The Spiritually Lewd Church

 a)	I appreciate that very, very much, [music and song] I've always been
more than repaid for my little sojourn with you. But the Lord's tarried
thus far, it seems that we're here a lot longer than we thought we would
be here. Bro. Branham's left us, and we don't know how long we shall
still be here. As Bro. Branham said, "It might be twenty years, hundred
years, then again tomorrow."  Well, of course the tomorrow is the
attitude, but it's hardly the record, because we couldn't be caught away
tomorrow, unless the Resurrection has already been on and we don't know
it. Which I doubt very much. And then Bro. Branham mentioned that there
has to be a depression, and there would be a squeeze. And he mentioned
that the people who have been in the union, that I was alright to be in
the union now, and to get out when the church took over. Which we
mentioned last night the pope went to Geneva several years ago to
encourage the laborers to sort of take over. And of course, that makes
the church look very good, preaching and teaching their anarchy.

b)	So, we're here for a little while and '77 may not go by, then again
it might. And if it goes by, which it could, we'll wait to see what
happens in '78, those of us who don't die. And something's happened '78
goes by, we keep on waiting, because the Message is to forerun the
Coming. And I don't think God need several vindicated messengers and
Messages, I think one is sufficient. Actually, He rebuked Israel for
wanting too many signs, too much of their own way. He said they should
be content, what He told them was the Scripture, and they weren't
content, so they've been down in chaos and destruction. So, we don't
want to have that happen to us, but it will happen to the world. And of
course, it's go to, I mean that's logical. The Lord has to deal with us
as in the days of the election of Abraham. And then in the days of Noah,
and then of course after the prophetic message the sign is over there
must be destruction.

c)	That's just how it is, and that's how it's going to be, we can't
change it. You know, I think maybe the childishness stays with us too
late in life. We always like to change things, but the laws of God are
irrevocable, they cannot be changed, the ways of God cannot be changed.
So, if anybody's going to be changed it's going to be man. And so, we
have to make sure we are wise in understanding concerning the ways of
the Lord.

d) 	So, we just have to keep our ground and press on, and above all
maintain a good spirit. Popular doctrines today amongst us, and it can
get you very excited, no doubt about it. One of the popular ones started
out by saying it had to be a certain way, and maybe every Easter they
look for it to be a certain way after twelve years, has there been a
changed the doctrine? Not saying things can't change, but sometimes we
say things, and we got to kind of eat our words. And you know, we got to
be like the black fellow down south many, many years ago, he said,
"Listen, you…" His big black friend was a little angry at him. So he
said, "You just talk to me once more, I'm going to make you eat your
words.   "Yeah, (he said) okay a chicken, pumpkin pie, whipped cream,
apple sauce." If you want to eat your words, should be careful what
you're saying. [Bro. Vayle chuckles] Better make sure they're good
words. So, stay in the middle of the road, because I've been watching
for ten years, eleven, twelve years, and noticed some changes in what
people are saying which is good. But, see sometimes you get so sure of a
thing, and a lot of times it's presumption and conjecture. A lot of
times it's good, but until the Lord reveals by manifestation I think
it's just good to be a little cautious. 

e) 	You know, Bro. Branham warned us in that sermon  'Presumption' you
know. And I think we ought to be sure we don't presume about anything,
believe what you believe, which is good. But we must be very cautious,
because none of us is vindicated, none of us is a prophet. And even if
you were a prophet, you can never compete with the Word prophet,
wouldn't be possible. The best you and I could do is to be elect and
believe. And (you know) even Peter said in the days of Paul he said,
"Our beloved brother Paul who was very right, he says many things that
are hard to be understood and people wrest to their own destruction." 
[2 Pet. 3:16] Right? It's never changed, it's never changed. Things hard
to be understood, but as we look go along peacefully, calmly the Lord
will give us grace to just stay quiet in what we don't understand. And I
trust grace that we'll stay quiet till God reveals it all to us.

 f)	So, tonight I want to continue sort of from last night. But before
we begin reading in Revelations, shall we bow our heads in prayer:

	Our dear Lord Jesus again we come before You satisfied that Thou are
God, there's not beside Thee. We know, Lord, that whatsoever You do is
going to be done, because You say It, nothing to be added to It, nothing
to be taken from It. And You've already set Your ways up which we're
well aware of, and You will continue to do these things which are in
Your Word. And by now we ought not to be surprised that You will stay
with Your Word.

	So, help us, O God, to see all that You have laid out in Your Word for
us in this end time, that we may know these things in the last day. For
we know the prophet truly said, "The spirit of wisdom will come into the
Church in the last day, to tell the Church the hour in which she lives,
and reveal the deep secret things of God, even as Gabriel came to
Daniel."  We know that's been fulfilled, and is being fulfilled, and yet
still might be fulfilled in a way that we're not aware of. But is, Lord,
as we believe You and carry on. I believe, Lord, that You will rebuke
the enemy, that You'll help us to keep our minds under control, help us
to keep our spirits in the right way, Lord, until we come into the
knowledge of the revelation which will be here by manifestation.

	Help us not to get ahead, or looking down the road. Help us not to lag
looking behind, as Israel repined and therefore turned back. That know
we stand right with the promises, just we know as Joshua die and Caleb
did in the hour when other men turned aside. But they stood with the
Word, and they entered into Canaan's Land. And, Lord, we believe that
we're a part of that this evening hour, help us to stay with Your Word
in simplicity and in truth. Not to be high minded, not to go beyond
ourselves, but, Lord, to stay with what has been revealed until further
truth illuminated as is necessary in the minutes in which we live.

	Now, help us tonight as we study, O God, may we not add or take from
It, and may the truth be as it is in Christ, perfect in Jesus' Name we
pray. Amen. 

1.	I want to speak on 'The Spiritually Lewd Church'. The spiritually
lewd church. And we go to the Book of Revelation 2:18-23 to begin.  And
It says:

		(18) 	…unto the (messenger) of the church (which is) in Thyatira
write; 						These things saith the Son of God, who hath his eyes like
unto a 						flame of fire, and his feet are like fine brass;

		(19) 	I know thy works, and (thy love), and service, and faith, and 		
			patience, and works; and the last to be more than the first.

		(20) 	Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee, because thou 	
				sufferest that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess, 		
			to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and 					
to eat things sacrificed (to) idols.

		(21) 	And I gave her space to repent of her fornication; and she
repented 						not.

		(22) 	Behold, I will cast her into a bed, and them that commit
adultery 						with her into Great Tribulation, except they repent of
their deeds.

		(23) 	And I will kill her children with death; and all the churches
shall 						know that I am he which searcheth the reins and hearts: and
I will 						give unto every one of you according to your works.

	Now, we'll read again 20-21.

		(20) 	Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee, because thou 	
				sufferest that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess, 		
			to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and 					
to eat things sacrificed (to) idols.

		(21) 	And I gave her space to repent of her fornication; and she
repented 						not.

2.	Now, as we read here we want to ask the question: to whom is the
Spirit speaking? Because the Spirit is speaking by way of the messenger
of that hour. And of course, the Spirit is speaking to the church which
is in Thyatira. Yet, you notice every time, every message closes to
every church It always says, "He that hath an ear, let him heareth what
the Spirit sayeth unto the churches." So, we will find something in here
that is actually also to us, and before this age closes entirely out. 

	So, we see the Spirit is speaking to the church which is in Thyatira.
Now, what is its great sin?  Because this church is condemned for a very
great sin. The very great sin is fornication as It says in verse 20. He
said,  

		 (20) 	…I have a few things against thee, because thou sufferest
that woman 					Jezebel, (who calls) herself a prophetess, to teach,
even to seduce 						my servants to commit fornication, and to eat
things sacrificed unto 					idols.

3.	So, the great sin is 'fornication'. And the question comes, "what is
the sin of fornication?" Well, It tells you right there, "to teach, to
seduce my servants to commit fornication." The teaching is what is the
fornication. That is exactly what the Scripture tells us here. She is
teaching, and in the teaching, is the seduction. Because whatever comes
out in an action, or in a manner, is based upon what is being taught.
Even the eating the food sacrificed to idols is in itself not the thing.
Because that is not what counts. They would not have done it, except
they were taught.

	So, we see here the teaching is what is…what God is against. And He
calls it here seduction. That word in the Greek 'kai' is not necessarily
a conjunction, it can be used as a preposition. She calls herself a
prophet in her teaching, is a teaching to seduce. And the
teaching…what is a seduction? It is fornication. And also even, to eat
things sacrificed unto idols. So, the teaching is the illegitimate
thing, and God calls it fornication. 

