and 

                        carried about with every wind of doctrine, by
the sleight of men, 

                        and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait
to deceive;

	Now, you’ll notice in there, that the Bride is actually victimized by
Satan’s own ministers, who lie in wait to deceive.  And It says,
“…these people are transformed into angels of light” And remember
he said, “Satan himself, is transformed into an angel of light.” [2
Cor 11:14]  

		(15)	 But (holding) the truth in love, …grow up into him in all
things,

                         which is the head, even Christ:

		(16)	 From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by

                         that which every joint supplieth, according to
the effectual working

                         in the measure of every part, …

(f)	Now where did it come from?  The head. So, the body is no less than
the Head.   Which is your…what Bro. Branham said on, …I think he
preached this on the [Mighty God Unveiled 64-06-20] all that God was, He
poured into Christ.  And all that Christ was, was poured into the
Church, and he talked about ‘the mask’.  Well, the mask in the day
of the Logos, was one person, Jesus.  But the mask today of the Logos,
is many making a unified body.  And It says, 

		(16)	… according to the working (and) the measure of every part,
maketh

                        increase of the body unto the edifying of itself
in love.  

	Colossians 2:19

		(19)	And not holding the Head, from which all the body by joints and
bands

                        having nourishment ministered, and knit
together, (increases) with the

                        increase of God.

 

	Now, that’s what He says here about the Bride.  Then, Ephesians
1:21-23 

		(21)	Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion,

                        and every name … (and in 22 It  says,)

		(22)     And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be
the head

                        over all things to the church,

		(23) 	Which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all (things,
with) all 					(things, That’s the fulness of God Himself.)  

	Ephesians 5:25-32

		(25)	Husbands, love your wives, … as Christ … loved the church, 

                        and gave himself for it;

		(26)     That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of
water by

                        the word,

		(27) 	That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not
having spot,

                        or wrinkle, or any such thing; that it should be
holy and without

                        blemish.

		(28) 	So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that
(loves)

                        his wife (loves) himself.

		(29)     For no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but (nourishes) and
(cherishes)

                        it, even as the Lord the church:

		(30)     For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his
bones.

(g)	Now, you’ll notice that the last phrase of verse 29, goes to verse
30.  Even as the Lord loved the church.

		(30)	For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones.  
                 				(See, that’s our union with Him.)  

		(31)     (And) For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother,
and

                        … be joined unto his wife, and they (become)
one flesh.

		(32) 	(In other words) This is a great mystery: ...

	Well, it isn’t such a great mystery, when it’s boiled down in the
open, what I said a while ago, [2 Corinthians 5:]

		(16)	… henceforth (we) know no man after the flesh: … 

	We used to know Jesus. But, now we don’t know Him anymore that way. 
We know Him after the Spirit.  And so, it is that the Bride, is the one
who has the Spirit of God moving in her flesh now.  That’s why I said,
“If any man says that Jesus Christ has not come in the flesh, is an
anti-Christ.” See?  Hey, that’s good, isn’t it?  And anybody that
doesn’t identify the church, is an anti-Christ.  Now, you never
thought of that, did you?  So, you better put that down as a number one
mark, in your memory, this morning. 

	[Ephesians 5:] 

		(32) 	This is a great mystery: but I speak concerning Christ and the
church.

(h)	Now, people didn’t quite get…or people didn’t give enough
credit, this is a problem. They haven’t given enough credit to the
principle or the precept of the vertical and the horizontal.  See?  
They thought the vertical was there.  But then, from then on, it came to
a dead end.  See?  Now that, was one thing we saw the other day, and
tried to put on the board for you. That we had here…this typifies God,
and …here’s the Word, and …open Book…and here are the people,
coming on down here, receiving the Holy Spirit, and getting joined back
to God.  (Pardon me, I forgot to put those there, because, that belongs
here.)   Then we put it down here, as a dead end.  

Well, you see, it’s not a dead end.  

	If that were a dead end, then, you’d just have these all hanging
here.  But the point is, it isn’t a dead end, because it’s really
one.  Now, they maintain their individuality, and their differences and
all, but there is still a unity, which is the same unity that makes God
and the believer one in the Spirit, as the same Spirit, makes these one.
 See?  Because you’ve got the same Father, and you can’t worry about
the same mother, because the mother comes out of the Father.  So,
whichever way you want to put it.  You put the mother, the Word, is you
want.  The Spirit of God coming down by the Word, quickening what is in
here, bringing forth a united body.  

(i)  	Now, the horizontal is no less than the vertical.  Now, see in
here, where I showed you we had this all coming down and I was coming
down here equally, so we can get a horizontal.  Here’s your vertical
here…See? ...and here’s your horizontal here.  Well, the horizontal,
is no less than the vertical.  A lot of people seem to think that the
vertical runs out of steam, when it gets here.  Well, if it runs out of
steam here, then it couldn’t have been worth a plug nickel up here. 
So, I’m trying to show you, if there’s an identification for here,
then the identification goes plumb across.  You don’t lose one little
bit, in the identification.  See?  So, if I’m joined to Him, and I
become a Christ, as Bro. Branham said, “A Miss Jesus, or a
Messiah-ettes.” Then what does this make her?  You see?    

	Now, so there is…the horizontal is no less than the vertical.  For it
is one and the same.  Now, with that, just think in terms of the
possibility here…which is not a possibility.  But is a reality, of the
multiplication.  Now, you get a multiplication of the one member to one,
and all members to each other.  And you come up with the Songs of
Solomon 6:4.

		(4)	Thou art beautiful, O my love, as Tirzah, comely as Jerusalem,

                        terrible as an army with banners.

	So, this is the same one we saw over there, that we mentioned in Hosea,
that’s where it’s like an army again, on a one to one confrontation.
 And Bro. Branham threw a little phrase in there about that going over
that wall as the Rapture. So, I took my clue from there, that you’ve
got a tremendous Bride at the end-time.  

(j)	Now, so when we speak of  1 Corinthians 6:16-17 

		(16)	What? know ye not that he which is joined to an harlot is one
body? 

                         for two, saith he, shall be one flesh.

		(17)	 But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit.

	Now, you can see there that he is using the symbology, the same as over
here in Ephesians 5: which we read.  Husband and wife.  You be careful
what you’re joined to.  And It says here in 30, 

		(30)	… we are members of his body, of his flesh, of his bones.

		(31)	 For this cause a man leave his father and mother, …be joined 	
				unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh.

	Now, you can see right in here, the two joined to one flesh, the two
joined to one spirit.  So therefore, if God is joining flesh to flesh. 
Notice, spirit to spirit, and flesh to flesh.  

(k)  All right.  You’ve got one flesh, you’ve got one spirit,
you’ve got one mind, you’ve got one everything.  See?  Now, we show
you that in Ephesians…again we have to do it.  Now, let us know
exactly …well I can just hit that Ephesians 4: there again in a
second.  

		(4)	There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one
hope

                        of your calling;

		(5) 	One Lord, one faith, one baptism,

		(6) 	One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and
in

                        … all.

	See?  Above all, and in all, and through all.  So, we can know what God
said exactly about the Bride.  

If you want to go to the Book of Revelation, …and that’s a good book
to go to, chapter 21: 9-11, 22-27.

	(9)	And there came unto me one of the seven angels which had the 				
seven vials full of the seven last plagues, and talked with me, 				
saying, Come hither, I will shew thee the bride, the Lamb's wife.

     Now evidently, that’s under the Sixth Seal, that the Bride is
coming into manifestation, but not on the earth.  This would have to be
the Marriage Supper of the Lamb.  Because  He said, “The Lamb’s
wife” 

	(10) 	And he carried me away in the spirit to a great and high

                        mountain, and shewed me that great city, holy
Jerusalem,

                        descending out of heaven from God,

	(11) 	Having the glory of God: and her light was like unto a stone

                        most precious, …

	Then he tells them about all the gates and everything else there. And
how beautiful. 

	(22)	 And I saw no temple therein: for the Lord God Almighty and 

                         the Lamb are the temple of it.

     See?  You don’t need a temple because, literally, the Bride is
the temple.  With…a temple within.  See?  Now:   

	(23) 	And the city had no need of  sun, (that’s the Bride) neither 

                        moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did
lighten it, and the 					Lamb is the light thereof.

	(24) 	… the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light

                        of it: the kings of the earth do bring their
glory …into it.

	(25)      And the gates of it shall not be shut at all by day: for
there shall

                         be no night there.

	(26)	 And they shall bring the glory and honour of the nations into it.

	(27) 	 …there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth,

                         neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or
maketh a lie: but 

                         they which are written in the Lamb's book of
life.

     So, you can see what God says about this tremendous One here. 

(l)   Now, in Psalms 45: you also get a picture of the Bride.  (I
don’t think I ever did preach from this to you, …I might of, I just
kind of doubt it.)  I take three Psalms in one place, and show you some
beautiful things there.  But, we won’t have time this trip.

  

     [Psalms 45:]

	(1)       My heart is inditing a good matter: I speak of the things
which 

                         I have made touching the king: my tongue is the
pen of a ready

                         writer.

	(2)	 Thou art fairer than the children of men: grace is poured into thy

                          lips: therefore, God hath blessed thee for
ever.

	(3)	 Gird thy sword upon thy thigh, O most mighty, with thy glory and

                         thy majesty.

	(4)        And in thy majesty ride prosperously because of truth and
meekness

	             and righteousness; and thy right hand shall teach thee
terrible things.

	(5) 	 Thine arrows are sharp in the heart of the king's enemies;
whereby

                         the people fall under thee.

	(6)	 Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: the sceptre of thy
kingdom

                         is a … sceptre (of righteousness).  

            (7)	Thou lovest righteousness, and hatest wickedness:
therefore God, thy

                        God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness
above thy fellows.

	(8) 	All thy garments smell of myrrh, and aloes, and cassia, out of the
ivory

                        palaces, whereby they have made thee glad.

     Now notice, 

	(9)	Kings' daughters were among thy honourable women: upon thy right

                        hand did stand the queen in gold of Ophir.

           (10)      Hearken, O daughter, and consider, and incline
thine ear; forget also

                        thine own people, and thy father's house;

           (11)      So shall the king greatly desire thy beauty: for he
is thy Lord; and 

                        worship thou him.

(m)	Now, He’s talking to the Bride.  See?  Notice the relationship.

          (11)      … for he is (the) Lord; and worship thou him.

          (12)       And the daughter of Tyre shall be there with a
gift; even the rich 

                        among the people shall intreat thy favour.

          (13)       The king's daughter is all glorious within: her
clothing is of wrought 

                        gold.

     And you’ll find the same thing in the Songs of Solomon.  

            (14)      She shall be brought unto the king in raiment of
needlework: the virgins

                         her companions (that’s the 144,000)  that
follow her shall be brought

                         unto thee.

	(15)      With gladness and rejoicing shall they be brought: they shall
enter into

                         the king's palace.

            (16)      Instead of thy fathers shall be thy children, whom
thou mayest make

                         princes in all the earth.

            (17)      I will make thy name to be remembered in all
generations: therefore 

                         shall the people praise thee for ever and ever.

     Now, that’s what you see in the Book of Revelation.  

(n)   All right.  Now then, today is the hour of the Wedding Supper. The
Bride is getting ready for It, and that could happen within the very
next few years.  In fact, the very next few months.  I’m reducing it
to months, for the very reason, a year has twelve months.  And if it’s
a year and a half, it’s still only eighteen months.  That’s not very
much.  And two years is only twenty-four months.  Revelation 19:] 7-9

             (7)	Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for
the marriage

                        of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made
herself ready.

	 (8)      And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine
linen, clean

                        and white: for the fine linen is the
righteousness of saints.

             (9)      And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they
which are called the 					marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto
me, These are the

                        true sayings of God.

(o)	Now, and in this hour, if she was ever identified with God, she …
is now, and that perfectly.  See?  As we saw in Ephesians 5: but this
time verses 25-27,

	(25)	Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, 	
			and gave himself for it;

		      

	(26)     That he might sanctify and cleanse it (by) the washing of
water by the

                        word,

	(27)     That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not
having spot, 

                        or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it
should be holy and without 				blemish.

         Now, Bro. Branham brought that to our attention, in the Seals. 
When he said in                Matthew 5:48.

	(48)	(That) Be (thou) perfect, even as your Father which  is in heaven 
				is perfect.

 (p)  Now, he said, “If God required it, then God would have to be
responsible in doing it.” And he said, “How can you make a man a
sinner, when the Blood of Jesus Christ scatters sin, until there be no
evidence?”  

      So, you see we have the end of the day now that God Himself is
able to be here with the Bride, that is washed in the Blood of the Lamb.
 Sanctified by the Word, and so on.  Again, Bro. Branham preached on
uniting time, and [Uniting Time and Sign 63-08-18]. We have seen
everything fulfilled to know that there is a union which is in progress
now, that will take the Bride into the Marriage Supper.  It’s now time
to see, that Bride through the eyes of Malachi 4:5-6, which we won’t
bother to look at, because you know that’s ‘turning the hearts of
the children back to the fathers'.

   It’s time to see the Bride, through the eyes of the prophet.  And
turn our mechanical faith, to the true vision of unity, which the Word
says exists in the Bride.  Which man does not want to take into
consideration, because he will not give the Bride credit for her state,
and her standing.  It’s just like the legalists, all they can do is
talk about your state, but they can’t talk about your standing.  

(q)   So, when the Scripture says, “No man can pluck you out of My
Father’s hand.”  [Jn 10:28] They say, “Yeah, but, you’re a
man.”  See?  So that, no man can do it, but you can do it yourself. 
In other words, you’re a man, and your own rights and privileges, you
could do it.  But that’s not true, because if they followed true with
they’re saying,  “If you are a man, then no man including yourself,
can pluck you out.”  See?  

     Now in 2 Corinthians 4:15-18  

	(15)	For all things are for your sakes, that the abundant grace might 

                        through the thanksgiving of many redound to the
glory of God.

	(16)     For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man
perish, 

                        yet the inward man is renewed day by day.