4.	Now, so what should this church have done? Had this church listened,
it should have repented. Now, what is the word 'repent'? It is to change
the mind. Many people are still confused, they think repentance is godly
sorrow. It is not true. "Godly sorrow worketh repentance."  [2 Cor 7:10]
(See?) But it isn't in itself godly sorrow. Repentance is the change of
mind. And God said here, "I'm giving you time to change your teaching."
And what would it be? It would have to go back to what was the original,
to what was the exact truth. But she didn't not obey.

	And because she refused, what is going to happen to her? [Revelation
2:] verses 22-23. 

		(22) 	Behold, I will cast her into a bed, and them that commit
adultery 						with her into Great Tribulation, except they repent of
their deeds.

		(23) 	And I will kill her children with death; and all the churches
shall 						know that I am he which searcheth the reins and hearts: …

 Notice that? What's He searching? He's searching what's in their minds
and in their lives by way of the principles, which is the Word of God.

		(23)	…and I will give unto every one of you according to your works.

	And what will the works be? It'll be that which comes out of that which
is in the heart and mind, which the people have as their doctrine, and
then as their life also.

5.	Now, let us just look at something else here. What is this church
called? Notice in verse 21, it's called a woman.

		(21) 	And I gave her space to repent of her fornication; and she
repented not.

 	Now, according to verses 22-23, 

		(22) 	(And) Behold, I will cast her into bed, and them that commit 			
		adultery with her into Great Tribulation, except they repent of 					
their deeds.

		(23) 	And (I'll) kill her children with death; and all the churches
shall 						know that I am he which searcheth the reins and hearts: and
give 						unto every one of you according to your works.

	Now, this church with its roots in Thyatira must reappear for judgment
in the Great Tribulation, and at the White Throne Judgment of the Second
Resurrection. It says right here: This church will reappear at the Great
Tribulation for judgment, and also at the White Throne for judgment in
order to receive for her deeds. 

	Yet, according to verses 25-28, watch it: 

		(25) 	But that which ye have already hold fast till I come.

		(26) 	And he that overcometh, and keepeth my works (to) the end, to 		
			him will I give power over (the Gentiles) the nations:

		(27) 	And he shall rule them with a rod of iron; as the vessels of a
potter 						shall they be broken to shivers: even as I received of my
Father.

		(28) 	And I will give him the morning star.

		(29)	 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith (to) the
						churches.

 	Now, according to these verses there will be a people out of her, who
come out of her at the end time, that would judge and overcome this same
system they came out of. It says right here, at the end time. At the
Great Tribulation, that will be the ending of it, Armageddon, and also
the White Throne Judgment there'll be a people who come out of this
specific church, whose roots are here, go all the way to the end and
that people will judge this church.

6.	Now, let's take a look at that, Revelation 3:21 which speaks to the
Laodicean church.

		(21) 	To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne,
   						even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his 
					throne.	

	What throne is that? That's the great White Throne. Remember, thousands
will minister to Him in the Throne, and thousands, times thousands, time
then thousands will be for Him according to what we saw in Daniel last
night at the great White Throne Judgment.

7.	And of course, at Armageddon…now we'll see that Armageddon, let's
look at, [Revelation 19:] 11-15. 

		(11)	And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that 		
			sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness 					
he doth judge and make war.

		(12) 	His eyes were as a flame of fire, on his head were many crowns; 
					he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself.

		(13) 	…he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name
is 						called The Word of God.

		(14) 	And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white 				
	horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean. 

	Now, the white and clean fine linen is the righteousness that belongs
to the saints, that would be the Bride. Now:

		(15) 	And out of his mouth (goes) a sharp sword, that with it he
should 						smite the nations: and rule them with a rod of iron:
(what's that? 						Armageddon) (he'll tread) the winepress of the
fierceness (of the) 						wrath of Almighty God.

	That's when the blood goes right deep to the horses' bridles. 

		(16) 	And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING
						OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.

	And remember, the Bride is right with Him doing this thing. That's an
end time Bride. There'll be a Bride at the end time, a part of which is
a Laodicean Bride.

8.	And now, Revelation 20:11-15, and we read It last night.

		(11) 	And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from
whose 						face the earth and the heaven fled away; …found no place
for them.

		(12) 	And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; the books
						were opened: another book was opened, which is the book of life: 	
				and the dead were judged out of those things which were written 				
	in the books, according to their works.

		(13) 	And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and
hell 						delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were
judged 						every man according to their works.

		(14) 	And death and hell were cast into the Lake of Fire. This is the
second 					death.

	Notice, "I'm going to kill her children with death," which is the
second death.  So, therefore this church reappears in that the Great
Tribulation. And you know why, because some church must fill up the cup
of iniquity. It's got to happen to a generation, and the whole bunch
will appear at the great White Throne Judgment as we see here in
Scripture.

 9.	Now, we mentioned a few minutes ago that this church's cardinal sin
was fornication. And fornication is lewdness. So therefore, this is a
spiritually lewd woman. It's a spiritually lewd church. And what is her
lewdness? She is untrue to her espousal contract. 

	Now remember, today we have a little different system in the West, I've
had for many years, from that they have in the East. In the East of
course the parents have espousal contracts for the boy and for the girl.
And it absolutely must be that the woman must not come to the man having
been impregnated, or touched by another man. She must be a virgin to
that man. (See?) Otherwise it meant positive death. Now, there is death
for the lewd woman who is attempting to fulfill the marriage contract,
which will come together physically according to the laws which have
been laid down.

10.	Now, the espousal contract we can see over here if you'd like to
take a look at It, briefly, just one verse, 2 Thessalonians  2: Notice: 

		(13) 	But we are bound to give thanks always to God for you, brethren 
					beloved of the Lord, because God hath from the beginning chosen 			
		you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit (even) belief 		
			of the truth (A marriage vow. Not 'and' now, but 'even'. It's a word 
				that sanctifies.) 

	Go back to John [17:17] you're going to: "Sanctify them by Thy Word,
Thy Word is truth." See?  Now, she has been set aside for the marriage
by the Word of the Living God.

		(14)  	Whereunto he called you by our gospel, to the obtaining of the 
					glory of our Lord Jesus Christ. (To share on the throne.)

	But you see, she is untrue to her vow, which is that Word. (See?) She's
not true to her marriage contract. And she is right here at the end
time.

11.	Now, what we're going to do is seek out Scripture, that we may know
who she is, and what she is doing. And to do this we simply find in the
Book of Revelation, because she's at the end here, whoever it is, that
is engaged in fornication. That's the secret to the whole thing. Just
check and look the word up 'fornication', see who's doing it, get a
picture of it, and you'll know exactly what is going on.

	All right, let's start with Revelation 18:1- 8, to begin with.

		(1) 	…after these things I saw another (messenger) come down from 		
			heaven, having great power; and the earth was lightened with his 				
	glory.

		(2) 	And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the 		
			great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils,
and 						the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and
hateful 					bird.

		(3) 	(And) all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her
fornication, 					(right there, there's our tips, see? she's in
fornication) and the kings of 					the earth have committed fornication
with her, and the merchants of the 					earth are waxed rich through the
abundance of her delicacies.

		(4) 	And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her,
my 					people, (see? right down to the very end, that started back in
Thyatira, 					way back here now, ready for the Sixth Seal to break,
ready for the end 					time) that (you) be not partakers of her sins,
and that (you) receive not 					of her plagues. 

	That you do not enter into the Great Tribulation. The sin of
fornication will cause every person to enter into the Great Tribulation.
Now, what anybody thinks different is find by me. But the Bible says
different. The Bible says right here, "the fornication is what has done
it." And if you're into fornication, spiritual fornication, you will be
in the Great Tribulation, period.

	So therefore, what will be the difference between those who go in, and
those that don't go in, it'll be positively something to do with true
teaching. Now, the degree of intensity of course is something that God
deals with. That's out of our hands, but It cannot add a Word, cannot
take a Word.

12.	Now, It says here:

		(5) 	…her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her
					iniquities.

	Now:

		(6) 	Reward her even as she rewarded you, and double unto her double 	
				according to her works: in the cup which she hath filled fill to her
						double.

		(7) 	How much she hath glorified herself, (see? glorified herself, not
God) 					and lived (luxuriously) deliciously, so much torment and
sorrow give 					her: for she saith in her heart, I sit a queen, (I'm
the bride of God) and 					am no widow, and shall see no sorrow.

		(8) 	Therefore, shall her plagues come in one day, death, and
mourning, 					and famine; and she shall be utterly burned with fire:
for strong is the 					Lord God who (judges) her. (See?)

	Now, notice in verse 2, which she is called. She is called Babylon.
This which was called Thyatira in chapter 2 is now called Babylon. Now,
the word 'Thyatria' means 'dominating female', very dominating, very
domineering. And remember, the prophet who had seven visions, five of
which came to pass vindicating him also by 'Thus saith the Lord'. The
sixth vision which of course would be the number of man, was what? It
was a female standing up in America, very beautiful, very cruel, very
domineering, dominating. (See?) That church, (a woman) would be in
America.

13.	Now remember, Bro. Branham also had a vision, and in the vision, he
saw a woman being beaten by a man who was supposed to be his father, and
the woman was supposed to be his mother. And every time the woman seemed
to rise to her being struggled, he hit her with a three cornered club.
He said, "That's very strange, it is not my mother, it is not my
father." Then the Lord revealed to him it was a system of religion which
was controlled by the denominations. And he was born into it. And the
club of course was a Trinitarian club which is solidly idolatry, because
there is one God.

	So therefore, you can see right here that anybody who was under
Trinitarian doctrine, or dogma, is entirely off the Word of God, and
would qualify perfectly for the Great Tribulation. There'd be no
escaping it. It simply could not be. (See?)  So, here we find at the
very end time this woman, and we saw her twice in Bro. Branham's vision.

14.	Now, let's look at her history. And her history actually is the
parable of Matthew 13:31-32. Let us go back and take a look at it. And
It says here:

		(31) 	Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of 	
				heaven is like to a grain of mustard seed, which a man took, and 			
		sowed in his field:

		(32) 	Which indeed is the least of all seeds: but when it is grown, it
is 						the greatest among herbs, …

	Now, that's a travesty against justice, that's wrong, something
happened to the seed. Something haywire hit it. It must have got some
dose of radiation, or some type of fertilizer, but something went wrong.
Because a mustard seed does not become a tree. A mustard seed is a small
plant, becomes a small plant. But noticed what happened, it becomes the
greatest among all the vegetation. 

		(32)	… (it became) a tree, (and you know the tree is the greatest
vegetation 					there is) So, the birds of the air (came) and lodged in
the branches 						thereof.

15.	 Now, so therefore Matthew 13:31-32 finally becomes  Revelation
18:2.

		(2) 	And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the 		
			great is fallen, is fallen, become the habitation of devils, (even) 	
				the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and
hateful 					bird.

	That which started out as the pure grain of mustard seed something
happened to it as it began to grow. And it got so big that it covers the
whole earth and it's the den of iniquity. Now, you can tell right there
that Matthew 13:31-32 is identical to Revelation 18: chapter 18 here. He
is talking about this great and tremendous world church system in the
Scripture.

16.	Now, let's keep reading and we'll read from verses 3-8.

		(3) 	(Let) all nations (the mustard seed covers the whole world in a 	
				perverted form) all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of 	
				her fornication, …

	Now, notice specifically, this is Gentile not Jew. The word 'nations'
is Gentile, not Israel. Israel is in bad shape, but not this. Now:

		(3)	…and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her,
						(they've entered in to a liaison to say, she is right, and they
are right) 					the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the
abundance of 					her delicacies.

	In other words, this is the financial institution as well as a
spiritual.

		(4) 	And I heard (a) voice (saying, at that time of the great
domination) 						Come out of her, my people, … (you've been in her,
but you can't stay 					any longer.)

	Now, you go back in history you had great people, a wonderful people in
both the Roman Catholic, the Greek Orthodox, and Protestant churches
which were fine wonderful saints. But it's all over in the end time. You
got to come out. If you're in there, you're stuck with her. I don't care
how nice you are, don't care how good you are, how fine you are, how
much you praise God, how much you adore God, how much you serve God, It
says, "Come out, get out, or you're with her."

	Now, that's just the Bible, can't fool around here, It says, "Get out,
or you're going to partake of her sins." Which is number one: Great
Tribulation. Number two: the White Throne Judgment. And the possibility,
very strong possibility of having your name taken out of the Book of
Life, and go to the Lake of Fire.

17.	Now, It says:

		(5)	 …her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered 			
		her iniquities.

	In other words, this is the time for God to judge her for what she's
done.

		(6) 	Reward her even as she rewarded you, and double unto her double 	
				according to her works: in the cup which she hath filled fill to her
						double.

		(7) 	How much she hath glorified herself, (she sure has) and lived 			
		deliciously, (luxuriously) so much torment and sorrow give her: 					
for she saith in her heart, I sit a queen, (I'm) no widow, (I) shall 			
		see no sorrow.

		(8) 	Therefore, shall her plagues come in one day, (plunged into it)
death, 					and mourning, and famine; and she shall be utterly burned
with fire: 					for strong is the Lord God (that judges) her.

	Now, you'll notice here that she is about to be judged according to
what we read. But she cannot be judged until the Bride comes out of her.
She cannot be, so therefore the Bride cannot be here in the Great
Tribulation. Just before it starts, she'll be caught away. And notice,
she'll be burnt with fire. This is Scriptural.

18.	 We go back to Genesis 38:24, and see where it all started. This the
story of Judah who would not give his son to Tamar his daughter in-law
that she might have a child by him to raise up seed for her first
husband, so she fools Judah, (because Judah's wife has died, I guess
he's lonesome for female companionship) she pretends she's a harlot. And
he goes in unto her and she gets pregnant by him. Notice what It says in
verse 24.

		(24) 	And it came to pass three months after, (he pregnancy would be 	
				noticed) that it was told Judah, saying, Tamar thy daughter in law 	
				hath played the harlot; and also, behold, she is with child by
whoredom. 					And Judah said, Bring her forth, and let her be burnt.

	The burnt… what happened is for those who played the harlot, they're
going to be burnt. So therefore, it's a very serious thing to fall under
denomination at the very end time. Now that many people come out who
will not be Bride. But if you're in there, it's pretty risky. It could
be the complete destruction of everything.

 	Now, this Thyatiran system called Babylon at the end time is also
called 'the whore', and she has harlot daughters. And notice, she is
also Mystery Babylon which we notice in other Scripture here which we
have not yet read. And of course, the mystery is, that she is the old
Thyatira. She's the old one that started way back there, and she was
caught in her sin. Given a chance to repent, and she would not repent,
so now she's got to face the future. And from that time on every church
you'll find will have that same thing in her. (You see?) How organized
church by ways of creeds and dogmas glorifying themselves instead of the
Lord God of Heaven.

19.  Now, this of course is Revelation 17:1-5, so let's read about It,
this old Mystery Babylon here, this whole system.

		(1)	And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, 
					and talked with me, saying…Come hither; I will shew thee the 				
	judgment of the great whore that (sits) upon many waters. 

		(2) 	With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and 
					the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of 
					her fornication.

	In other words, her zeal to win converts and all.

		(3) 	So, he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I
saw 						a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, (having) full of
names 						of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.

		(4) 	…the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, decked 			
		with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in 					
her hand full of abominations and filthiness (even filthiness) of her 		
		fornication: (See, she's filthied up the Word of God.)

		(5) 	And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON 				
THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS (THE) ABOMINATIONS 					OF THE EARTH.

	Now notice, the abominations, is in plural. The mother and daughters
are the cause of why the earth is in shape it's in. (See?) Now, notice
where is the woman sitting? Verse 1.

		(1)	…I will shew unto thee the judgment of the great whore that
(sits) 						upon many waters:

	Now, what are waters?  Revelation  7:15

		(15)	And he (said) unto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the 		
			whore (sits,) are peoples, (even) multitudes, (even) nations,
tongues. 					(See, all the tongues, they're in there, see?)

20.	Now, notice what she had in her hand. Verse 4.

		(4) 	… (she has) a golden cup in her hand full of abominations (of) 
					filthiness of her fornication:  

	Now, the cup signifies that she is drinking and giving to drink. Now
notice, in verse 3 of chapter 18. It says, 

		(3) 	…all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her
fornication,

	Now notice, it's the fornication that brings wrath. That's why It says
'wrath', the wrath of her fornication. The wine of it. In other words,
this what she had done which is to forsake the Word of God by either
misinterpreting, or changing, or simply using creeds and dogmas. She has
done something to that which she had a contract with Almighty God was
her salvation. Because it's the Gospel that does it, and so she does not
want It.  Now notice also, over here, [Revelation] 17:6            It
says:

		(6) 	And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, with 		
			the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and I saw her, I wondered with 			
		great admiration.