	

	(17)     For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh
for us

                        a far more exceeding and eternal weight of
glory;

     Now, that’s the Scripture says, that if you don’t suffer with
Him, you won’t share in the glory that you are allowed, being a son.  

	(18)     While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the
things 

                        which are not seen: for the things which are
seen are temporal; 

                        but the things which are not seen are eternal.

     Now, that is just a lot of hogwash, unless you know what He’s
talking about.  You say, "Well,  I’m going to look at the things that
are unseen." Well, how in the world will you know what you’re looking
at it they can’t be seen?  He’s talking about the fact that things
in the Word here, that you don’t see manifested, you’ve got to stand
on them, that they’re there.  See?  Now, what’s there, is what
we’re talking about, is a perfection.  And here’s where people
always miss the boat, there can be no glory…exceeding weight of glory,
there can be no change, until people deliberately began to look with
mechanical faith.  That’s why Pentecost won’t do us any good. 
Everything is by emotion.  And the mind cannot afford to become
emotional.  When you become emotional, you’ll scatter. See?  It
won’t work.  

(r)  Now, with that we compare 2 Corinthians 3:15-18, And It says,  

	(15)	But even unto this day, when Moses is read, the vail is upon (the)

                        heart.

 	(16)     Nevertheless when it (the heart, of which I believe is
actually

                        the mind there) shall turn to the Lord, the vail
shall be taken away.

	(17)     Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord
is, 

                        there is liberty.

	(18)     But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory
of the

                        Lord, are changed into the same image from glory
to glory, even …

                        by the Spirit of the Lord.

     Now, It tells you here, it’s going to take the Spirit of God to
do It.  And it tells you that you’ve got to look at that which you do
not see, which is over here, that It says, you’re looking in the Word.
 And what you don’t see, you’ve got to believe.  That’s what I
tried to get across on Eternal Life.  You cannot disassociate your
mortal body from Eternal Life.  Because that’s what zoe is.  It’s
not another kind of a life.  It’s what God gave, and glorified by His
own eternality.  So, we’ll be here as living members, for billions and
billions of years.  Now, don’t try to figure it out, just believe it. 
If you try to figure it out in the light of your own circumstances, your
own egos, and your own interests, you’ll say,  “Well, blah, who can
only stand so much for so long?”  Well, under these conditions, nobody
can stand anything for too long.   But under the right conditions, there
is no way It’ll wear off.   So, you see, you’re looking at that
which you don’t see, as in your hand.  “For what a man seeth, does
he yet hope for?” [Rom 8:24] That’s what He’s trying to tell you
in these words see here, and seeing is part of the understanding.  So,
what you understand here in the Word at this hour, that is exactly
what's going to come into being.  

(s)  Now, our  recognized oneness with God, and our recognized oneness
with each other, makes the true knowledge of one Spirit, and one body
with Christ, as the Head.  Now, right away I know the same old thing
obtains.  See, what I’m looking at in this guy?  I’m looking at that
guy.  I look at preachers, you look at preachers, you look at each
other, and you say, “Yuck!”  Right away you blow it. Because
you’re doing exactly what God said not to do.  Which, is going your
own way.  

      Now, if we begin to see what we’re talking about, this
identification, to begin to get it.  Now, let me get you a picture here.
 When you start looking from the top up, you say, “Phooey.”  So,
you’ve got to look from the top down.  Now, let’s get a picture
here.  The top is down.  If you’re going to try to tell me, that the
prophet William Branham, had an eye, and it was not this eye, you’re
talking to the wrong guy. 

      Now, I’ll tell you another thing.  You may be in the position,
where you think certain guys running around, are interposing themselves
here, you’re supposed to hear them. I’ve got new for you,  you’re
deader than a do-do.  You’re not born again.  You’re just sitting
here wasting my time, the preacher’s time, and everybody else’s
time.  

(t)   He has come down.  See?  And He used the prophet.  Now, if when
you look from the top down, through the Blood of Jesus Christ, (see) and
the union by the Holy Ghost, God’s seeing Himself.  The same eye here,
allows Him to stand in the midst of us, without you and me having to
crawl under a rug.  So therefore, this is the hour when we see from the
top down.  Because the top is down, and it’s eye to eye.  Because the
Scripture says "we’re going to know as we’re known." [1 Cor 13:12] 
And He showed that we’re known, by the fact that a prophet came and
said, “You couldn’t hide if you tried,” which five million people,
one at a time, couldn’t hide.  And It says that is the One with whom
we have to do, which is the Word.  So, the Word is back here again.  

     So, as you see from the top down, which is true, eye to eye, He
becomes unveiled.  And in Him, is the Resurrection, in Him is the Bride,
in Him is everything, and they in Him.  Now, that’s what we’re told
you look at.  Though, we’re too busy crudding around, …I know I
can’t change your minds, but I can’t even change my own mind. 
It’s got to take a work of grace, and you’ve got to kind of work on
this thing. To get the mind under control, but sure as I stand here,
there’s going to be ninety-nine percent like Ivory soap, is going to
leave here looking at each other.  And it’s going to do you a world
of… You got a gut ache, headache, all spiritually speaking, and
backslide.  No way. 

(u)   Now, to recognize what is going on and a sense of perception is
okay. Because we are a perceptive people.  But there’s a greater
perception, at this hour, which was manifested as the eternal
perception.  Now, what are we going to do?   Give way to the mortal
perception, or, give way to the eternal perception?  Now, so I said, our
recognized oneness of God, our recognized oneness of each other, makes
the true knowledge of one Spirit, and one body, with Christ as Head. 
Now, that’s why I said Friday night, it eliminates the problem of
human leadership.  People don’t have to go this way, and go that way. 
And the Bride, she won’t do it. Man comes by claiming something, just
stands back and watch.  Because this is manifesting time.  Every spirit
is going to be manifested.  See?  I laugh.  I’ll just be honest, and
frank with you. I’m tired of all this hogwash.  

      I get word out of New York, she said, “Oh, we’ve never been
fooled.  Any spirit coming off the street, we could pin it right down. 
We’d never be fooled.”  Todd came by and fooled them.  The sickest
example in human history, who the so-called smartest guys, that went
around saying, “We never get fooled, everybody wants what our church
has got.”  And they were having women prayer meetings back in 1975. 
Ha.  That’s an abomination.  Huh?  

      Now you say, Bro Vayle, what are you looking at?”  I’m looking
at the whole thing to the Word of Almighty God.  And I see a spirit of
leadership, and I look right back and I say, “There is the leader,
right there. There’s the Spirit, right here, coming through.”  And
there’s nobody coming over here saying, “You listen to me.”  But
they're just saying, "Watch that Word, 

watch that Word, watch that Word.  

(v)  Then I should mention here also, that this in turn, solves the
doctrine of division.  Yup.  Don’t come along and say, “Well,
you’ve got to believe the Thunders this way.  You’ve got to believe
the souls that way.”  I tell you, they can still stir you up, but
you’ve got your own little absolute with God.  Those birds came by and
they quoted so many quotes on two souls, my wife when I heard, her eyes
were going by in the car, we heard so many tapes, just about made your
eyeballs bulge out.  I finally said, “Lord, I ain't very smart, which
You and me both know.  You know better than I do.”  And I said, “It
sure sounds good, the way they say it.  But I said, “Lord, between You
and me, what is it?”  And He said, “It’s wrong, keep away from
it.”  And I kept away from it.  And I ain’t about to go back. 
Whatever that Voice says, I listen to.   Yeah, because there’s a o
Voice behind you saying, “This is the way, walk ye therein.” [Isa
30:21] 

       Now, listen, turn, it will solve doctrinal differences.  It will
solve the gifts, because they all fall into order.  You don’t need to
worry about them now, because you know doctrine and there’s not
anything special in gifts, because anybody out there can have them. 
They just go into church order, it relieves us of the personal
relationships.  Then I don’t go fussing this way, but they begin going
up toward God, so we all know that He is our Father.  Immorality ceases,
the spiritual growth abounds.  The Church becomes the sign of the
Presence of God in the world,  the Church becomes the sign.  Because It
says so.  

(w)   So, this is what I was trying to get to you on Friday night. 
There’s got to be a starting place!  And this other place we talked
about, where there were no sermons preached, is no good.  You can’t
keep talking about the disloyalty and the disunity, and the
disobedience, of a Bride.  You’ve got to start talking about what she
is in Christ.  You see?  There’s got to be that understanding.  So,
that’s what we’re trying to show you.  So, I hope you see It now. 
When you talk of a Bride today, you must realize what she is, …and she
is as the prophet said, “Word becoming flesh.  And flesh becoming
Word, and Word becoming Word.” Now, what that simply means is, He
said, "When you receive the Word of God, you become the Word of God, in
your flesh."  

     So, that is Word becoming flesh.  Then again, It says, “Flesh
becoming Word, that is your looking again into that Word, which is in
His image.”  Which is the image of God, which is the Word.  Then It
said, Word becomes Word, when it all goes back to God.  And it’s in
process, where God, is All and in all.  

      Now, God is All and in all potentially, but never as great as it
has been today.  Because He’s been coming increasingly into the
Church, but now He’s into the Church.   You see?  Now, that is what It
is, and we accept It.  To fail to accept It, is to reject Him, Who is
the Word.  To reject Him Who is the Word, is to reject the Bridegroom. 
And then if you’ve got no Bridegroom, then you’re just messed up
entirely.  

(x)  So, all right.  Now, we’ll go on later on we'll take some of
these points over again, before the service is over this morning.  But I
wanted to take a little time with you, and I took quite a bit of time,
but, that’s okay.  If we get too much time taken up, we’ll just
preach the afternoon, and call the service off tonight.  Do you follow
it now?  The identification for the individual, has been preached for
literally thousands and thousands of sermons.  Starting with men like E.
W. Kenyon who had no equal, perhaps the greatest in the world.  But
never once, do you find those men attributing the Bride, the same thing
that is in the individual.  And brother/ sister, that is impossible, to
have a bunch of perfect people in the sight of Almighty God, and
together become imperfect.  If I am smart enough to manufacture strands
of nylon that have equal tensile strength, when I put them all together,
I’ve got a multiplicity of the same strength.

     And that’s what’s wrong.  Bro. Branham said, “The Church has
never realized her potential.”  And they won’t do it.  Getting their
minds and eyes upon each other.  The prophet was that great man, who
taught us to get our eyes upon Jesus Christ.  Whom seeing, will change
us to the same glory that He is.  Okay.  Who’s your song leader? 
…No…Vinnie, …I’ve got to go back and rest.  

[End of the Pre-service / beginning of the opening prayer]

    Father, we thank you again, for Your light and life which is in
Christ Jesus, our Lord.  Now, we pray Father, You'll help us continue
our studies to understand what You have said.  And therefore, what You
have said, must come to pass, if it had not already come to pass, and
what is already come to pass, stands there as indication, vindication of
what has not yet come to pass will certainly come to pass, because of
‘Thus Saith the Lord’.  So, Father we’ve got a lot of history of
the Word of God, fulfilled at this point.  Proving that It has been
done.  And we know  what has not been done, will yet be done, and we
believe even at this point with the Seventh Seal, It is in the process
of being done.  So, we rest our case in You, through Jesus Christ our
Lord.  Amen.  You may be seated. 

1.  Now, we saw that before there could be a horizontal effect among
men, there had to be the vertical experience from God, with each
individual.  In other words, there’s no use talking about the Bride of
Jesus Christ, unless you’re born again.  I showed you the other night,
you can’t get It by joining a church, or being baptized into a local
church, or any assembly, or being baptized with a creed or a dogma, or
accepting some certain thing.  And this Message is no different.  You
have to be born again.  I believe Bro. Branham saw that when he preached
 The Token [63-09-01], he knew too many people were coming and saying,
“Say, that’s about the best I ever heard of the Bible. That’s the
greatest I’ve heard, and I believe that’s right.”  

     But they did nothing about being born again.  So, before there
could be a horizontal experience, or a horizontal effect, which would be
in a true Bride, and be the true Bride.  There had to be the vertical
experience, which is the Holy Spirit from God Himself to every single
individual.  The one and same experience that gave the believer his
rebirth, by the baptism with the Holy Ghost, that joined him or her
irrevocably to God; did at the same time place the believer irrevocably
into the Bride, which is, the body of the Lord Jesus Christ.  Wherein,
none can perish concerning each individual one.  It is said of the many,
"The gifts and callings of God are without repentance." [Rom 11:29]     
 

2.  You simply, cannot find anyplace where God ever undid what He
purposed, as the eternal purpose of Almighty God.  In  Ephesians 1:10 

	(10)	That in the dispensation of the fulness of times he might gather

                        together in one all things in Christ, both which
are in heaven, and

                        which are on earth; even in him: 

     And It starts out by telling you, if you weren’t in Him in the
first place, you won’t be Him in the second place.  So therefore,
everything now in this verse let’s you know that everything in the
blueprint, from which there can be no deletion, regardless of what might
come in, in the meantime.  It would only serve as a purpose to manifest
and show the attributes of God, but there would be no deletions, and no
miscarriage.  There must be a positive, predestination of the
fore-ordination.  There must be the structure of the blueprint, or God
failed.  Remember, God is not only the Achitect by virtue of foreknowing
the plan.  But He is the Architect by virtue of building what was in the
plan.  “For, except the Lord build the house, they labour in vain that
build it.” [Ps 127:1]  

3.  All right.  This corporate group is known as ‘the Church’,
‘the Bride’, ‘the Elect’, ‘the true vine’, ‘the body of
Christ’. It is called ‘she’, for it is designated as the Bride. 
This group is also called, ‘New Jerusalem’.  And is said to be the
wife of the Lamb, in the Book of Revelation.  And if it’s the wife of
the Lamb, and the Lamb was led by the dove, the Bride can be no less. 
These appellations, describe her and give us an understanding, as to
responsibilities, and privilege according to the title.  Also, let us
know the status.  Which status we saw in the Book of Revelation, as we
talked a bit this morning already.  Each individual that comes into
Christ, by the rebirth, by the baptism with the Holy Spirit, is called
‘a son of God’, a ‘born one of God’, ‘a child of God’.  And
you notice that this is masculine designation.  