	Now, you notice in here, that within her cup is the zeal to destroy.
Also notice in [Revelation] 18:23, the last part.

		(23) 	… (for all nations) for by thy sorceries were all nations (the
Gentiles) 					deceived.

	And that word 'sorceries' of course, is not simply somebody using some
'hocus pocus' that they use in witchcraft, but it actually is
'prescriptions'. The nostrums [effective remedy] the prescriptions, by
your prescription. And the church's prescription is to believe the
church, that the church will bring you to Almighty God and safely
through. And that's exactly what the harlot has done, that the whore has
done, and her harlot daughters. (You see?) 

21.	That's the medicine they give out. And the cup is full of it, and of
course the people partaking are full of zeal, and they enjoy it, and
they think it is wonderful. Even kings enjoy it. That's why you can
trace the history of kings allying themselves with religion. Started
with Constantine and down through the ages. 

	And you can even see it amongst the Protestants. There's always a
desire to have the State step in as your support, and your strength.
Even Luther never got away from it. And Wesley never really got away
from it. None of them did. (See?) Until the very end time there will be
a Bride that does get away from it. Thank God.

22.	Now notice, that this woman is identified with the city of
[Revelation] 17:18.

		(18) 	And the woman which thou sawest is that great city, which
reigneth 					over the kings of the earth.

	Now, It tells you right there, there is a great city and it's reigning
over the kings of the earth. Now, she's identified with a city. That's
the whore is, a city. Now, what city is it? What is its geography? 

	 [Revelation 17:] 9 

		(9) 	And here is the mind which hath wisdom. The seven heads are seven
					mountains, on which the woman (sits.)

	Now, what is she? She is a church, she is a woman. What city has seven
mountains, which is the greatest church in the world? Roman Catholic.
And it's a Christian church according to what we understand, because
they call themselves after the name of Almighty God.

	Now, thus we see that this is no more ancient Babylon than nothing.
That' why it's called Mystery Babylon, because it is not Babylon. Many
people will try to tell us right today, that Babylon will be rebuilt,
and they're looking forward to it. Let me advise you that is a lie, and
they're foolish to say so, because the Bible denies it.

23.	Let's go to Isaiah 13:19-22. 

		(19) 	And Babylon, the glory of kingdoms, the beauty of the Chaldees'	
			            excellency, shall be as when God overthrew Sodom and
Gomorrah. 					(That's what he said, where are they today? Gone, no
trace.)

		(20) 	It shall never be inhabited, neither shall it be dwelt in from
generation 					to generation: neither shall the Arabian pitch (his)
tent there; neither 					shall the shepherds make their fold there.

		(21) 	(With the) wild beasts of the desert shall lie there; and their
houses 						shall be full of doleful creatures; and owls shall dwell
there, and satyrs 					shall dance there.

		(22) 	And the wild beasts of the islands shall cry in their desolate
houses, 					and dragons in their pleasant palaces: and her time is near
to come, 					and her days shall not be prolonged.

	Babylon ran out, period. Finished, ended, all over.  No more to come
back. So, the students are wrong. They're guessing. The mystery part of
Babylon is, it is not Babylon, it is Rome. The mystery part is the
religion of Babylon, (the head of gold) is still practiced in the guise
of Christianity, where it started way back under Constantine.

24.	Now, let's further see this harlot church. Now, though she's
centralized herself as head, (that's Revelation 17:15 and18) she is far
flung around the world and many systems come out of her.   

		(15) 	And he saith unto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the 		
			whore (sits), are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues. 
				(The whole kaboodle) 

	Verse 18.  

		(18) 	And the woman which thou sawest is that great city, which
reigneth 					over the kings of the earth.

	Anywhere there is authority and power setup she is actually over that
power and authority somehow, somewhere. No matter what it is, I don't
care if it's Russia, I don't care if it's America,  I don't if it's
Canada, I don't care if it's Pakistan, India, I do not care. Because her
tentacles are there and she is running it, and we'll show you how it is,
a little later on. (See?)

25.	Now, and many systems come out of her. Many, many systems will come
out of her. Because you see, she is reigning all over, wherever there
are people. Now, notice that she is identified with the beast in, 
[Revelation 17:] 3

		(3) 	So, he carried me away in the spirit (in) the wilderness: and I
saw a 					woman upon a scarlet coloured beast, (having) full of names
of 						blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.

	Now, you noticed, that this woman, she's the whore. Now:

		(1) 	…Come hither; I will shew unto thee the judgment of the whore 	
				that (sits) upon many waters: (that's running all the people.)

		And she's over all the kings, she's got her tentacles every single
place, and there's no place she is not found. She is running everything.
(See?) And she's going to take over the whole world. And she's already
done it in a figure. She's there.  Now, "she's sitting upon many waters,
which are the people." And she is in liaison with kings and anybody in
authority. They got to come to her and play ball with her, because she's
running things.  

 	Now, in verse 3,

		(3) 	…he carried me away in the spirit…and I saw a woman (sit
upon) 						a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having
seven 						heads and ten horns. 

	Now, this beast had seven heads and ten horns, and he's full of
blasphemy. He's a terrible, terrible individual, and this is the one
that gives power to the woman. And out of her strength lies in that
particular area.

26.	Now, this seven headed, ten horned beast, is very fascinating,
because we saw its rise in Revelation 13:1. Let's go back to Revelation
13:1. Notice I'm going backward. This is the best way to follow this
Scripture out.

		(1) 	And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out
						of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns 	
				ten crowns, and upon his heads the name(s) of blasphemy.

	Now, there you are, we see that beast right there. Now in Revelation
13:2

		(2) 	…the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet
were 						as the feet of a bear, his mouth the mouth of a lion: the
dragon 						gave him his power, and his seat, and (even) great
authority.

	Now, you'll notice right here as we showed you last night, that this
beast mentioned here is a symbol that Daniel did not put in, in the Book
of Daniel chapter 7, after he named the animal, the power that was
typical of Babylon and of Persia, and of Greece. And when he came to the
forth Empire, which he did not name as Rome. Remember he named all the
rest, although the rest had not yet come into view. Remember Babylon was
there alone. And he said Medo-Persia, then he said Greece, but he did
not mention the last one.  And we know by history categorically,
positively there is no doubt the last one was Rome. (See?) 

27.	Now, we go to Daniel 7: (if you like, we can just take a look at
that, so we know what we're talking about.) Now, in Daniel here, 

		(2)	…saw the night vision…the heaven strove upon the great sea. 

	In other words, something has got to happen with the people of the
world.

		(3) 	And four great beasts came up from the sea, diverse one from
another. 

	Different, everyone different. Four beasts, four powers is all God's
holy Word said will be in all the world's systems until it's time to
finish.

		(6) 	…another, (one, which is Alexander under the Grecian Empire) a 
					leopard, (and he had) four wings (like) a fowl; …

	But you notice:

		(7) 	…in the night visions, (the) fourth beast, (he has not told
you, but 						he's) dreadful, terrible, strong exceeding…had great
iron teeth: 						devoured and brake in pieces, stamped the residue …
(and notice 						what he had different from all beast, and he)…had
ten horns.

		(8) 	(And) I considered the horns, and, … (so on.)  

28.   Now, you go back here to the Book of  Revelation 13: 1,3  and It
says here:

		(1) 	…(I) saw a beast rise up…having seven heads and ten horns,
and 						upon his horns ten crowns, …

	And notice what the beast was, …it was the very same one… he was a
leopard, he was a bear, he was a lion. What is it? It's the same one
coming down is number four. Number four Empire. And notice how it was
that this number four Empire was a world Empire. And notice over here,
this is a world condition from Rome. Rome is running the world. So, now
the whole power is centralized and epitomized in this one area which is
Rome.

	Now, this is the Roman Empire revived, because It says so in verse 3,  

		(3) 	And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded …

	Now, we showed you last night that this in one of the great one's of
the Empire, that the Empire gave way. Now, this one goes clean to the
end, but the others had a time and a season. They had Babylon and it
didn't go very far before Darius came in. And the Mede's  and Persians
didn't go very far until Greece came in. Then you saw more of the
filtering away until Rome came on the scene. And after Rome came on the
scene, you see a continuity of a break down, and a break down. But It
said before the break down becomes complete, and the thing is completely
annihilated, something happens that brings it back. And it does bring it
back. 