     Not only inferred, but, actually gives privileges and
responsibility, as individuals to God.  Each member therefore, gives an
account of himself.  

4.  Now, let’s take a look at the individuality of every member, in
Hebrews 2:9 

	(9)	But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels

                        for the suffering of death, crowned with glory
and honour; that

                        he by the grace of God should taste death for
every (now the

                        word ‘man’, should be in italics. It is not
in there, but every ‘son').

     You notice, that everyone is touched in the singular.  Keep watch,
the singular. Heb. 12:5-6.

	

	(5)	And (having) forgotten the exhortation which speaketh unto you as 

                        unto children, (plural) My son, (you have a
whole bunch of Bride, 

                        but everyone is individual) despise not thou the
chastening of the Lord,

                        nor faint when (you rebuke) him:

	(6) 	For whom the Lord loveth he (chastens), and scourgeth every son 

                        (that) he receiveth.

5.   In 1 Corinthians 3: 12-18 on the bema.

	(12)	Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious

                        stones, wood, hay, stubble;

	(13) 	Every man's work shall be made manifest: (now that’s his actual
state)

                        for the day shall declare it, because it shall
be tested) by fire; and fire 				(will) try every man's work of what
sort it is.

	(14) 	If any man's work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall
receive

                        a reward.

	(15) 	If any man's work shall be burned, (he’ll) suffer loss: but he
himself 

                        shall be saved; yet so as by fire.

	(16)     (Don’t you know) that (you're) the temple of God, and that
the (Holy Ghost)

                       (dwells) in you?

     See?  Your state and standing doctrine right there.   When you’re
born again, you have an absolute perfect standing with God, that none
can perish.  But the works of your hands can perish.  See?

	(17)     If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy;
for the

                        temple of God is holy, which temple (you) are.

     There again we saw what Bro. Branham said the face of the earth,
those who would not come into obedience.  Who deliberately live as a
result of direct disobedience.  See?  They would have to be taken away. 


6.  Galatians 6: 4-5, notice He’s talking about, ‘sons’…those
that are in Christ as individuals.  

	(4)	But let every man prove his own work, and then shall he have 				
rejoicing in himself alone, and not in another

	(5) 	For every man shall bear his own burden.

     And  again in 2 Corinthians 5:10

	(10)	For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that
every

                        one may receive the things done in his body,
according to that he hath 

                        done, whether it be good or bad. (See?)

	(11)	Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men; …

     In other words, judgement begins in the house of God, then what is
going to follow in the world, in the people that believe not, in
judgment.  

     1 Cor. 6:16-17 which you read before.

	(16)	What? know (you) not that he which is joined to an harlot is one
body? 				For two, saith he, shall be one flesh.

     Notice, the two becoming one, so with God.  So, in the Bride.

	(17)	 But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit.

7.  Now also, remember this responsibility to God, is also carried over
as responsibility in the body.  Over here in 1 Corinthians 12:25

	(25b)	… but that the members should have the same care one for
another.

     1 Corinthians 12:7

	(7)	But the manifestation of the Spirit (now that’s the members in
the 					Bride) is given to every man to profit withal. (All come under
it.)  

8.  Galatians 6:10 again.  

	(10)	As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all …,
especially

                        unto them who are of the household of faith.

     So, you can see here, I’m trying to show you, you cannot speak of
the individual, without speaking of the Bride.  And you cannot speak of
the Bride, without speaking of the individual.  Inherently, they all
have the same experience, they amount to the same thing.  The same
responsibility, and the same privileges.  Also, we can note that women
appear right along with men.  In Hebrews 11: Sarah appears there with
Jacob.  And Rahab appears there, and others appear there.  Showing that
women have responsibility, and privilege before God.  Because woman is
qualified as a son, along with the men, when it comes to personal
salvation.  And as we said, when all sons are grouped, the designation
is changed to the female.  A wife whose head is the husband.  

9.  And over here in Ephesians 5: which we used already, we find the
perfect illustration. In 25-32, “Husbands love your wives.” And so
on, now notice:   

	(25)	Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, 

                        and gave himself for it;

     I could go back here to Isaiah 53: the study on the crucifixion,
and in verse 11.

	(11)	He shall see of the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied:
by his

                        knowledge shall my righteous servant justify
many; for he shall 					bear  their iniquities.

     Christ loved the Church, and gave Himself for it.  Now, notice. 
It’s in the plural.  See?     Verse 26. [Ephesians 5:]

	(26)     That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of
water by

                        the word,

     What is that?  That’s the virgin.  

10.  Over here in 2 Corinthians, chapter 11:  

	(1)	Would to God (you) bear with me …

	(2) 	For I am jealous over you with godly jealousy: … 

      You know, He’s got that Spirit on Him now, that this Bride is
already messing around, but there’s no physical evidence, at this
point. That’s where the deeds of the Nicolaitans came in, and the
Spirit came in, then it got into a man.  Then it crowned him, you could
prove she was out there messing around the world.  

	(2)	…I have espoused you to one husband, I may present you as a

                        chaste virgin to Christ.

     Now listen, let’s see the washing of the water.  

	(3) 	But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through
his

                        subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from
the simplicity that is

                        in Christ.

     Now, He explains that:  

	(4) 	For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom (we've not 

                        preached, or (you) receive another spirit, which
we have not received,

                        another gospel, which we have not accepted,
(you) might bear well					with him.

      You can see right here, that this Bride is a virgin of the Word. 
She is untouched by creeds and dogmas, unmolested by that which is
anything off of the Word, as to its actual meaning, interpretation,
context, presentation, the whole thing.  Verse 27.

	(27)     That he might present himself a glorious church, not having
spot,

                        or wrinkle, … but should be holy and without
blemish.

11.  So, over here in the Book of Romans 8:33-34, you can see that.

	(33)	Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect?  (who dares

                         arraign me in God’s court? ...yeah) It is God
that justifieth.

	(34) 	Who (dares to condemn me to death)? It is Christ that died, yea 

                         rather, risen again, who is even at the right
hand of God, (making) 					intercession ...

       And you can see that she has no spot and no blemish.  And she as
a group, has the same perfection as every single individual person. 
Because nothing shall enter into her, which defileth, or causeth a lie,
or, an abomination.  So, everyone is a perfect virgin in Himself. A
perfect one in the eyes of God.  Where Bro. Branham could say, “Little
Bride, you didn’t even do it.”  

	(28) 	So, ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that
loveth

                        his wife (loves) himself.

	(29)      For no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but (nourishes) and
(cherishes) 

                         even as the Lord…

     Christ the perfect husband, now this is His body.  So therefore,
this being His flesh, He is not going to be different from any husband. 
And since God never had divorce in the first place,  there’s none of
them going to be divorced, from within the Bride.  Now, He will divorce
the false church, that claims to be His wife.  But this would not come
to the Bride.  He cannot divorce her. And we read the Songs of Solomon,
which we don’t have time for.  Gives us a pretty good idea of the
husband, wife relationship into the spiritual.  In verse 30. 

	(30) 	For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones.

     God incarnating Himself in a Bride. The Son of man revealed in
human flesh.    

	(31)     For this cause … a man leave his father and mother, and (is)
joined

                        (to) his wife, …

     Christ joined to each member, and thereby to all members, one life
in all members, makes us all one.  Now, you put 31-32 together.

	(31)	…this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, ...(joined
to 					his wife, become) one flesh.

	(32)     This is a great mystery: but I speak concerning Christ and the
church.

 12.  And you’ll bring it right down to the fact, one of the great
mystery's is unveiled in the Seven Thunders under the Seven Seals, was
the mystical union.  Marriage and divorce.  And where Bro. Branham
called her Bride and said, “You are no longer called saints or church,
 I call you Bride, even as God refused to call Abram, Abram anymore, but
He called Him Abraham.”  So, the great union has been going on, in an
unprecedented way.  Because before, it was a matter of God Almighty,
joining Himself to every single person we saw here.  And we saw that
composite which it was there.  But we have the other understanding,
where how God Himself, no longer here, but God in the midst of it.  You
see?  

      So, you’ve got to see the union is running apace.  Now, I want
us to see something here, that has perhaps evaded us.  We have spent two
thousand years…as I mentioned this morning on stressing the importance
of the individual soul which was pertaining to Eternal Life.  That is
true.  That’s good.  Because it is an individual matter of one to one
confrontation, which brings God and the individual into the irrevocable
union of one Spirit.  But I want to emphasize, this is no excuse to put
less emphasis on the Bride, or to put no emphasis on the Bride.  

13.  Now, I will not read the first twelve verses, …all of  It
really…of Isaiah 53:  You can read It for yourself.  But in there you
will find, that he speaks positively in the plural.  That the sacrifice
was not made for an individual.  The sacrifice was made for ‘all’
individual sons.  And everyone whose name was in the Book of Life.  So
that the purpose and plan of God, is not seen as people see individual
soul winning, but they see it now in Ephesians 2:13-21

	(13)	But now in Christ Jesus (you) who sometimes were far off are 				
made nigh by the blood of Christ.

	(14)     For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken 	
		down the middle wall of partition …

	(15) 	Having abolished in his flesh enmity, even the law of
commandments 				contained in ordinances; to make in himself of twain
one new man,          

                        so making peace;

	(16)     And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the
cross,

                       having slain the enmity thereby:

	(17)    And came and preached peace to you which were afar off, to them

                       that were nigh.

	(18)     For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the
Father.

	(19)     Now therefore (you) are no more strangers and foreigners, but
fellow

                        citizens with the saints, and of the household
of God; (Notice the 					plural)

	(20) 	And are built upon the foundation…apostles, prophets, Jesus

                        Christ himself being the chief corner stone;
(Notice the one to one 

                        confrontation, and one to all, doing it all)

	(21)     In whom all the building fitly framed together (worketh) unto
an holy

                        temple in the Lord:

            (22)     In whom also (you) are builded together for an
habitation of God 					through the Spirit.

     Every single one a habitation of God and all together, a tremendous
habitation.  (In the plural) 

14.  And again in Ephesians 1:22-23

	(22)	And … put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head
over

                        all things the church,

	(23)     Which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all in all.

        As God is the headship of every single person.  So, He is that
headship in a magnified way to the Bride.  

15.  Then again Hebrews  2:9-13, (reading one verse we saw before.)

	(9)	But we see Jesus, … (tasting) death for every (son).

	(10)     For it became him, for whom are all things, and by whom are
all things, 

                        in bringing many sons unto glory, to make the
captain of their salvation

                        perfect through sufferings.

	(11)     For both he that sanctifieth and they who are sanctified are
all of one: 				for which cause he is not ashamed to call them brethren,

	(12)     Saying, I will declare thy name unto my brethren, in the midst
of the 				church will I sing praise unto thee.

	(13)     And again, I will put my trust in him. And again, Behold I and
the 					children which God hath given me.

     I want to tell you something brother/sister, unless I missed my
guess, for what God has shown me over the last year, that’s  going on
right now.  That’s going on right now.  Not some time in the future,
though I wouldn’t say it couldn’t repeat.  We are now in that hour
that we dare not divide 1 Corinthians 3:8 from 1 Corinthians 3:5,7.   

16.  Let’s go back to 1 Corinthians 3: (and we look at verse 8.)

	(8)	Now he that (plants) and he that (waters) are one: and every man 		
		shall receive his own reward according to his own labour.

         Now, we can’t look up here.  

	

	(5)	(For) Who then is Paul, and who is Apollos, but ministers by whom 	
		(you)  believed, even as the Lord gave to every man?

     Now notice what he is saying, what did He give this to these men
for?  He gave It to these men as Paul explains in Ephesians, in order to
bring where the church has got to go.  Now he said.  

	(6)	I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase.

     	(7)	So then is he that neither (plants) anything, neither he that
(waters), 				but God that giveth the increase. 

 

	(8)	Now he that (plants) and he that (waters) are one: and every man
shall 

                        receive his own reward according to his own
labour.

       Now, you’ll notice in here, he says, they’re ‘one’.  That
doesn’t mean you’re just of one.  There is a oneness that is to be
recognized there.  See?  

      All right. For the whole Bride is now involved in the final call
of history.  See?  If it’s too much if you don’t understand the
importance of the unity, and what unity we have achieved today, you are
bound to split over personality. Oh, this one’s got that, and that
one’s got that.  You’ll never see that they’re one.  

17.  Now, I’m going to show you over here in the Book of Revelation
22:16-17, where we are today.  Now:

	(16)	I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in 

                        the churches…

     Now, that's the Message I believe William Branham at the end-time,
not just some spiritual resource.  

	(16)	 …I am the root and the offspring of David, (he said) the bright
and 

                        morning star.

	(17)     And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that
heareth

                        (and hears to understand) …Come. And let him
that is athirst come. 

                        (To the identified Bride, with the identified
Christ) And whosoever

                        will, let him take the water of life freely.

      And I believe that has to do right now, with the water of life
that’s flowing around the roots of the Tree of Life, which is now come
back upon the earth, to be nourished and to give us nourishment.  To
make us one, like unto Him.  Now, there is a united call, and as of one 
                  Voice.  Notice, there is an emphasis, that it’s a
united call.  As of one Voice, going out today.  

18.  And Ephesians 4:4-6 is risen amongst us.  See?

	(4)	There is one body, one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope

                        of your calling;

     What is your hope today?  Gifts or something else?  

	(5) 	One Lord, one faith, one baptism,

	(6) 	One God. Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in

                        you all. (See?)  

      You can’t take anyone thing and major anymore the whole thing
has come into a complete melting pot of originality.  That was original.
 See?  

19.  All right, uniting time is here. And the purpose of it, is the
completion of John 14:20.  All right  John 14:20

	(20)	At that day (you) shall know that I am in my Father, and (you) in
me, and

                        I in you.

     And also: John 17:21, 23-26 (okay)

	(21)	That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in
thee, 

                        that they also may be one in us: that the world
may believe that thou

                        hast sent me.

	(23)	I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one;
and

                        that the world may know that thou hast sent me,
and hast loved them,

                        as thou hast loved me.