29.	 It came under Constantine who enjoined the church to join the
State. And then, at that time they began, the State began to giving
money, and the State began controlling and we find religion began mixing
with the Babylonian setup which was in Rome, because Rome's religion was
nothing more than Babylonian.  You trace it back in history and you'll
see it all the way through. Even the Madonna and child when the Roman
Catholic's got to China, they found a Madonna and child with slant eyes.


	The whole thing goes back to the religion of Nimrod, back to the
Babylonians. And so here we see Mystery Babylon in a city, Rome,
religion running the whole world and it's called the Fourth Empire.

30.	Now, we'll keep reading: 

		(4) 	And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: 	
			and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? 		
			(and) able to make war with him?

		(5) 	…there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and				
	blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and 					
two months.

	Now notice, the antichrist reign is forty-two months,

		(6) 	And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme 		
			his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven.

		(7) 	And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to 			
		overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and 					
tongues, and nations.

		(8) 	And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names 
					are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the 				
	foundation of the world.

	Now, that lets you know why you better get out of Babylon. (See?)
Because It tells you right here, that those that are on earth at that
time will be hunted down and destroyed. He's going to positively destroy
any vestige of that which had any symptom of being pure. You've got to
belong to the system. (See?) You simply got to be part of the world by
being part of the religion. Because the world cannot exist apart from
it.

31.	Now, let's just hold our finger there and go back to 2 Thessalonians
2:3-4, because here's where this same fellow talked about the same one. 

		(3) 	Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come,
					except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be 				
	revealed, the son of perdition;

		(4) 	Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, 	
				or that is worshipped; so that he as God (sits) in the temple of
God, 					shewing himself that he is God.

	Now, there's the key right there. (See?) And this is how he blasphemes
the very God of Heaven. Why? Because he said that he's God. (See?) In
other words, remember, he is the antichrist. And antichrist is not
against Christ, though it is, it's 'instead of Christ'. And he shows
himself God which is to forgive sins. In other words, if you're going to
come to God, you must come to God through the system. There is no such
thing as coming to God apart from the system.

	Now, the truth is, there is no such thing as coming to God apart from
the Word. (See?) As Paul said, "You're sanctified by the truth, which is
the Word." In other words, you're set apart, this makes you different.

32.	Now, and notice America's part, (as we showed you last night) in
this system and that's [Revelation 13:] 11-18. 

		(11) 	And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he
had 						two horns like a lamb, and spake as a dragon. (See?)

		(12) 	And (this one) exerciseth all the power of the first beast
before him, 					and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to
worship the 						first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.

	Now, right back here under Constantine this old beast was there, the
wound was healed, and of course Christianity was backed up by the State,
and the power caused the church to flourish and she became a political
figure. And said, "You got to come this way, or we're going to destroy
you." And they did. And over here It says in the land where it wasn't
seas. Now this is not seas. Bro. Branham showed us, he said a place,
"it's land."  There weren't many people there. See, Europe was just
chalked full of people. Always has been, lots of people. But over here
there weren't any. They came over here to get away from the system. But
now (It says) this same thing was in them. Because people came over here
with the same thing in their hearts, they organized. And a beast came
up, and he had two horns like a lamb. Showing his Christianity, because
the Blood of the Lamb takes away the sin of the world. But noticed, "He
spake as a dragon." 

	In other words, you find once more…you find the dragon in the guise
of Christianity. Antichrist, instead of. (See?) Instead of. Taking the
place of.

		(12) 	And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him,
and 						causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the
first 						beast, whose deadly wound was healed.

	How did they do it? How is it done over here? By forming the harlots
into an image under the beast, the beast system. And it's the system
which is denominational forming the organization that says positively
this has got to happen.  And notice the mighty strength of America.
(See?) This which is coming out of her. Control by the system which is
Romish, doing great wonders. 

		(13)	… he (makes) fire come down from heaven… (that's the atomic 	
				bomb and he does tremendous things.) 

	In other words, the ability of what America has is literally giving the
strength to the Roman Empire, to the church. And deceiving the people
that dwell on earth by means of her great finances, her great abilities.
(See?) And remember, what Bro. Branham said is so true, "America has a
bomb with its name written on it." Positively. (See?)

33.	 Now,

		(14) 	And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those
						miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast;
saying 						to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an
image to 						the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.

	There you are right there. America is the one that's reviving the Roman
church as it was going down. (See?) Because the church would have been
out. But always something comes along to just bolster it, to bring it
right up to where they want it to be. 

		(15) 	And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that
the 						image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many
as 						would not worship the image of the beast should be killed. 				
		(Already that's in America. See?) 

	If you don't want to come into the system, you're going to be
destroyed.

		(16) 	And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free
and 						bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their
foreheads:

		(17) 	…that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or
the 						name of the beast, or the number of his name.

		(18) 	Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number
					of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six 
					hundred threescore and six.

	In other words, what America does is fortify and cause the Roman church
to be the major church of the whole world. And how is it done? They're
the majority of the Roman Catholic right now. As Bro. Branham said,
"When the put Mr. Kennedy as President, he said how can you go to South
America, or any Roman country anywhere in the world now, and preach the
Gospel?" 

	They say, "Don't tell us anything, you've got nothing to tell us,
because you yourself have a Catholic President. You yourself have bowed
down to the system." (See?) There's nothing they can do. And what is it?
America has sold out the world, because of her vast recourses. And
without America, the thing simply would not have gone on. But what with
the churches stepped in, and they've taken all the benefits that have
been accrued to a great nation and placed it at the disposal of the
church.

34.	Just like many years ago, I wanted to send 'Care' packages to India.
And I said, "Well, now I've got to…I would sooner send Care, because I
can in some cases, I can send one dollar get twenty dollars, worth of
food. I can send one dollar, get four dollars, worth of food."

	 And I was told plumb and plain, "Don't even try, unless you put it
through a church, because you'll never get it to anybody." They won't
work it that way, it's got to be by the churches, by the churches see?
So, the churches have the control, and the State is backing it up, and
the American system has done it. (See?) 

	And notice America's part in it. America has a very great part. And as
Bro. Branham said, "You watch when that pope comes out of America." And
it could be the very antichrist himself, but I don't know. I'm not a
prophet, so I cannot tell you, but it certainly looks that way.

35.	 Now, we will trace it ever further back. Notice, I'm going back all
the way. We're going to trace this system ever further and we can do it.
We go to Revelation 12:3  

		(3) 	And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great 	
				red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns 					
upon his head.  

	Read It again: "Appeared in heaven a great red dragon, having seven
heads and ten horns, and seven crowns."  All right, (just hold your
finger there if you like) and let's just swing back to,

	[Revelation] 17:3 and It says:						

		(3) 	…he carried me…. (in) the wilderness: and I saw a woman upon
a 						scarlet coloured beast, (okay, red dragon. Alright, having)
names 						of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.

	There it is, seven heads and ten horns. Okay, just trim back a little
further to [Revelation] 13:1.

		(1) 	And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out
						of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns 	
				ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.

	All right, that's very, very good. let's read [Revelation] 12:4

		(4) 	And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did
cast 						them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman
which 						was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon
as it was 						born.

	All right, now is it? This is a dragon himself come down. Now, who was
there? Rome was there to destroy, but they couldn't do it. Right?
Exactly true.

36.	 Now, and what is this?  This is what we see here Babylon or Rome is
actually Satan's own church world system, that is to bring in satanic
worship by falsifying and perverting Christianity. (See?) Satan's own
system. It's not to say there's no God. It's not to say there's no Jesus
Christ. But is to invade and pervert Christianity so that you actually
are under the devil worshipping the devil who has sold the people a bill
of goods that he is God. (See?)

	Now, once God vindicates Who the true God is by the Mount Carmel
showdown of Elijah, which took pass under Israel. Which I preached that
many years ago now, and showed you 'The True God Identified in Worship',
the same thing takes place at the last end. There is a showdown as to
who is God. And the answer comes back: "There is one God and His Name is
the Lord Jesus Christ, and you must be baptized in that Name." 

	Therefore, anything else is anti-God or antichrist. In other words,
it's instead of. So, if a man worships in a Trinitarian, or a two-fold
type of Godhead or something else, then absolutely he is worshipping
Satan. And he is sitting there saying, "I am God." And he is sitting
there forgiving sins. He is the one that is doing it, and he's no more
God than nothing. But it's in the name of Christianity, in the guise of
Christianity.

37.	So here you see what this is all about. It is Satan's own religion
come down to earth. And he's taking over his power in the Roman Empire,
which power he had way back in Babylon coming down through Persia,
coming down through Greece and now at the end time. But you see, and
there was a little brief hole in there. A little brief in there where
Jesus came down. Where He gave his Life, where the apostles had the true
Word of the Living God. (See?) They had that at that time. But there
came a time then, when the Christianity became perverted, that's when
Satan could just take right over again. And the church was not longer
the church, but it became Thyatira and Mystery Babylon. And that's been
with us all the time.

	And God said, "Look, I'm giving you a chance to repent. I'm going to
give you a time and the season."  And He said, "If you don't do it, (He
said) the thing is going to go on until it comes down to judgment." And
that's exactly what we see here in the Word. And we see it is not the
church of the Lord Jesus Christ, it is Satan's own church. But it is not
what the people try to tell us is Communism, or something else. It is an
actual church purporting to be the true Bride of Jesus Christ, using His
Name. Using the story and understanding the Lamb, talking in those
terms, but absolutely because they corrupted the Word of God, it is no
longer the truth of Almighty God, and therefore, it is the Satan's
religion. (See?)

38.	Now, but how does the church end up this way so far off of Pentecost
where they started in the truth? Well, the answer of course is simply as
a-b-c, it's right back 2 Corinthians 11: here we find It.

		(2) 	For I am jealous over you with godly jealousy: I have espoused 		
			you to one husband, (he wrote the marriage contract, see? but he 				
	said) that I may present you as a chaste virgin to Christ. (Undefiled)

	Now, where is the defilement?

 		(3) 	But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve
through 						his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the
simplicity 						that is in Christ.

	Now, what did Satan do to Eve? He destroyed her by adding one word, and
changing the Word of God.  And It no longer had any rights of salvation,
because the Word was changed. The Word was, you do not dare eat.  It was
changed, yes you do dare eat, It was no longer the Word of God, it was
Satan's own religion. Say what you want, Bro. Branham said the absolute
truth, "One Word off this Message is Satan's kingdom." (See?) And you'll
find that in the Book of John where he warns you that you always try the
spirit by the Word, he tells you flat. And in there he lets you know as
Bro. Branham said, he said, "Remember, sin is not smoking and drinking,
and cursing," (and so on) that's the attributes." He said, "Sin is
unbelief." 

39.	And so, it is with worldliness. Worldliness is not women and men
doing the things out there, it is off the Word of God. Changing the
Word, and out of that comes all those things. So, at the end time we
have an absolute satanic system. Let's go back again to Revelation 2:20,
what I read… when I opened the message. We'll see It again for
ourselves. And It says here:  

		(20)	 Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee, because thou 	
				 sufferest that woman Jezebel, (who calls) herself a prophetess, …


	And remember, there is no such thing as a woman controlling the affairs
of the church. (See?) The things of God. And this here is a theology of
what people are saying. The woman has set herself up as Almighty God,
that's what happened. 

	And she calls herself a prophetess, and she's teaching, and her
teaching is seduction. And what are they eating? They're not eating the
Word of Almighty God, "Man shall not live by bread alone, but every Word
precedes out of the mouth of God."  [Mat. 4:4] And this is the word that
did not precede out of the mouth of God. This her creeds and dogmas, and
she's living by. And you can see right today that all of her ceremonies
are completely heathenistic, absolutely. They will not leave the
heathenistic thing. They will not go to the pure Word of Almighty God.

40.	Let's go to 2 Thessalonians 2:10-12, the same corrupt church,
purporting to be God to the people. 

		(10)	And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that
perish; 					because they received not the love of the truth, they might
be saved.

	Now, hold your finger there (for one second) go back to 1 John 3: And
It says right here            verse 11.

		(11) 	For this is the message (you) heard from the beginning, that we
should 					love one another.

		(12) 	Not as Cain, who was of that wicked one, (who) slew his brother.
And 					wherefore slew he him? Because his own works were evil, and his
						brother's righteous.

	What was his brother's righteous act? Worshipping God according to
divine revelation. What was Cain's unrighteous act?  He was worshipping
God according to misinterpreting the Word. You see? 

41.  Now, you got over here, It says here, "they loved unrighteousness."
The misinterpreted word became their life. [2 Thessalonians 2:]

		(10)	…they received not the love of the truth that they might be
saved.

	Only the truth can save. Christ a part of revealed Word is not the
answer. (See?) 

		(11) 	And for this cause (for leaving the truth) God (will) send them
strong 					delusion, that they should believe (the) lie:	

	What is the lie? "You shall not surely die." [Gen 3:4] That's exactly
what she said, "I am not a widow, I shall not be desolate, I shall not
die." 

	He said, "In one hour, (He said) it's going to strike you, you're going
to be burned."

	Now, It says, 

		(12)	(That they all might be brought into judgment) who believe not
the 					truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

	Now, how can you be brought in judgment? Because the Word judges. And
It's that Word, at that day, that they turn down is going to stand side
by side with their creeds and dogmas and say, '"Thus and thus and thus."
And there won't be one person can go against it. Because this time you
won't have a bunch of crooked judges, and a bunch of crooked police and
everything else like you got here in the world. It's going to be God
Himself. 

	Revelation  22:18-19, well all know those verses.

		(18)	 For I testify unto every man that (hears) the words of the
prophecy 					of this book, 

	The word to 'hear' means to understand. When the Book of Revelation is
open, and the revelation of who Mystery Babylon is vindicated and
proven, and Who Christ is, and so on. It says here at that time:   

		(18)	If any man shall [blank spot on tape] ... (great tribulation)

42.	And then It says, even worse,

		(19) 	And if any man shall take away the words of the (revelation) of
this 					(prophetic book when It has been opened by a prophet at the
end time), 					God shall take away his part out of the book of life,
and out of the 						 holy city, and from the things... (there in.) 

	In other word, it means positively that there is going to be the Lake
of Fire and the Judgment of Almighty God there. 

43.  And this is exactly what we read back in Matthew 13: the little
parable, 31-32   

		(31) 	Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of 	
				heaven is like to a grain of mustard seed, which a man took, and 			
		sowed in his field:

		(32) 	Which indeed is the least of all seeds: but when it is grown,
… n(a 						parable now mind you, this couldn't happen for real, it's
a parable) 						it (becomes) the greatest among herbs, (bigger than) a
tree, (biggest 					tree) so that the birds of the air come and lodge in
the branches thereof.

	What branches? Grafted in branches, Methodist's, Baptists,
Presbyterian, names of blasphemy. (See?) Not Christianity, but
everything purporting to be Christianity in the name of Methodism,
Presbyterianism, Pentecost, Oneness, Twoness, and so on. (See?)

44.	 Now, and God's Word, the Book of Revelation is full of God's
judgment against this false church. Revelation 18:20-24. It's just part
of it.

		(20) 	Rejoice over her, thou heaven, (you) holy apostles and prophets;
						for God hath avenged you on her.

		(21) 	And a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone, and
cast 						it into the sea, saying, Thus with violence shall that great
city Babylon 					be thrown down, and shall be found no more at all.

		(22) 	…the voice of harpers, and musicians, and (the) pipers, and
trumpeters, 					shall be heard no more at all in thee; no craftsman,
(whatever) he be, 					shall be found any more in thee; and the sound of
millstone(s) shall 					be heard no more at all in thee;

		(23) 	…the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee; and
the voice 					of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more
at all in thee: 					for thy merchants were the great men of the earth;
(and) by thy sorceries 					were all nations deceived.

		(24) 	And in her was found the blood of prophets, and of saints, and
all that 					were slain upon earth.

	See, it goes right back to antiquity. See, there she is. Judgment
coming upon her, and it shall not be curtailed.

45.	Notice also in Revelation 3:18, let's take at this. This is
interesting, verse 17. He said,

		(17) 	(You say you're) increased (in) goods, and (lack) nothing; and 	
				(know) not (you're) wretched, miserable, poor, blind, and naked:

		(18) 	I counsel (you) to buy of me gold tried in the fire… (that you
may be made) 				rich; white raiment, (you maybe) clothed, the shame of
thy nakedness 					do not appear; anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, … 

	Listen, what does the Scripture say about nakedness? It's, "Thou shalt
not uncover the nakedness of thy brother." [Lev. 18:6] That means to
have intercourse with his wife. "Thou shat not uncover thy father's
nakedness," [Lev. 18:8] to have intercourse with your step-mother.
(See?)

	What's He saying right here? They're all caught in the filthiness of a
perverted spiritual act that comes out as fornication, lewdness,
filthiness, unfaithfulness at the end time. And It says the whole church
is in it. And It said there is only one way that you're going to get
away from it, and that is you come to God for the reality, for the truth
that your perversion be not seen there.