	(24) 	Father, I will that they also, whom thou hast given me, be with
me

                        where I am; that they may behold my glory, which
thou hast given me: 

                        for thou lovedst me before the foundation of the
world.

	(25)     O righteous Father, the world hath not known thee: but I have
known 

                       thee, and these have known that thou hast sent
me.

       Now, you notice, right here He’s telling them, unity is what is
going to count, and the unity is what is already here.   Because if
you’re looking to be born again now, you’re right back at the place
where these other people were misunderstanding Bro. Branham, on what
brought the Holy Ghost coming into the Church.  And they said,
“Nobody’s got the rebirth.  Even went back to Luther.”  Such
hogwash.  It’s not something brother/sister, that’s down the road. 
It’s here.  And it’s recognition time.  

      Now listen, I declare it in Thy name, and I will declare it. 
Notice, I have and will.  Now, when was the ‘will’, when did it take
place?  Hebrews 12: under the prophet.  When the Seals were opened, and
Christ came full in the Church.  "On land…one foot on land, and one on
sea."  And the Seventh Seal broke. See?  And He said, "I will declare
it."   And that's been declared.

	(26)	… that the love wherewith thou hast loved me may be in them,

                        and I in them.

20.  It tells you right there what we’re talking about.   Christ in
the midst of the Church, the Holy Ghost.  Love has already come down. 
People grunting and groaning, and talk about love you’re going to get.
 He’s already here.  The Eighth one, that’s the Eighth step on the
pyramid, the stature of a perfect man.  Brotherly kindness came under 
number Seven. But God Himself, is love.  And you show me a greater love
than God coming down and consorting with the people.  Us in Him, and He
in us, and in the Son, the whole thing becomes one glorious unity. 
Which is what it’s all about.  

     Now, contrary to general opinion, which is in the lies in the
world, and the church world.  Women will never have equal rights when it
comes to headship. That’s why shorter cut hair and men’s clothing,
are for her wrong.  And contrary to general opinion, the church is not
an authority, and it does not have any rights by itself.  You see, the
more the women step out, the more the church steps out.  And the
rottener the women get, the rottener the church gets.  Now,   I know a
lot of people don’t think that the church at the end-time, is going to
be as rotten as you can’t believe.  But I’ve been reading my book. 
I just told you the other day, I read the article where women are worse
than men.  The women took the poll, and they’re flabbergasted, the
sweet nature of women is gone.  Men are far sweeter than women.  And now
they find out among the terrorists, that women are worse than men.  

21.  You get a man that’s a terrorist, he’s got some kindness, he'll
let you go.  A woman will take the gun and bash your brains in.  Like
one woman did, took the gun and shot her own loving father, …
grandfather.  And the men say, “My God, preserve us from a woman
terrorist.”  They’re rottener than twenty men.  Now, if you women
begin to see, why you’re obligated under your husband’s head.  Shut
up for God’s sake, or you’ll drive the whole church to pieces, 
destroy your home and yourself.  You’ll find you’ll go to the lake
of fire whether you believe

 this Message or not, so called.  Don’t give me that stuff.  I’ll
shout from the housetops and I’ll take you by the neck and shake you
until your teeth rattle if I have to.  This stuff came into my own home.
 

     Because a preacher couldn’t control his wife.  We finally sat
down and first thing she said, “You don’t understand.”  Let me
tell you something.  You don’t need to understand. The men don’t
need to understand.  Get back to that Word.  Smarten up.  [BV taps the
pulpit] My wife snapped at me the first time, I laughed at her.  Because
I knew she was under stress and strain.  ...?... …?... You women watch
what your step  I’ll love you as long as you've got God in you. But 
you get that woman…listen, I’d break with any man whose wife is a
mess.  She’ll get into homes. You know what that tells me? Don’t
challenge me, I’ll call your bluff.  Even when they’re headstrong,
stand beside me, come on. I’m not afraid. I'm not afraid, stand beside
me see what happens.  

22.  A certain man smarted off with me years ago, and he was wrong.  And
the voice said, “You can go back if you want and tell him, “He’s
forgiven, if he accepts your forgiveness.”  And I learned a lesson. 
The same thing.  Not like Bro. Branham said, “You’ve got power of
life and death.”  But I know one thing, destruction, in that man. 
How's that, that’s God’s business, not mine.  You think, I go back? 
No, I have too much grace and mercy. I’m going to tell you, the chips
are down today.  You don’t believe it, ask your pastor.  He’ll tell
you, I’m not fooling with anybody today.  You’ll get in every home
you women.  You want to challenge me?  Just say in your heart, just say
in your heart.  Just say in your heart, that you do.  Because I said,
“These Messages, change your lives. You’re not going to be the
same.” I'm not telling you, “husbands slap your wives around.”  I
didn’t say that.  

     I'm talking to women, because it’s your job.  Because that spirit
out there, is a spirit of hell has got them in.  And that’s a spirit
of hell in the church, that incarnates the devil.  There’ll be a pope
come out of America, and I believe he is the antichrist.  No?  Women’s
lib.  Yeah, that’s something all right.  Don, he sure thought he had
women's lib. down pat, but he married a girl, and now they’re going to
get divorced, I guess.  Because he wasn’t quite liberal enough for
her.  Even Don knew he needed a few little things in home. See?  

23.   Now, let’s get a picture true picture, once for all position in
the church.  It is as an elected or chosen group.  Even as it is with
the individual of Romans 9:8-13.  Let’s take a look at It.  A lot of
people don’t believe this, but you’re believing It today, because
you’ve got to believe It.  The Word getting you right back and forth,
and you can’t miss It. 

     The only way you’ll miss this Message, is you deliberately throw
It down and tramp out.  That’s fine by me.  Because you see, I can’t
control, I don’t intend to control It.  Once I lay It on the line
emphatically, It’s no longer my business, It’s out of my hands
entirely. "I’m free from the blood of all men," like the apostle Paul
said.  

24.  All right.  [Romans 9:]

	(8)	That is, They which are the children of the flesh, these are not

                        the children of God: but the children of 
promise are counted 

                        for the seed.

	(9) 	For this is the word of promise, At this time will I come, and
Sarah

                        shall have a son.

	(10) 	And not only this; but Rebecca also had conceived by one, even by
				our father Isaac;

                                      

	(11)	 (For the children being not yet born, neither having done any
good

                         or evil, that the purpose of God according to
election might stand,

                         not of works, but of him that calleth;)

	(12) 	It was said unto her, The elder shall serve the younger.

	(13)	 As it is written, Jacob have I loved, (and) Esau have I hated.

25.  All right.  Let’s go to John 10:16 … back to John 10.

	(16)	(We hear these words) other sheep I have, (plural) which are not
of

                        this fold (In other words, a whole herd of
sheep) them also I must 					bring, and they shall hear my voice
(plural); and there shall be onefold, 				and one shepherd.

     You'll notice, the absolute elect calling, there is no difference
whatsoever, it lies in election.  

26.  Okay.  Over here in Ephesians 1:3, you will notice the very same
words are in the plural, because It said, 

	(3)	Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath

                        blessed us with all spiritual blessings in
heavenly places …

     And in 4-5

	(4)	According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the

                        world, that we should be holy and without blame
before him in love:

            (5)       Having predestinated us unto the adoption of
children by Jesus Christ 

                        to himself, according to the good pleasure of
his will,

      Actually, It should’ve read; "…we should have been holy and
without blame, before him. In love having predestinated us."- "God so
loved the world He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever shall
believe on Him should not perish. [Jn 3:16] The same thing is right
here, that same love, which is elective love, was to that Bride. 
Because (her name) the name's in her individually, are in the Lamb’s
Book of Life, and we're in Christ, and are now in the composite, making
one beautiful and glorious body.  

27.  All right.  We also go to [Ephesians 1:] verse 12, 

	(12)	That we should be to the praise of his glory, who first trusted in
(Him).

     Chapter 3, and in verses 10-11, It says:

  	(10)	To the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in
heavenly

                        places might be known by the church the manifold
wisdom of God,

     And it doesn’t say this time the individual, it puts it in the
Bride.  

	(11)     According to the eternal purpose which he purposed in Christ 	
			Jesus our Lord:

      Which was to bring the individuals of the many in, and it's in
them… it's in them where the Word of truth comes forth and is
manifested.  And the glory of God is seen.  And that’s where
principalities will bow, it will not bow to one person, only one person
gets the bows and the kudos, and that’s Jesus Christ. But with Him who
has a Bride, and they'll stand before that Bride, and He’ll say,
“This is the one that I love.”  And He’ll bow down at her
feet…the Bible says so.  The intention of God was to have a Bride that
the world would stagger and stumble before her.  Present to the whole
world, she being God’s own masterpiece.  

28. [Verses] 14-15.

	(14)	For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus 

                        Christ,

	(15) 	Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named, 

     Whatever Name was up there with Michael.  Whatever Name was up
there with Gabriel.  Whatever Name was up there with all that mighty
host, whether it be angelic, or cherubim, whatever it is.  That Name
which is Named over there, that creative Name Jesus, the same one is
ours.  We are identified with the Eternal of the eternals.  Not only is
each member and the entire body, one of election, but so is the position
of every believer.  Ephesians 4:8-13 tells you, He which ascended came
back, and then He gave gifts to men which were spirit filled men. 
Five-fold ministry, apostles, prophet, teacher, pastor, evangelist, or
evangelist, pastor.   

29.  Now, it is all of God, and it is sovereign, as we see this thing
the same thing carried over, in 1 Corinthians 12: and the same group is
mentioned there in 28-30.  Now, let’s watch this. 

	(28)	And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily

                        prophets, thirdly teachers, …

     Then Bro. Branham said what it was, “Evangelists, pastors.”

	(28)	…after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps,
governments, 

                        diversities of tongues.

	(29) 	Are all apostles? all prophets? all teachers? all workers of
miracles?

     Now, you notice in there, also verses 1-11, which we won’t take
time to read.  But It does mention different gifts, different
ministrations, different operations. But the manifestation is given to
every man, then It says the prophet evolved.  In other words, there is
no such thing as an individual by himself in the body of Christ.  There
was a time, when you were an individual before God, and He filled you. 
From that time on, you’re no longer an individual per se.  You must
function right in here, [points to diagram] with the recognition.   See?
 And with the recognition, the moral support.  Whatever moral support,
may come from God.  Whatever grace, may come from God, is yours, in the
other stage with yourself.  

30.  So that you do not stand alone, but you stand with the multiplied
grace of Almighty God.  Now, if a man began to get that idea, he’d
respect the Church and get some help from the Church.  But if the Church
doesn’t understand that, where’s he going to go for help?  He’s
going to keep going back to God, and fall flat on his face?  Because he
can’t do it alone.  You can’t do it just by a five-fold ministry. 
You’ve got to do it, by the whole body.  You see?  If you don’t
recognize the body, recognize this, where you’re going to go?  Now,
notice in verse 11, no, It goes on talking about nine solid gifts of the
Spirit, which are in a peculiar manifestation, from other gifts.  

     But,  It says, in verse 11,

	(11)	…all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to

                        every man (individually) as he will.

     Now, It tells you right here, you can’t go to God, like Joe
Stiles said.  And why Paul said, “I speak with tongues more than you
all, I would to God you all speak in tongues,” he said, “There you
are, any of you can have the gift of tongues.  So, let’s come and get
it.”  Then he turns around and Paul said, “If you speak in tongues,
you should interpret.  So, let’s get a different interpretation.  Then
he says what Paul said, “It’s best to prophesy.”  So now we can
all prophesy.  And Joe Stiles, lied.   He died.  That’s where the
charismatic movement came from.   I was a back-slider in those days. 
And my friend Freddy Dauphman took me. 

	 He said, “What do you think of it?” 

	 I said, “Part rings a bell, and part doesn’t” I said,
“There’s something fishy here.”

31.  Me backslidden, could tell more than ninety-nine, and ninety-nine
one hundredth percent of the Pentecostals.  That let’s you know what I
think of them.  Maybe what God thinks, too.  They couldn’t think of
it, I knew something was fishy.  Where do you get it, in the light of
Scripture?  See, that you can go to God, and pick this and pick that. 
See?  Can’t do it, is right.  You can inquire of God, and see what He
might have for you.  

     Back when I was filled with the Holy Ghost, I had this erroneous
idea that the gift of prophecy was the great gift in the Bible.  It’s
not, says right here, the gift of miracles is.  I didn’t know any
better, so like a dog squirming on his belly before you might see in the
enraged master, (you know) if he could get a little crumb.  I humbly
shyly looked up to God, and I said, “Lord, now you don’t have to
answer this prayer, Lord, I sure won't feel bad  if You don’t do a
thing about it, (but I said) I’d sure like to have that gift of
prophecy.”  

     A voice said, “You’ve got it.”  And brother, …?... right
down the line.  You say, “Why don’t you do it Bro. Vayle?”  The
prophet said, “It may come once, and never again.”  Mine came
several times.   I’ll tell you later on where the Scriptures is that
says, you can’t run the thing. The thing will be run by God.  See? 
But there’s a place you can butt in and take over, it’ll destroy
you. See, don't tell me I'll not talk about it.  I know what I’m
talking about.  All these guys talk about being with the prophet. I have
one little interview. Mine wasn't just one little interview. See?  

32.  Now, [1 Corinthians 12:] verses 12,13.  As It says here.

	(12)	(But) as the body is one, hath many members, and all the

                        members of that one body, being many, are one
body: so also

                        is Christ.

	(13) 	For by one Spirit are we all baptized (in) one body, Jew,
Gentiles, 					bond or free; and have made to drink into one Spirit.

33.  Now, Romans 12:4-8 let’s get a pick at it.  And let’s never
forget Romans 12: and I’ll take you right back to Corinthians again,
on this very same thing too. Then It says here:

	(4)	For as we have many members in one body, all members have

                        not the same office: 

     Do all speak with tongues?  No!  So, we being many are one body in
Christ.  Everyone, and every one member one of another. See? That’s
what I’m saying here.  You can’t say one without the other. 
“I’ve got a gift of tongues.” Hogwash!  The Bride has a gift of
tongues.  Bro. Branham said, “As long as there’s a true Bride on her
field, you’ll have a true gift of tongues.”  Where did he put it? 
He put it in the Bride.  See?  Everyone here now, It says, 

	(5)	So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members

                        one of another.