 	How are you going to do it? Is get right back to the true Word of
Almighty God. Anybody that believes and stands with, perhaps not fully
understanding, but accepting and believing and not trying to figure
especially, what the prophet said. As being vindicated, (because of the
vindicated Message) that man won't have any worry he'll be covered.

46.	Now, let's go to the Old Testament here, we want to go to Isaiah
47:1-15, and see what God says about Babylon. And this is exceptionally
interesting. 

		(1) 	Come down, and sit in the dust, O virgin daughter of Babylon, sit
						on the ground: there is no throne, O daughter of the Chaldeans:
for 						thou shalt no more be called tender and delicate.

		(2) 	Take the millstones, and grind meal: uncover thy locks, make bare
						the leg, uncover the thigh, pass over the rivers…. 

	In other words, "over the rivers" to me is historical incidents. In
other words, over long periods of time, going down, down, down through
the ages. 

		(3) 	Thy nakedness shall be uncovered, yea, thy shame shall be seen: I
						will take vengeance, I will not meet thee as a man.

	In other words, you're not going to have any comfort in what man says,
you're going meet God now according to His Word.

		(4) 	As for our redeemer, the LORD of hosts is his name, the Holy One 
				of Israel.

	See, the revealed Name of God is going to be all set forth. Now:

		(5) 	Sit thou silent, and get thee into darkness, O daughter of the
Chaldeans: 					for thou shalt no more be called, The lady of kingdoms.
(Oh yeah, 						Rome, lady, queen, sure.)

		(6) 	I was wroth with my people, I have polluted mine inheritance, and
						given them into thine hand: thou didst shew them no mercy; upon 		
			the ancient hast thou very heavily laid thy yoke.

		(7) 	(Now it says) I shall be a lady for ever: (the eternal city, oh
yeah) 						so didst not…

	And they're going to bring in the Millennium in of course, and
everybody will think it's the Millennium when they solve the
difficulties for the time being.

		(7)	…thou didst not lay these things to heart, neither didst (thou)
remember 					the latter end of it.

47.  That's what He said, "You better remember now, or you're going to
get it."

		(8) 	Therefore, hear now this (now), thou that art given to pleasures,
…

	We're just quoting you the Book of Revelation back there, if you're
just listening. 

		(8)	… (you dwelt) carelessly, (you said) in (your) heart, I am, and
none 					else beside me; I sit (not) as a widow, …

	You tell her that you can come in any other way but by her? Nothing
doing. She'll kill you. Destroy kingdoms. You're going to come by her.
You're going to come by the Word Council of Churches. You're going to
come by their image, they're all going to get together. Now:

		(8)	…I sit (not) as a widow, neither shall I know the loss of
children: 						(the Book of Revelation again.)

		(9) 	But these two things shall come to thee in a moment in one day, 	
				the loss of children, and widowhood: (and) they shall come upon 				
	thee in their perfection for the multitude of thy sorceries, (very same
					word in the New Testament) and for the great abundance of thine 			
		enchantments.

		(10) 	For thou hast trusted in thy wickedness: thou hast said, None
seeth 						me. Thy wisdom and thy knowledge, it hath perverted thee;
(that's 						back to the knowledge of the tree of good and evil) and
thou hast 						said in thine heart, I am, and none else beside me.

      Notice that. The big boast, you'll come our way, or you're not
going to come. (See?)

		(11) 	Therefore, shall evil come upon thee; thou shalt not know from 	
				whence it riseth: (because, in one hour it's gone) and mischief
shall 					fall upon thee; thou shalt not be able to put it off: and
desolation 						shall come upon thee suddenly, which thou shalt not
know.

		(12) 	Stand now with thine enchantments, with the multitude of thy
sorceries, 					wherein thou hast laboured from thy youth; (see, way,
way back for ages) 					if thou be able to profit, if thou mayest
prevail.

	Oh, they talk as though they've got it made, oh sure. That's why the
patience of the saints is to know this: don't fuss and fume, they that
take the sword must by the sword be killed. (See?) Judgment is the
course. Remember, the time of our judgment is not yet. But if you think
we do not judge them, you're wrong. If you think we do not reap judgment
upon you, you're wrong. The Bride is right there with the King when
judgment falls. Yes siree. And remember, while she's gone from the Great
Tribulation, it's because of what they did to her that's going on, on
the earth. (See?)

48.	Now: 

		(13) 	Thou art wearied in the multitude of thy counsels…

	They sure are. You take Rome, can't do a thing right now, nor the
churches, they can't do a thing. No siree. Rome is being saved right now
by the Pentecostals. The pope admitted, he said, "The Roman Catholic
church is doomed unless it becomes Charismatic." He told that to a vast
congregation of priests, maybe about a year ago in Rome. And he said, "I
advocate that all of our priests receive the Holy Ghost." And they say
two hundred threw their robes off and raised their hands and spoke in
tongues like a rushing mighty wind. (See?) God, sending strong
delusions. Pentecost couldn't believe for one minute that a person
couldn't have the Holy Ghost who spoke in tongues supernaturally.
They're sucked in by it right now.

	How are you going to get around the people speaking in tongues and
saying, "Hail Mary," and kissing the pope's toe? How are you going to
get around it? You can't do it, you got to take it. (See?)  

		(13) 	(See, you're) wearied in the multitude of thy counsels. Let now
the 						astrologers, the stargazers, monthly prognosticators, stand
up, and						save thee from these things that shall come upon thee.
(Nothing is						going to stop it, they're just biding your time.)

		(14) 	Behold, they shall be as stubble; the fire shall burn them; they
shall 					not deliver themselves from the power of the flame: there
shall not 						be a coal to warm at, nor fire to sit before it. 

	In other words, there's no consolation, no comfort that it's going to
end.

		(15) 	Thus shall they be unto thee with whom thou hast laboured, even 
					thy merchants, from thy youth: they shall wander everyone to his 		
			quarter; none shall save thee.

 	 They're going to get their judgment too, the whole thing is going to
get washed out. (See?) It's going to pieces. Nothing will stop it. It's
got to be finished. They're having a little break right now, because of
America, what's going to get finished entirely. Now, do not think this
strange, because God does not change. God judged Israel the same as He
judges Babylon, because God will not let people get away with sin.

49.  Let's go to Ezekiel 16:28-38 and see what He does over here.  Now:

		(28) 	Thou hast played the whore also with the Assyrians, because thou
						wast unsatiable; yea, thou hast played the harlot with them, and
yet 					couldest not be satisfied.

	In other words, the constant coming together in a liaison with the
kings and the priests and taking their religion. Mixing it, bastardizing
it. 

		(29) 	Thou hast moreover multiplied thy fornication in the land of
Canaan 					unto Chaldea; and yet thou wast not satisfied therewith.

	Now, He's talking about Israel did. But I want to tell you something:
you go right now to South America where the Catholic's are, and you'll
find the Inca religions, the Peruvians, the Mayans, the rest, all mixed
up in it. You go to the Islands, you'll see witchcraft, you'll see a
mixture. Anything goes with Catholicism, because I don't think they
believe in God in the first place. 

		(30) 	How weak is thine heart, saith the LORD seeing thou doest all			
		these things, the work of an imperious whorish woman;

	See, Israel the same rebuke, because they got messed up.

		(31) 	In that thou buildest thine eminent place in the head of every
way, …

	The high places where the groves are. Notice where the Catholic's go,
always in the high places. (See?) Always in the grove.  

		(31)	…every street; and hast not been as an harlot, in that thou
scornest 						hire;

		(32) 	But as a wife that committeth adultery, which taketh strangers
instead 					of her husband!

		(33) 	They give gifts to all whores: but thou givest thy gifts to all
thy lovers, 					and hirest them, that they may come unto thee on every
side for thy 					whoredom.

	Join the Catholic church, I'll see that everything's okay. We'll take
care of your problems. Oh yeah, we'll mange things for you. (See?)
They'll sell themselves and you right down the river. Like the political
parties that said, "Well, …"  (What was it many years ago in Alberta
when they tried to defeat the Social Creditors? They had their power
under Aberhart and Manning.) They said, "Well now we'll promise you
anything you want." They made a lot of promises. "Then if there's
something we missed, just tell us, we'll promise you that too." 

	Roman Catholic church. They can call themselves Baptist's all they want
to, but they're just as messed up as the rest of them. Politics. See?
Pay for, give you absolution. Give you money. (See?) Pay you. They'll do
anything they can. Spy on you to bring you in there.