	(6)       Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is
given to us, 

                        whether prophecy, let us prophesy according to
the proportion of faith;

	(7)       Or ministry, let us wait on our ministering: or he that
teacheth, on

                        teaching;

     See?  He’s mixing the whole thing up, like he did in chapter 12
of 1 Corinthians.

	(8)	 Or he that (exhorts), on exhortation: he that gives, with
simplicity; 				he that (rules), with diligence; he that (shows) mercy,
with                        	             		cheerfulness.

34.  Now, the Bible distinctly says, obey them that have the rule over
you, who teach you the Word of God.  So therefore, any single person
ruling, is one who’s doing it with the Word of God, he can be a
deacon, he can be an elder, he can be anybody, on top of that, and a
five-fold ministry.  And He’s actually ruling.  Like I said, the
Catholics say, “Rule my sheep, rule my sheep, rule my sheep.”  The
Protestant say,  “Feed my sheep, feed my sheep, feed my sheep.” 
It's a lie, It’s “Feed my sheep, rule my sheep, feed my sheep.” 
Is what It is.  See?  You’re ruled by feeding.  See?  Now, 

	(9)	Let love be without dissimulation… (Don’t be a bunch of
hypocrites.)

	(10)     Be kindly affectioned one to another … in honour preferring
one another;

     That’s why he said over in there in that Book of Corinthians,
they were so all mixed up, and they were talking in tongues.  You know,
it went out, somebody else was talking in tongues, jumping up and
causing confusion and everything under high heaven.  They weren’t in
honour, preferring one another.  Why, It said the one man’s talking in
tongues, you sit back and wait for the interpretation.  And if one
man’s interpreting, you think you might do it, you sit back and just
wait, just see what happens.  See?  

 

	(11) 	Not slothful in business; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord;
(and 					so on)

35.  Now, so Romans 12:4-8 says the same thing, as we were reading over
here in chapter 12 of 1 Corinthians.  It also opens the door, to
unmentioned ministries, of gifts as Irenaeus said, “There are hundreds
of gifts.”  Well who’s going around that talks about those gifts in
that little room, and mentioned anything about giving?  

     Now, you tell me, how’s that got to be tested?  See?  Then if
you’ve got that gift, you shouldn’t be there.  Because you’ve done
got your gift.  Where does It says everybody’s going to get a lot of
gifts?  Here it shows mercy.  What's that give life?  Is that when some
boo-boo’s pulled in there they've got a wrong spirit in there?  The
guy says, “Oh, I think Sis. So, and So is all right, we’re going to
show mercy?”  

     You show mercy with that kind of nonsense, you're full of mess. 
Cut your own throat, and cut it bad, you’ll bleed to death before the
night’s over.  You’ve got to judge that thing.  See?  Now, where do
people get these ideas?  They try to quote Bro. Branham.  But  they
won’t take it back to the Word.  Why?  Because they don’t listen to
what he’s saying.   Now, it’s very important not only to see that
God is sovereign, in placing members and giving gifts.  But He goes even
further.  

36.  Now, let’s take a look back in 1 Corinthians…well I’ll get to
that tonight likely, about 1 Corinthians… Now, I want to read you
something here from Ephesians, so it you’ve got your Bible, please
turn in your Bible, I’m going to give you time. Ephesians 3:20

	(20)	Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all

                        that we ask or think, according to the power
that worketh in us,

            (21)	Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus
throughout all

                        ages, world without end. …

     Now, that sounds pretty good.  You say, “Bless God, I’ve got
the power.  I’m going to do it.  Hallelujah.”  Listen, to the
original Greek.  

	(20)	Now, unto him who in the exercise of His power, that is at work 		
		within us, is able to do infinitely beyond our highest prayer thought 
			to Him, 

	(21)	Be glory in the church, and in Jesus Christ to all generations,			
	world without end.  Amen.’  

     It doesn’t say that you use the power, It says that He uses the
power.  Now, what if somebody’s got to get the healing, and you’ve
got cancer.  Take it off him.  Now, do you see what the prophet said? 
He said, “Even if I could, I couldn’t unless He told me to.”  Now,
what if you’ve got a gift to go in there, and you try to pull
something off?  Now what?  You know what?  

37.  There’s your false anointing come in, because they don’t give a
rip.  They say, “The power is mine,  God gave it, I can do what I
want, Hallelujah.”. Can you? Now listen,  Eve had the power to do what
she wanted. And she did. So, Hallelujah, for Eve, sweetie, I thank you
dear baby doll.  I do thank you for what you did, because you had the
power and you did it. “Hallelujah,” And that's God.  Is it?  Then
where’s all the talk?  You feel kind of stupid, don’t you?  And you
finally get what the prophet said, was a hundred percent truth. But
somebody likes to come along and pull you away, eh?  I’m not against
gifts my brother, my sister. But you would better do it the prophet’s
way.  And you’d better see the ministry is the hour of the Word of
God.  See?  

      I’m going to tell you this.  If I was here for twenty years,
…I’m going to be honest with you…there’s hardly a person here
will really believe, unless they get clubbed over the head, or God
knocks your teeth in or something.  Let people that even at this stage,
lie and wait to deceive.  Now, if you don’t believe that, because
you’re too nice.  You’re all too nice.  Almost ninety percent, are
too nice.  You see, I’ve been there.  I have been there. I’ve
watched, and when you know people over a quarter century, still want to
cut down their own beanstalk, because they think you're the giant. 
Which is the laugh of the century. Then you begin to know, the Scripture
doesn’t lie.  See, I’ve been used. I want to repeat.  I have been
used. Yeah.   Lee Vayle was a teenager, and he was used.  

 38.  You follow me?  You follow me, or do you think I’m some liar up
here?  Certainly, I’m no liar.  I’m not bitter, but I’m smart, now
finally.  That’s how you get your senses exercised to righteousness. 
I’m finally tired of being the sucker.  Especially, when God says,
…which He spoke to me through my inner ear, by vibrating on that
auditory nerve…He said, “You tried to take My place.”  He said,
“I and My gifts, make room for many.”  So, I learned now, it's nice
to open the door for a lady, if you’ve got the guts to do it, because
she’s so independent.  You let God do His job, and you’ll do yours. 
Right?  

     All right.  We’re talking about this thing, aren’t we?  Through
the exercise of His power, He is doing it.  He gives us power, then He
wants to exercise it.  He gives us the gifts, and then demands that we
stand back and let Him use those gifts at His own discretion.  

       And when the conditions are met brother/sister, and somebody has
a gift.  Those conditions are met, with the love and the sincerity, the
saturation of prayer, that gift can be used.  Bro.  Branham had a gift
of healing.  And the angel said, “I give you a gift of healing to take
to the world.”  It wasn’t the Bride, it was the world.   But when
1957, when he was with us in Lima,  we prayed for weeks and weeks, from
five o’clock in the morning until ten o’clock at night, we asked God
to bless.  He wouldn’t let anybody else preach but me, so I preached
on faith, which was my forté in those days, and maybe again, but I
don’t know.  I may start preaching faith again, I don't know. But I
know one thing, on the Friday night, we reached the climax and Bro.
Branham got on the platform, and in fifty minutes there, there was fifty
miracles, for the gift of healing operated for the first time in five
years, and it was the last time to my knowledge. 

39.  Now, what makes you people sitting here this morning, think that
there’s a gift of healing,  to be healed of cancer, and diabetes, and
everything else.  Healing lies even within yourself, the prophet said.
“Just don’t carry it too far.”  And begin to look to Jesus Christ.
 If a gift is necessary my brother/sister, let’s get this flat:  God,
is aware of your needs, that He loves you.    I hate to be so rough, but
why not?  I’m sick and tired of all this jazz going around. They mimic
a fellow that goes to a doctor, then why did Bro. Branham go to a
doctor?  They even stumbled my wife and me.  His cupboard was full of
junk, and ours wasn’t.  Our bathroom cupboards were bare, I think,
but, his wasn’t

      So, let’s go dig his bones up and step on them, spit on them,
and burn.  Hey, come on, let's go ahead. You’ve got big mouths running
around there, they're telling you what to do.  Come on.  If you’re
being cut this morning, it’s okay, you won’t get cut again after
tonight by me, I’ll be gone.  I don't suppose I'll be back, times
running out, If I do, it's just going to be…well, I’m not going to
say at the mercy of God. Does God have pity on you?  That’s mercy. 
See?  

40.  So, here is why we find that Bro. Branham preached the sermon,
[Trying to Do God a Service 65-11-27B] [correction] this to me spells
out restoration by Elijah. Is perhaps nothing else does.  I based this
upon Adam in the Garden.  Let’s go back to the beginnings, …I like
going back to beginnings, then I feel fairly secure, so I’m getting
somewhere. 

     [Genesis] 2:19-20,  It said: 

	(19)	… God (formed everything) out of the ground, beast and fowl…

 

	(20) 	And Adam gave names to all cattle, all the fowl of the air, the
beast 				of the field; but for Adam there was not found an help meet…

 

      Now, you see, Adam got as far… he was up on the scale in the
animal nature. So therefore, he was able to give names to the beasts of
the field, the fowl of the air.  But he didn’t get as far as the bugs
and serpents, and everything else.  He didn’t learn how to deal with
them.  Didn’t know how to work things out.  What he did learn to work
out, with the beasts in the field and those things,  by the time the
earth went into a tailspin with sin, there was nothing there left
anymore.  

41.   All right.  [Genesis] 2:16-17  

	(16)	And God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden 			
	(you) freely eat:

	(17) 	But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, (you don’t
dare,

                        eat of it.)

       Now, here we find here, that God Almighty was spelling out for
man what to do.  And directing what’s in the man, what should be done.
 So, He told them, He said, “Tend the soil,  do this, do that.” And
then when God found the right time, He brought all the things to Adam. 
And how do you think Adam named them?  Because the Voice in him, told
him what it was. You see?  It was God working in him.  Now, I say this,
pre-dated that area there.  

42.  Let’s go back to Ezekiel 28:14,  

	(14)	Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth; I have set thee so:
thou 

                        wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast
walked up and down 				in the midst of the stones of fire.

     

     Okay, 12-13.  (I read that verse first, on purpose.) 

	(12)	Son of man, take up a lamentation (yet) the king of Tyrus, and say
(to)

                        him, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Thou sealest up
the sum, full of wisdom, 

                        and perfect in beauty.

	(13)     Thou hast been in Eden the garden of God; every precious stone
was thy

                        covering, the sardius, (and) topaz, diamond,
beryl, onyx, jasper, sapphire, 				emerald, and carbuncle, gold: the
workmanship of thy tabrets and thy 				pipes was prepared in thee in the
day that thou wast created.	

	(14)	And you (were the) anointed cherub that (covered)…

	

	(15)	(And you were) perfect in (all your) ways…until iniquity was
found 				in thee. (Now, notice that. You see? Stepped aside on the Word
of 					God.)  

      In other words, God had a sovereign purpose, and this one stepped
in, and he wouldn’t want to align to the sovereign purpose.  Now
remember, the same thing happens to born again believers if you don’t
line up, God’s got to take you off the world.  So you may think today 
you’re not lining up too good, well, you’re not too bad yet, to be
taken off the world.  But that day could come.  Don’t think that
you’re getting away with anything.  Because nobody will.  Because if
you don’t go only so far, God will whip you.  And you’ll learn in
your whippings, you’ll quit doing it, "that he who suffers in the
flesh, ceases from sin." [1 Pet 4:1b] See?

Just watch how God’s dealing with you. 

43.  Isaiah 14:12-14

	(12)	How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning!
...

		cut down to the ground, (to) weaken the nations!

	(13)     (You have) said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I
will

                        exalt my throne above the stars of God: (there
you are) I will

                        sit … upon the mount of the congregation, in
the sides of the

                        north:

	(14)     I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like
the most

                        High.

     That you could be brought down to hell.  He [Satan] said, “I’m
going to do it, I’m going to do it.  I'm going to do it, I’ve got
the power to do it, I’m going to try.”  Even when God calls those
people who use gifts when they shouldn’t have in the days of Moses,
…rebels.  Now what in the world is wrong with using gifts in the days
of Moses?  What’s wrong with using gifts in our day?  Using it to the
wrong end.  Using it in a wrong place. You stand up and say, “Well,
look it, I’ve got gifts.  I get just as much …?...  I can do this, I
can do that.”  What do you think the false anointed is all about?  Do
you think the false anointed is only out there?  There’s three kinds
of believers in every church.  Don’t look at each other. Because you
don’t know, and I don’t know. 

      "The foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord
knoweth them that are His."  [2 Tim 2:19] You don't know, I don't know. 
The prophet said …?...  “With thoughts of grace, I count myself with
you.” 

44.   Now listen.  We see here, that God has ordained His Own
sovereignty, all the way through with no hitch.  God has ordained that
worship and service, be according to the Spirit and truth.  That is John
4:  Thus we see every Word of God, must be in continuity and harmony,
with every other Word.  Now how in the world could you have in one place
where God demands that He exercises that power within you, and a man
steps out and does it on his own?  Now, isn’t that exactly where it
all started in heaven?  You think for one minute, Satan would have said,
“I’m going to climb up and be the highest.” If he didn’t have
something he felt could, do it?  And didn’t he try it?   And didn’t
it fail?   What was it?  An act of power.  

      I want to ask you a question:  Where does all power come from? 
God.  What’s the greatest power in your life?  God.  Which way are you
going to use it?  You say, “I’m going to let Him use it.”  Now,
you’ve got the answer.  That is true adoption.  We read a portion of
it, because I don’t intend to read the whole thing.  Read it for
yourself.  Starting with page 171 in the Church Ages, and this is the
writing in the Spirit, that the Spirit of God, gave Bro. Branham.  And
remember, what it was all about.  Now, unto Him Who in the exercise of
His power, that as it works within us, is able to do infinitely beyond
our highest prayers and thoughts.  

     In other words,  you can pray yourself black and blue in the face,
and you can get results.  You can go into a room, and fast and pray,
until you get gifts.  And you get them, and you can go ahead and do it. 
But It says here, the exercise of God in His own power, at His own way,
will do what nobody ever thought could be done.  Did you ever believe a
man stand up and say, “I challenge you to bring me the worse cases
that you know, and I guarantee healing?  Do you think a man would ever
stand up and say, “If God told me to raise Abraham Lincoln tomorrow
morning, I challenge the armies of the earth to shoot me down, if I
couldn’t do it”?  Now, where do you get stuff like that?  Out of a
cocked hat?  And a head full of holes?  A lot of people go around
talking bigger than Bro. Branham today. 

45.  Okay.  [An Exposition of the Seven Church Ages - The Pergamean
Church Age   Page 171]

 	 Here is what I’m trying to say to you:  The law of reproduction is 
                                    	(that each species) brings forth of
its own kind, even as it’s according 				to Genesis 11:11.   

      Now, let me ask you a question.  Who is our producer?  God?  Then,
we’re a species of God, right?  Then you’re going to bring forth
after His kind, how He does things.  

	And God said, "Let the earth bring forth grass, (he’s illustrating
now) 				and the herb yielding seed…the fruit tree yielding fruit
after his kind, 				whose seed is in itself upon the earth: and it was
so." Whatever life was				 in the seed, came forth into a plant and
thence into fruit. 

       Right?  Sure.  Put in us, people bear, bring forth a Resurrection
unto Christ. 

	 The very same law applies to the church today.  Whatever seed started 
		the  church will come (back) like the original seed because it is the
same 			seed. (Now, that’s our hour.) In these last days the true
Bride Church 		(Christ’s seed) will come to the Headstone, and
she’ll be the super church, 		a super race, as she nears Him.  

      That’s before the Rapture I guess, into the Resurrection.  

	They in the bride will be so much like Him, that they will even be in
His

         	very image.  

 46.  Now look, that’s Bible.   That’s plain Bible.  That’s
Philippians.  And if you want to know what to know what image that is,
you go to Hebrews, that’s the image of God, or, 2 Corinthians 3: This
is in order to be united with Him. They’ll be one.  Individually?
Collectively.  

	They will be the very manifestation of the Word of the living God. 

     Now, have I told you anything wrong this morning, as we read what
the prophet said?  No way.  

	

	Denominations cannot produce this (I said it) (wrong seed). They will 	
	produce their creeds with their dogmas, mixed with the Word. This 		
mongrelizing brings forth a hybrid product. 

       I like the word ‘mongrel’.  Because the Bible says "dogs
cannot enter the city, and that’s a male prostitute.  Male
prostitutes. The pope…well I won’t say it…I’m going to be nice
this morning. 

	The first son (Adam) was the spoken seed-Word of God.  He was given 		
a bride to reproduce himself.  That is why the bride was given to him, 	
	to reproduce himself; to produce another son of God.  But she fell. She
			fell by hybridization.  She caused him to die.

	The second Son (Jesus), also a spoken Seed-Word of God was given a

         	bride like as was Adam.  But before He could marry her, she
also had

     	 fallen.  She, like Adam’s wife, was put to the test whether she
would

        	believe the Word of God and live, or doubt the Word and die.
She 			doubted.  She left the Word.  She died. 

    	From a little group of the true seed of the Word, God will present

           Christ with a beloved virgin.  She is a virgin of His Word. 
She is a

      	virgin because she knows no man-made creeds or dogmas.

47.  Now, that’s 2 Corinthians 11: you know that. 

	 

	By and through the members of the bride (by and through the members 		
of the bride) will be fulfilled all that was promised of God to be made 
		manifest in the virgin. 

	The word of promise came to the virgin Mary.  But that Word of

         	Promise was He, Himself, to be made manifest.

     Now... (did I show you that?  No.  I didn’t preach that here. No,
on the Greek. No, I’ll get that another time…I hope.)  This is
fantastic.  Absolutely, the prophet was just word for word in the
original.  

	God was made manifest. He Himself, acted at that time and fulfilled His
			own Word of promise in the virgin.  It was an angel that had brought
her 			the message.  But the angel’s message was the Word of God. Isa.
9:6. He 			fulfilled at that time all that was written of Him because
she accepted His 			Word to her.  

	

	The members of the virgin bride will love Him, and they will have His 	
	potentials, for He is their head, and all power belongs to Him. (I
don’t 			care where he puts that power, it’s His power. See?) They
are subject to 			Him, as are our members of our bodies are subject to
our heads. 

	Notice the harmony of Father and Son. Jesus never did  a thing until it
			was first showed Him by the Father.  [John 5:19]

48. That’s right.  "I don’t do a thing, until I see My Father do
It." 

	This harmony is now to exist between the Groom and His bride.  He

         	shows her His Word of life.  She receives it.  She never
doubts it. 			Therefore, nothing can harm her, not even death. For, if
the seed be				 planted, the water will raise it up again.  

      In other words, you could die, you don’t miss a thing. 

	Here is the secret of this.  The Word is in the bride (as it was in
Mary)

    	The bride has the mind of Christ for she knows what he wants done
with 

         	the Word.  She performs the command of the Word in i His name
for she 			has“thus saith the Lord” 

       Now she doesn’t say ‘Thus saith the Lord’ she’s got it. 
She just does it. That’s her faith in Him, who is ‘Thus saith the
Lord,’ she just does what He said.  Then It comes to pass. See? Now:

	Then the Word is quickened by the Spirit and it comes to pass.  Like a

	seed that is planted and watered, it comes to full harvest, serving its

         	purpose. 

	Those in the bride do only His will.  No one can make them do
otherwise. 

       	They have ‘thus saith the Lord’ or they keep still. They
know that it has to 

        	 be God in them doing the works, …

     Now, he never got that out of the King James version.  I don’t
care if he quoted the King James version, …he liked to quote it. 
I’m going to tell you something, he quoted the Greek.  See?  

	They know it has to be God in them doing the works, fulfilling His own

          	Word. He did not complete His work while in His earthly
ministry so now

          	He works in and through the bride.  She knows that, for it
was not yet time 

	for Him to do certain things that He must do now.  But He will now
fulfill 

      	through the bride that work which He left for this specific time.
 

49.  Now, I know people think right away, “Hey, that's going to be
some big thing the Bride’s going to do.”  Hallelujah, she’s going
to be a ‘whirling dervish’ and she’s going to be bigger than a
million jets, and hounds, and dinosaurs.  I’ve got a Word for you,
it’s not the way it’s going to be.  It’s God Himself, my brother,
my sister.  What He is going to do.  Now listen, tell you what.  How
hard is it to pull on your boot strings?  How hard are you going to pray
and fast?  How many gifts are you going to take to raise the dead? 
Ain’t none of you going to raise the dead.  It’s got to be God. 
See?  Now, that’s enough reading right there. Okay.  

     Now, this is why true church order, is part of the mysteries of the
Seven Seals, for the Seven Thunder Capstone has come under the Seventh
Seal.   That’s true church order what I’m talking about.  Not just
about gifts in there.  You can’t have a random showing of gifts and
doing this and doing that, and be under His headship.  Because He is
sovereign and wants to exercise it.  Now if you can get to the place
where you understand this, and your spirit comes under control,  and you
feel that you’ve got something.  Don’t stand back, share it!  But
know this one thing, it’s not for you to strut your peacock feathers
with.  It’s for the people of God.  I want to tell you something about
prophecy brother/sister.  When prophecy comes, you’re going to stand
back and you’re going to wonder just what kind of a jack ass you were.

50.  You’re going to stand back scared.  I’ve never had it happen
yet, but too bad they...and I've been very cute.  Oh yeah.  I’m not a
bit stupid.  I said, “Now, that’s Lee Vayle, it ain’t going
happen.”  If I said, “That’s God” it’s bound to happen.  And
it happened.  I wasn’t sticking my neck out.  I stood right there and
judged it myself.  I did it in public.  Maybe I shouldn’t have done
it, but I did it, didn’t know any better.  

     Now, the gifts are set in order, and we saw in Bro. Branham’s
life Ephesians 3:20-21.  Little girl said, “I’ve got a dream I want
you to interpret.”  

     He said, “I can’t, unless God shows me.”  Now he said, “If
I pull a bluff on you, and just tell you something out of my mind, to
please you, what about a showdown come, and you really need help?”  

     Now, what about all this blowing of preachers and they can’t
really produce? See, that’s a different story entirely.  See?  Just
listen to the prophet.  Now here are all nine gifts in the prophet, but
none could operate apart from God’s jurisdiction.  That is exactly 1
Corinthians 12:4-11.  See?  Now, the gifts were set in order in the
Church, for a certain purpose.  

51.  Let’s go back to 1 Corinthians 12:18-27, and see the gifts set in
order.

	(18)	But now hath God set the members every one of them in the body,

                        as it hath pleased him.

     Now, right off the bat, (maybe I’ll talk about it tonight)  but I
want you to notice.  Whatever you got from God, is pleasing to God.  So,
shut up!  Now, Eve wasn’t pleased.  So, she became the mother of
‘all’ living.  Not, ‘the’ living.  All living, but Adam was not
the father of all living.  Didn’t say that…big difference.  

	(19) 	And if they were all one member, where were the body?

     Everybody talk in tongues like Joe Stiles did.  

	(20) 	(And)  now are they many members, yet one body.

	(21)	 And the eye cannot say to the hand, I have no need of (you), the 
				head to the feet, I (got) no need of you.

	(22) 	Nay, much more those members of the body, which seem to be 

                        feeble, are necessary:

	(23)     And those members of the body, which we think to be less
honourable,

                        upon these we bestow more abundant honour;
(that) our uncomely 				parts have more abundant comeliness.

	(24) 	For our comely parts have no need: but God hath tempered the body

                        together, having given more abundant honour to
that part (that) lacked.

	(25) 	That there should be no schism in the body; (there isn’t,
we’re all one.)  

52.  Now right today, everybody’s preaching, “Schism, schism,
schism... trouble, trouble, trouble, bad, bad, bad, dirty, dirty, dirty,
awful, awful, awful, disunity, disunity, and disorganization,
disorganization.” Yap, yap, shutup! No schism, you place the
membership. Now,  you can act as though you’re ...?... if you want, a
cult, and everything else.  But you see, that’s not even in the
original.  Now, first of all, you’ve got to have something rise up
within you and says, “Hey, something’s wrong.” God says,
“Nothing’s wrong. You knew there's something wrong, and then you
know more than God...so, you got it.  

            (25)     …but that the members should have the same care
one of another.

     Now, that’s the whole secret right there. The members have the
same care. 

	(26)     (Now,) whether one member suffer, all the members suffer, one 

                        member honoured, all members (honoured)...

	(27) 	(You) are the body of Christ, and members in particular.

     That means, right there everyone is an individual, everyone is
responsible.  But altogether you are one.  And there isn’t anything
that any one person does, but does not play upon the other person.  And
whether you live or die, you live or die unto the Lord.  

     Now, this order was needed, because people tried and actually were
allowed of God, to make a show of gifts, instead of the purpose of
helping each other.  And realizing, that every single one was blessed
and purposeful in the eyes and mind of God.  See?  It says that there
should be no schism, and the members have the same care.  But did they? 
No! 

53.  Were there schisms?  Yes!  Why?  Because they used this wrong. 
They didn’t understand that there weren’t any schisms, in the eyes
of God.  Didn’t understand the unity that was there.  Didn’t
understand the beneficence of God.  Didn’t understand the goodness of
God.  Didn’t understand the purpose of God.  Didn’t understand the
wisdom of God.  You couldn’t understand the wisdom of God, if you
fight against the very things He gives you, that benefit you.  How many
of you have got kids?  How many times did your kids deny your wisdom? 
Boy, they’re just as rotten, by the time they go down to about sixteen
years of age, as you can get.  You let them out in the world a little
while, …if they’ve got enough brains.  Instead, then get married
about twenty years of age.  Then come back and say,  “Hey boy, pop,
was sure smarter guy than I thought.  Looks like I’m the dumb one.”
Where’s the wisdom suddenly come from?  See?

54.  God said, “This would occur in the last day.” Acts 2:17-18 

	(17)	…pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: your sons and your 					
daughters... (My sons and my daughters, anybody.)  

     And in Matthew 24:24-25. In the last days He said:

	(24)	...there'll arise false Christs, and (even lying) prophets, shew
great 					signs and wonders; that, all but the very elect (would be
fooled). 

       Alpha and Omega remains the same.  In the first age, they had It.
 And in the last age, it’s multiplied, all over the world.  But the
Bride has the Word, and knows what to do about It, and what to do with
It, (See?) or they keep still.  This lines with 1 Corinthians 14:6-12. 
Now that’s in putting the Church in order.  Why He said, "Everybody
comes speaking in tongues," he says, “What good is it?”  Why He
said, “It’s no good unless I give my revelation, my knowledge by
prophets, prophesying, and doctrine.  He said, ‘Everything has got a
voice.”  And if you give these things which have a voice, an uncertain
sound,  (He said) you’re going to be licked by the devil. You can’t
contend in the battle.”  Likewise, He said, “You better say things
easy to understand by the tongue.”  

55.  People know what’s spoken.  It just goes into the air.  All kinds
of voices.  But he said, “If people don’t understand you, you’re
just a barbarian.”  He said, “Forget it.”  Now, he said, “If
you’re zealous of gifts, it’s okay to be zealous.” He said,
“Remember, one thing, those gifts are put there for the edifying of
the Church.”  That is, to build the believers up in Christ.  See?  To
help each other.  How are you going to help each other, unless there’s
a Spirit of help, amongst us?  Not a spirit of show off, or trying to
get something.  Your spirit must be, “Oh God, help me to help
somebody.”  I could go in that room, and ask for God to take me back
to the day when I prayed for the sick.  Man, we had miracles left and
right. I never asked for discernment.   That’s off beat.  

     That’s not my ministry.  I’ve got a teaching ministry.  I
don’t even wait on it enough.  Let alone bug myself with something
else.  I know, people like me to do those things.  Last sermon I
preached, where I prayed for the sick, was down in Jack Palmer's church
was a couple of years ago.  Maybe I prayed since, I don’t know.  I
preached on ‘Shalom.’  And I’d take the old saying of
‘shalom’, you know. ...?...and terrible cases, praise God, Shalom.  
There’s more false anointed than ever, Shalom.  Down the line, take
the ...?... suddenly turned around threw the positive in there.  Jack
called a prayer line, there’s just about seven miracles that night. 
And I don’t have a gift of miracles. And  don’t have a gift of
healing.  But if you set your heart with love towards people, if
there’s something there to work, it’ll work.  You set yourself just
to get something, you think you’re going to get something.  Fap! 
You’ve already got something, or God lied in his Word.  See?  Yeah,
too much messing around.  

56.  Okay.  Why was this so?  See?  Because Headship is Christ, in this
end-time.  We’ve got a Headship we never had before.  The very
Presence of God, and the full dynamism.  Now, the Head or Capstone is
down in this Age.  And notice what that Headship, or Christ is.  To see,
we go to Ephesians 1: See?  This is putting the church in order.  See? 
You’ve got to get the things just exactly right.  Say the right
things.  If I’m saying the right things, as the prophet did, I believe
I am God Almighty is just as exactly as I placed Him, and God is doing
just exactly as I said.  And if I can get myself quieted down, where I
need to know more from God personally in my own life led day by day, how
to help people, He’ll talk to me.  

   All right. [Ephesians 1:[ verse 15, Paul speaking to the Church full
of the Holy Ghost, believing this was the hour when Christ would come
back for a Bride.  

 

	(1)	Wherefore I also, after I heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus
(Christ), 				and love unto all the saints,

	(2)	Cease not to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my 

                        prayers;

	(17) 	That (here's what he prayed) the God of our Lord Jesus Christ,
the

                        Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of
wisdom and revelation

                        in the knowledge of him:

	(18) 	The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that (you) may 
				know what is the hope of his calling, … the riches of the glory of
his 

                        inheritance in the saints,

	(19)	And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who 		
		believe, according to the working of his mighty power,

	(20) 	Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised from the dead, and set

                         him at his own right hand in the heavenly
places,

	(21)	Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion,
and

                        every name that is named, not only in this
world, but also in that which

                        is to come:

      It tells you right here, the Mighty Conqueror Himself, comes down
at the end-time, in Spirit form.  

      All right.  He comes down in order to receive the pre-eminence. 
Notice in here:  Unveiling, revelation, "God is the Father of our Lord
Jesus Christ, gives us the Spirit of wisdom."  The true knowledge of the
Word, in revelation.  The knowledge of Him that you may know that which
pertains to you at this hour. To turn your heart back to the Father. 
That is revelation. See? At the same time, He gets the pre-eminence. 
Because He is that pre-eminent One.   

57.  Now, notice in here, verses 18-19.

	(18) 	… your understanding being enlightened; … the hope of his
calling,

                        … the riches of the glory of his inheritance
in the saints, (and listen,

                        at the same time)

	(19)	… what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who
believe, 				according to the working of his mighty power,

	(20)	Which he wrought in Christ, … 

 	 Now brother/sister, it is one and the same Spirit that does the same
thing…(I mean the two things rather.) It is not a different Spirit
that gives you revelation, and a different Spirit that raises you from
the dead.  It is that one, and that same Spirit.  Keep your finger
there.  He is found over here in 1 Corinthians 15:20

	(20)	But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the first fruits
of them

                        that slept.

	(21)	For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of
the dead.

     Listen.

	(22)     For as in Adam all die, (in identical manner) … in Christ
shall all be 

                        made alive.

	(23)     But every man in his own order…

      No use you praying for it ahead of time, it ain't gong to work.  

58.  A man out in Tucson told me two years ago…or, whatever it
was…he said, “Bro. Vayle, (he said) you believe the Resurrection is
going to take place tomorrow morning.”  

     I said, "Certainly not, the sign’s aren’t in.  Oh, should I
believe it could, (I said,) I believe it could."  Now, who’s the
jackass?  Don’t shoot your mouth off.  Don’t shoot your mouth off. 
You get trapped, every time.  Listen, if you had faith for the
Resurrection, it’d happen.  You couldn’t possibly have faith in the
Resurrection, until it’s the hour. Like the one that went way back in
Texas told me, nice lady, I didn't know the Message like I know It
today.  She testified, and she said about that terrible hurricane.

	She said, “I just knew, when I prayed that hurricane turn back.”  

	I said, “Sister, I admire that you said that, but I don’t believe
it.”  I said, “I believe God only gave you the assurance of what He
was about to do.  And it was not your prayer at all.”  

      Come to find out, Bro. Branham had prayed way up north, and God
let him know, He turned the hurricane back.  You see, people get an
idea, there’s somebody going to get something happens. You know what
you're somebody, because God loves you, and brought you in and by grace
He lets things happen. And if you're going to play the fool like the
devil, He'll just smack you down because He won't share His glory. 

59.  I told you right here.  That one Spirit, is the same
Spirit…listen…in their own order.  Christ the first fruits,
afterward, they that are Christ’s when He comes down.  Now, He comes
down in Ephesians.  He comes down to reveal Himself, and to raise the
dead.  Right?  Then whole Bride of the New Testament, is together, and
that means; Marriage Supper.  

Now, [1 Corinthians 15:]

	(24)	Then (shall come) the end, when he shall have delivered up the

                         kingdom to God, even the Father; …   

     Now It says, at this time, something starts that He projects to the
future, and acts as though it’s already done.  Comes the Parousia, the
Seventh Seal, Revelation 10:1-7.  And in the Seventh Seal, everything
runs out.  That’s why It says here,

	(24)	…when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God…

     That’s way, way down there at New Jerusalem.  

	(24)	…even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all

                        authority and power.

	(25)	For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet.

	(26)	 The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death.

      Now listen, that’s the day He came in, He's swallowed up in the
mean time at the Parousia.  

	(27)	For he hath put all things under his feet… (Psalm 8: that’s
God 					when He puts all things under the feet of Jesus.)  

60.  Now watch it, it sounds as He appear, that Jesus is putting
everything under His feet. He’s not.  It’s God putting everything
under the feet of Jesus.  When does it start?  At the Parousia.  Then,
whose Parousia is it?  God’s Parousia.  Holy Spirit comes down.  Now,
1 Corinthians 11: don’t bother reading It.  He puts God, Jesus, man,
woman.  Are you in order?   Can you tell the difference between the
Father and the Son?  Do you know the one Name and how It applies?  I’m
asking these questions.  Where are we today if you don’t know He's
there?  Can you live with a man all these years and not know who he is? 


      Has Jesus been here all these years, since 1963…eighteen solid
years, two complete cycles of nine.  Over two complete cycles of seven. 
And since the space in heaven, the half hour, is about…He didn’t say
it ‘was’ half, He said it ‘was about’ half an hour…is
twenty-one years.  Will 1984 end it all?  Could the Rapture take place
in ‘84?  Could it mean the end?   Space in heaven, a half an hour…I
don’t know.  I know one thing, we’re pretty close.  But the main
thing is this,  I don’t care when it takes place. The point is my
brother/sister, it doesn’t matter if you’ve got a million dollar,
debt this year if you’ve got two million dollars to cover it?  What
does it matter, if you’ve got the coverage? People talk about
this...Why don’t you talk about His Presence?   

61.  Why did they run around in 1977 screaming, “Oh, it’ll be all
over now.”  

     And a fellow said, 	“I’ll tell you what...” I think it was
Larry …?... he said to Don Dirksen, 

“Why, (he said) I’ll tell you what Don, I’ll have a cup of coffee
with you, (he said) “January 1, 1978.” 

	

	He said, “No you won’t.” 

     And I said, "The only way that he won’t is Don he's either going
to have to quit drinking coffee, or one or both drop dead.  Because I
knew that it wasn’t over.  The signs weren’t in.  What are you going
to do?  You’re going to say, “Oh, it’s got to be over, because I
say so?” I could say something there…but I don’t think I should
jest.  It wouldn’t be a jest, it would just be kind of nasty. 

	(27) 	...But when he saith all things all things are put under him, it
is 				manifest that he is (left out,) which put all things under him.

     He's talking about God putting all things under the feet of Jesus.

	(28)	And when all things shall be (the word is not ‘subdued’ it’s
‘put in 					order’) then shall the Son also be (in order) unto him
that put all 					things under him, that God may be all (and) in all.

       Now, you see, this is what is already happened my brother, my
sister.  The church is already in order, and people are squabbling about
gifts, and fussing about gifts, and having a ball.  And the devil stands
back, laughing his cotton-picking head off, when they don’t know the
true church order, is God’s Spirit.  Jesus the man, Bride!  And the
Bride being lined up here. …?... …?... And He’s getting the
pre-eminence.  Because He’s been revealed.  And the next thing is the
Garden of Eden.  Three things, in Christ is the Mystery of God Revealed
[63-07-28] Revelation; pre-eminence; back to restoration.  

62.  Now you see, we are in the midst of restoration.  Because, that’s
what It says in Acts 3: 19

	(19b)	…when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of 	
			the Lord.

     It says, at that time, in that era, He will send Jesus Christ back
to earth, but It says, 

	(21)	(He’s got to be retained in) heaven … until the (restoration)
of all 					things, (see?)

      Now, I’m going to skip some things here, because I don’t want
to go into it.  I’m going to illustrate from the Book of Acts, what
took place way back in the Book of Acts. And what we can expect as per
God leading His people, if He leads them at all, into anything they’re
supposed to do.  [Acts] 2: 42-43,  

	(42)	And they continued stedfastly the apostles' doctrine and
fellowship,

                        (the) breaking of bread, and in prayers.

	(43)     And fear came upon every soul: and many wonders and signs were
done

                       by the apostles.

		

	(46)	...they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, breaking

                        bread from house to house, (ate) their meat with
gladness and single-

                        ness of heart,

	(47) 	Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord

                        added...daily such as should be saved.

     Notice, ‘under God’ certain things were transpiring.  Acts
8:9-17, now this is where the Holy Ghost is given, but hands weren’t
laid on the people yet.  I so…I mean, people were saved down there in
Samaria, and so on.  But they hadn’t received the Holy Ghost.  So,
what did they do?  They didn’t say, “Hey, we’re going to lay hands
on these people, we’re going to do this thing our way.  I tell you
what, I’m well qualified.”  They sent for those who were supposed to
do it.  The Holy Ghost led them.  They laid hands on them, and they
received the Holy Ghost.  

63.  [Acts 8:] 26 over to 40, this is the case of Phillip, and the
Ethiopian.  Now, he could have said, “Hey, I’m not going to go
someplace, I'm used of God here, this is wonderful. It's marvelous, I
can be used of God.”  God said, “Go on down there.”  

       Won one convert, that swung the African nations, the continent. 
William Branham went to Africa.  They said, “Hey, let’s go into the
interior. Let’s have a ball.  Let’s have a great revival.”  He
said, “No.  God says don’t do it.”  

      Oh, they said, “Then you walk home, because we got the
tickets.”  So, the angel said, “You go, but you’re going to suffer
for it.”  Notice, they didn’t suffer.  Their suffering came later,
or will come.  And Bro. Branham went there against the will of God.  And
a big storm washed everything out.  Now, where’s your big cry for
souls, that say, “Oh God, we’re going to win continents.  We're
going to do this, we’re going to do it Lord, because Your Word test so
and so.”  But the Word says something else.  As many as were ordained
to believe.  And those who were not ordained, didn’t believe. And if
they believed without being ordained, what does it do for them?   Even
that goes for those that are in the ages to come after the White Throne
Judgement.  

64.  Okay.  Let’s just hop over here to the, Acts 13:2 

	(2)	As they ministered to the Lord, and fasted, the Holy Ghost said, 

                        Separate me Barnabas and Saul for the work  (I
called them 					unto.)

       God called them.  I wonder if God separated them?  God wasn’t
in it to separate them.  But it had to be that way, because you see,
Barnabas stood with the wrong thing.  I want to tell you something: 
They didn’t care if the whole church, and the whole world knew they
had a fight.  Paul had to go his way. It wasn’t until years later he
said, “I’ll settle with John-Mark,” he said, “Bring him along,
it's okay.” But he had to see the guys stand up.  

      Let me tell you something brother/sister, we’re coming to an age
where people take their stand, then stand back and watch.  Don’t be
one of those lovey, lovey, dovey, dovey’s.  Because if you do, you
ain’t worth nothing to yourself, your family, God, the nation, or
anything else.  I don’t even think the devil can use you too good. 
Although I couldn’t say that, because that’s the charismatic Roman
Catholic precept.  Lovey dovey, lovey dovey.  Yeah. He wants them all.  

65.  Acts 14:8-10

 	(8)	...a certain man at Lystra, impotent in his feet, being a cripple
from 				his mother's womb, never walked:

	(9)       ...heard Paul speak: who stedfastly beholding him, perceiving
he 					had faith to be healed,

     Now, he had to perceive something from the Holy Ghost.  

	(10) 	Said… (get up on your) feet…

     You say that to somebody that hasn’t got faith.  Paul wasn’t
manifesting a gift of healing here, and some miracles.  He was attesting
to the fact of what God had wrought in that man’s heart.  “All
right, come on get up.” He said, "You got faith." He wasn’t pulling
somebody’s bluff.  

66.  [Acts] 16:16-18.

	(16)	...it came to pass, …a spirit of divination (was upon the little
girl, 

                        and she was making money) by soothsaying:

	(17) 	… followed Paul (around, testifying) These are the servants of
the 

                        most high God, …which (show) us the way of
salvation.

     Paul himself said that God said to him, that you’re going to be a
light to the Gentiles.  And that was a devil testifying to it. 

	(18)	(And he took it every single day.  And he got more down, and down 

                        in the dumps.  Until one day God just let him to
cast the devil out.

                        But in the mean time he just couldn’t do it.
See?)  

     What I’m trying to show you here,  Bro.  Branham categorically
said, “In the last day, there would be a Bride.  Who, until she heard
from God, though she had the Word of God, would do nothing until God
said, 'Do it'.”  See?  What if God said, “Don’t do it.”  Do it
anyway?  No, not that Bride.  Notice, 

67.  Galatians 5:24-25

	(24)	And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the
affections

                        and lusts.

     Now, lust means ‘pleasures’, even the affection.

	(25) 	If we live in the Spirit, let us … walk in the Spirit.

     In other words, if we’re living in the Spirit in the end-time, in
His Presence, then we must consecrate ourselves, for only His will, and
wait for His will. Bro. Branham knew those angels were coming.  There
was nothing he could do about it.  Open yourself up to what I’m
talking about.  See?  That Spirit is in the Church today.  Not in
individuals, but God Himself is here.  Wanting to be the Head, and
that’s real Church order.  So, we open ourselves.  Lord, what would
you have me to do if anything?   And if nothing, wonderful.  You see? 
When can I hear? The important verse here.  

	(25) 	If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.  

68.  Which is to begin to show and manifest, the Headship of Christ who
thoroughly cast down, all that is against Him. That's what It says in 2
Corinthians 10:5. 

	(5)	Casting down (not ‘imaginations’, ‘reasonings,’) and every
high

                        thing that (exalts) itself against the knowledge
of God, …

     In other words, everything that you have put over the revealed Word
of God, but now knowing the revealed Word of God, you bring your
thoughts in line with It .  

	(5)	…bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of
Christ;

      Man, the hardest job in my life with Bro. Branham, was to see the
saints don’t go through the Tribulation, because they’ve taken a
false doctrine. Really studied and learned it. I had to have him tell me
if it was ‘Thus saith the Lord’ or it wouldn’t be. I said, 
"That’s enough for me, if you say so, that’s fine." From that time I
believed it.  It took me ten years later, to preach a sermon on it. 
Didn’t read anybody’s books, …couldn’t.  Didn’t have any books
to read on it.  And God showed me.  Of course, another Greek student
came by, of course I’m not a Greek student… he ripped the thing to
pieces. Who cares, it's my revelation, I can do go through if he wants
to, he can. Ten to one he will, and there's no doubt that he won’t go
through.  Because he will, because I’ve believed the truth.  See?  

69.  Now, if here in 1 Corinthians 10:5 makes us bond slaves, the hole
in the ear to the Word of God.  But, it is not like 1 Corinthians 12:1 

	(1)	Now concerning (the) spiritual brethren, I (wouldn't) have you 

                        ignorant.

     	(2)	(You) know that (you) were Gentiles, (this was your
experience)

                        carried away (hurry, blindly hurry) unto …
dumb idols, …as (you)

                        were led (by that spirit.)

	(3) 	Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the

                         Spirit of God calleth Jesus accursed: …

      In other words, he says here, no man is blindly hurried into
something, Where he is impelled to a thing.  Revelation sets in and he
knows. No way are we compelled.  See?  Now once in a while, God can do
something with some man.  Where Bro. Branham said, “He put me in a
tube” But when you speak to the church-general, and we’re talking
about these things here.  It is not a tube.  Now, if Bro. Branham were
in a tube, that gift of healing would take over, nothing could stop him
using it.  It manifested for awhile.  It had to be, to get the
attention.  But afterward he said, “You people are the ones that pull
on me for that gift.” But you try to show me that it took the people
to bring on discernment.  It didn’t do it.  He stood right there
…?..., and the challenge was, if He’s here He’ll show us.  If
He’s not here, He won’t.  

70.  He's say, "He’s here," and every time He had to show, or the
prophet lied.  He wasn’t there, when he said He was.  But that’s
just a …?    difference.  But you see, back when I told you, in ‘57
we prayed and fasted, we prayed for weeks, (didn’t fast so much, but
prayed.) And we had great faith for it.  And oh, the testimonies that
came in.  Never have I heard of a meeting, and seen anything like it
since the early days of 1946 and 7.  I was at the one in ‘47, and I
saw.  But I tell you at that meeting in Lima, [Ohio] there wasn’t one
person to my knowledge, he called out that wasn’t healed.  And there
were dozens and dozens and dozens.  And people were healed that didn’t
even come for it.  You see what can happen, if you really get down to
business?  Huh?  

      But no, somebody wants to be somebody.  Well, go ahead and be
somebody.  I hope you are.  Oh, will they fill you full of buckshot. 
Honey, I hope you get it.  Yep.  Now, bond slaves, but not like here,
blindly led.  Led by the Light for it is the Light that comes in every
age. And at the end time, the full Light.  See?  The people didn’t
even know what was among them.  What they’re into.  It is a life of
faith and love.  Because God is amongst us, as the love of our soul.  
And the way one can know that the Headship is Christ.  It’s by the
restored and revealed Word.  How else can you know false anointing even?
 I wish Bro. Branham had said, “Stay away from that stuff.”  See? 
All leadings and all actions will line, and harmonize.  And all actions,
all leadings, and all actions will line with every harmonized Word.
Which has been given us today.  For that which is perfect is come.  See?
 

71.  That is why It reads as it does in 1 Corinthians 13:1

	(1)	Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not 

                        (love), … sounding brass, or a tinkling
cymbal. 

	(2)	…have the gift of prophecy, understand all mysteries, and all
knowledge; 				… have all faith, …

     “I’ve got it, you don’t.”

     “I’ve got it, you don’t.”

     “I’ve got it, you don’t.”

     You’re dead, and don’t even know it.  

		

	(3)       … I bestow all my goods…

    You don’t.  You have giving.  It hits every ministry, for this one
is on giving, and giving in it’s ministry.   

	(3)	… I give my body to be burned, have not (love)

       Without love, it’s just a bunch of hogwash.  Why, because love
is a Spirit.  And Bro. Branham said, “Oh that that Spirit were amongst
us.” See?  That Spirit amongst us, he said, “Just moving around,
that Spirit of love.  Condescension, consolation, that great Spirit in
Christ.  Why” he said, “The gift of Word put on the shelf, or on the
mantel.” The healing’s all over the place.  He’s letting you know,
if you want anything to happen, get the right Spirit.  He says It in
Revelation, get in the Spirit.  “John was in the Spirit on the
Lord’s day”.  [Rev.1:10] Hadn’t been in that right Spirit, nothing
would have happened.  He's the world, goes to ball games, get in the
spirit.”  They go to a dance, …I couldn’t dance, couldn’t get in
the spirit.  

72.  Now, when I was home, I could dance my head off, because I get in
the spirit.  Which is impressionistic.  I never looked in a mirror, I
guess that’s okay.  But I had a ball dance …?... Forget it.  I had
better ideas than that.  Fap.  Who’s settling for that end-time crap?
If I was going to hug a girl and kiss…give me the right opportunity,
and right place.  I was a moral person, so I left that for my wife. Now,
I must get this thing straight.  I don’t buy this junk out here in the
world. Never had been a part of it.  But there's nothing’s wrong with
dancing, if you dance by yourself, go ahead.  Bible says, “Praise Him
in the dance.” [Ps 149:3] What kind of a dance?  Like Miriam, took her
tambourine, and man she cut a rug.  Impressionistic.  See?  

All right. People get carried away.  There’s a spirit, but there’s a
Spirit here, that we’re talking about.  And that Spirit is that One
who wrote this Book, who in-breathes this Word of God.  Who vitalizes
this Word within us.  So therefore, it is no longer ‘we’ but
‘God’ on the grounds of the baptism with the Holy Ghost.  And no
longer is the mind darkened, because that was allowed, but it’s not
allowed anymore.  Now, is the mind enlightened to the end-time.  And
here we are brother/sister.  People can say what they want about this
Bride.  But I say with Bro. Branham, with greater extent, “If we’re
not Bride, there’s a Bride out there somewhere, and by the grace of
God, I won’t stand in her way.”  There’s a Bride out there
somewhere, and you better believe she’s identified with Him, and He is
with her.  And she knows her Mate, …the revealed Word of Almighty God.
   

     And she is coming more and more into this union, where this Word is
becoming more flesh,  and flesh becoming more and more Word; and all
going back to Almighty God.  And you better believe it’s so, because
it is so.   And you can say, “I look around and I don’t see.”
That’s right,  you look around and you won’t see it.  It’s here
where you see it.  And no place else.  Here’s what you look at to get
your change.  Oh, it’s too simple for everybody. Oh, latter rain had
it all figured out, where you [get] vitamins out of the Dead Sea, or
something like that some kind of hogwash and junk.  Oh, we’re going to
take over the land, and we’re going to do it.   Let me tell you flat,
ain’t none of those things going to happen.  But God, God in infinite
mercy, who made a plan.  I tell you what brother/sister, I wouldn’t
believe what I’m preaching this morning, except, the prophet said It. 


73.  I read Pentecost for years and years, and I read women writers, and
some say they brought out some good stuff.  I admit it was very
entertaining.  One woman went so far, she wrote the book called…the
little pamphlet called ‘Mowing Grass’. In her mind, she knew she was
right, because she said, "You see, really what it was Adam was really
the devil. Eve was close too."  She’d be wrong on both counts.  Adam
was the son of God.  I forget two women…I forget the names, they wrote
another article, and they said, “You know what? He said, “That
business over there in Romans 9:  that has to do with the two natures. 
You see, Eve thought, the first born, he was the old nature, and
Jacob…you see…he was the second nature.”  That’s a lie from the
pit of hell.  

That’s election. 

       I want to tell you something brother/sister, the true light has
come.  But only down in Goshen is the light.  Every place else, it’s a
cloudy mysterious day.  And nobody can figure nothing.  Let me tell you
something:  It`s already been figured and we’re with the figure. 
People living in the age of the computer, they put in the data.  I want
to tell you, the Bride is that computer, and God is putting His own
data, and God by that Bride, through the computerized, living Word, is
going to raise up a Bride.  The very image of Jesus Christ, the image of
God, and bring forth Him Who is the Son.  Let me tell you, that’s the
Word of God.  The rest are all  out in the bush somewhere, beating their
drums, and won’t do any good.  Because the Word of God says there’s
everything got a voice, everything has a sound.  But unless you hear the
trumpet of God, there’ll be no call to the Bridal Supper.  Let’s
rise.  

     Heavenly Father, we took a lot of time this morning.  But what’s
it going to mean in eternity?  Be nothing, Lord, yet, on the other hand,
it could be everything, for time, Lord, is gone.  So why should we worry
about it?  Eternity is at hand.  Your very Life Kingdom is here, Lord. 
God putting His Church in order.  God doing it, not man.  All you asked
us to do is be aware of it.  You didn’t tell us to participate.  You
said, You'd do it.  The only participation is the worthy the members
that You move around.  We’re those ones on your glorious…you could
call it cross-word puzzle board.  You’re taking all the parts, and
fitting them.  And it’s going to bring forth a Masterpiece.  And we
know that Lord, looks pretty jumbled to the world.  But it looks right
to You, I know this, Lord.

     Now, Father God, I pray that we look to you for this series, and
sense we were going to preach something a year or so ago, and it ended
up as this.  And You said the people would be changed, one way or the
other.  Lord, this morning I said some hard things about women.  It’s
equally hard about the men too.  But, Lord, this morning there can be a
change.  And there has to be a change, I suppose in some cases.  Because
I don’t know the people, but You know them.  The Lord of this church,
is like every other church.  It can sure look awful good until the day
comes, and it begins to fall apart.  And I suppose it is like every
other church.  Because why should they be different?  And the prophet
said, “They’re all alike.”  Only to the degree would there be any
difference, or to the numbers. 

     So, I pray, Lord, that the change will be in the upward.  It’ll
be Word becoming flesh, flesh becoming Word.  I hope that.  I hope that
in my case, Lord, perhaps  I sure would hate to stand up here and preach
truth, because I believe it is the truth, and become disapproved myself.
 And that all too easy, because the prophet Paul could say it.  I’d
sure be a fool not to say it, because I know where it didn’t happen in
his case, it’s a million to one according to my own ways of living.  I
can be that disapproved person.  And I sure could, Lord, I’ve got
maybe one chance out of a million.  With You Lord, all things are
possible.  And I have to admit that.  I must admit it, Lord, no way out.
 So, I pray Lord for all of us here this morning.  That we’ll begin to
see these things the prophet said. Because that’s what’s worthwhile,
nothing else is worth while.  Because the other stuff we saw was not It.


     And I know, Lord, we cannot have a divided mind.  There’s no
woman can love two men at one time.  She’s crazy, she's  just a sex
pervert.  Ain’t no way.  She’s fooled herself.  There’s no way,
Lord, this Bride could love the world out there and love You the same
time.  And what You said, and Your prophet said, “One Word off, is the
world.”  No way. No way, Lord, we know that.  This morning, help us, O
God.  Help us, Lord, to just… if we can’t do anything else, but be
friends of the Bride and Bridegroom, and stand back and rejoice with
them.  At least we can do that much, and come up in the Second
Resurrection.  There is hope.  I believe for every single person here, I
would not want to consider one person, Lord, under any circumstances. 
That which cannot be brought into the final program, I would not believe
that for one minute.   

     So therefore, O God, this morning we might believe all the way.  By
faith believing we are members of that Bride.  Members of Your bone of
Your flesh, and one this morning.  Bless each one, Lord, and if healing
is still needed amongst us, I believe at this moment, Lord, there's
healing for the people.  Because now we know we do not stand alone in
the individual faith, and  individual strength.  It is Your multiplied
faith, and multiplied strength, that lies within the Bride at this hour.
 And we can and do receive help, every single one of us.  And I thank
You for it.  And now unto the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the
only wise God, be all power and glory and honour through Jesus Christ
our Lord.  Amen.  

     The Lord bless you.  Let’s go singing on our way, ‘Take the
Name of Jesus with You.’  If you’re born again, you couldn’t do
without Him, if you tried.  No way, could you escape Him.  No way,
because you’re secure in Him.  Okay, start it off…