50.	Now:

		(34) 	And the contrary is in thee from other women in thy whoredoms, 	
				whereas none followeth thee to commit whoredoms: and in that 					
thou givest a reward, and no reward is given unto thee, therefore 					
thou art contrary.

	The Catholic church will take a loss for years, payout, until they get
a chance to come back.

		(35) 	Wherefore, O harlot, hear the word of the LORD: (This is Israel
of 						course.)

		(36) 	Thus saith the Lord GOD; Because thy filthiness was poured out, 
					and thy nakedness discovered through thy whoredoms with thy lovers,
					and with all the idols of thy abominations… (in other words, what
they 					were doing is worship) and by the blood of thy children, which
thou 					didst give unto them; (See?)

	Look at how people sell their children down the river right now for
religion. You talk about Catholicism, it's still just as strong as it
ever was. (Yeah, I can tell you some things, but I'm not going to go
into it.) Now, It says:

		(37) 	… I will gather them round (thee) about against thee, and
discover 						thy nakedness unto them, that they may see all thy
nakedness.

	And that's exactly what happened to Israel, and what's going to happen
again in Babylon. They're going to see the destruction and the folly of
what they got into. Because God's going to break that system first. And
people are going to stand back then, is going to come upon them. And He
said:

		(38) 	…I will judge thee, as women that break wedlock and shed blood
are 					judged; and I will give thee blood in fury and jealousy.

 	Now, God demands that there's got to be judgment. (See?)

51.	Now, let's take a look how God dealt with Israel after they
crucified Christ. Matthew 23:35, we saw It last night. He said:

		(35) 	That upon you may come all the righteous blood shed upon the 			
		earth, from the blood of righteous Abel unto the blood of Zacharias 		
		son of Barachias, whom (you) slew between the temple and the altar.

		(36) 	Verily I say unto you, All these things shall come upon this
generation.

	Now, what happened? In 70 AD, God judged Israel that generation that
defied Christ the Living Word. Right.

52.  Now, He is demanding it again our day in Revelation 18:24, let's
take a look at that.

		(24) 	And in her was found the blood of prophets, and of saints, and
of						all, (not one or two, all, that's from Abel) upon the (face of)
the						 earth. (Same thing.)

	And in this generation God is going to demand all the blood of all
Ages. So therefore, this will be worldwide and terrible and horrible in
its scope. It happened exactly as said in Revelation 13:10.

		(10) 	He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity: …

	And there's nobody captivates worse than the Catholic church. And the
Protestant's are doing the same thing.

		(10)	… he that (kills) with the sword must be killed with the sword.
						Here is the patience and the faith of the saints.

	They are going to get what they gave to the people of Almighty God.

53.	Now, these thoughts here might help us to see even more clearly what
is under those four Seals. The white horse, the deeds that would become
a doctrine, would be the spirit incarnated to put a ruler. The man then
riding on a red horse, a power and degradation. The black horse taking
the souls of men. And the end time, all poured into one. (Right?) You
got the same thing under the world systems. 

	You got the start there way back in Babylon. Started way back with
Cain, took his headship under Nimrod. World religion, went down into
Medo-Persia, into Greece, into Rome, and there for a little span the
Word of God went forth. But in 320 AD the church got together with the
government, and the government began levying taxes and helping the
church. And the church got away from Almighty God, and brought in all
paganism to satisfy those who were running it, which were not true men
of Almighty God. They left the prophets, they left the Word, they left
it all.

54.	And now what happened? God said, "I've looked at you long enough,
I'm going to tell you flat, if you don't repent, (now is your day to
repent) if you change your mind and you go back everything is going to
be fine. But if you don't, it's going to start to be the finish. From
now on, I'm going to look forward to judgment." (See?) And at the end
time, all rolled into one.

	See, the whole thing is merely as Bro. Branham showed us that
antichrist spirit going all the way to the very end. And what is it? You
can see it right there, it is a devil himself insinuating himself into
Christianity. (See?) Coming right in so that the people leave the Word
of God. Then he sets himself up as God and says, "This is true worship,
you're coming to God through me." And of course, we know that, and admit
that Jesus is God. So, he sits right there and instead of Jesus, and he
says, "I forgive sins, I have the power, I've got control here. I'm
going to bring the Millennium upon earth."  And he just weaves the whole
thing together, and men they're stunned, they're tremendously happy
which what's going on for a while. But then, you see it can't last,
because God is determined to bring her down, and she will be brought
down. 

55.	So, all who come out of the harlot, and that is all who came out of
the harlot, the systems, all go back to her. But at the end time
there'll be a people who come out of the harlot and they will not go
back. That's where Bro. Branham said, "This Message cannot be
organized."  Now, I know many people right now are very, very unhappy,
because we're fragmented and we're in sections. And you've got this
group rises with a real, happy thought of seeing something. And they
say, "Now, you're not in it, because you don't see what I see."

	Now look, let me tell you flat, if two people could sit down eye to eye
and agree on every point, we become an organization. But you never will
be. The main thing is to keep your spirits like the prophet. Don't be
pulled here or there, don't be afraid to look at a thing, but neither do
not be afraid to stand for what you believe, and don't be pushed around.
Neither push, nor be pushed. Stand in the middle of the road. If you
don't see It, you don't see. That doesn't put you out or in. This
Message cannot be organized. Remember, God though will reveal what
remains unrevealed by manifestation. Because he said so.

	So, here we are away from it, we've come out of Babylon. Now, right
away that's a clue that we're Bride material having come out. Who was
actually Bride, that's up to Almighty God. The prophet said, "Mount Zion
will be the showdown which is the Rapture."

56.	Now, as I say, there are many ways we can look at things. But there'
one thing we all know tonight, we have come out. We have come out of
Satan's own religion. (Right) This what we see today is not of God, it
is a hundred percent of Satan.

	Now, if you still don't understand me, let me tell you again: Satan has
no power of his own. There is nothing in this earth that is not good of
itself. Nothing. There's nothing of itself that is not clean. Nothing.
All power is of God, it's what you do with it. That's exactly what we
see going on. This pure grain of mustard seed started out, now in a
perverted grafted form covers the whole earth. There is nothing wrong
with the life that's coming up to Bride-hood. It's what is living off
the life, and what is living off the life claims to be 'the life' and it
is not 'the life'. It is satanic. So, it's Satan's own religion on
earth. And It'll soon be incarnated in a man, the devil himself will sit
in a pope, and he'll be a tremendous person. You talk about Charismatic,
a great man. And Jesus said, "I came in My Father's Name, you turned Me
down. There's coming a day when one comes in his own name, and him you
will take." [John 5:43] 

	That day is right at hand. (See?) We're right at the very end, because
the Gentile empire that's running out has everything to do with Israel.
Because as soon as our day is over and God turns to Israel, that's the
time the antichrist come on the scene, and because of his power he will
force a contract with Israel. Which contract will be broken, middle of
that half year. (See?)

57.  So, here we are at the very end. Stay clear of anything that's
organized. Stay clear of anything that's contrary to the prophetic
Message. Stay clear of all those things that will get you bound up and
wrapped up in some type of respect of man, or of men, (and there's a lot
of them) who demand a certain attention. That's exactly why you got all
the heavy emphasis on certain understandings amongst us, is the…this
is it.   

	Well, I'm going to tell you something: there is nothing that I say,
"This is it." There is nothing I have that even purports this is it, I'm
simply doing my best to stand back and watch. You believe what you want.
(See?) And then one more step, your pastor is ordained to see you
through. I am not, and neither is some other pastor running around, or
some teacher, or preacher.

	Now, let's get the spirits right. Right? as the prophet said. With that
if something comes on, it's examined and says, "Yes, that is fine, that
is the truth." I want to tell you something, if it's really real, your
spirit will be right. (See?) True.

 	So, may the Lord love you and guide you, protect you and stay away
from Satan's religion, which is 'one word off '. (See?) Don't let
anybody organize you, because it is he himself that's going to be
incarnated right now, because that's his church out there. World church
taking the things of God perverting It. The multitudes will fall in, and
those that don't, will die.   But thank God, a Bride should go away.
Shall we rise at this time.

	Our dear Heavenly Father, we thank You tonight that You said the wise
at the end time will understand. And here we see, Lord, our wisdom is
increasing in the knowledge of Almighty God, which wisdom is from above,
and is pure and is not sensual. Now, Lord, if we had some wisdom
concerning this Message that made us big shots and make people want to
listen to us, this and that, I believe that would be sensual. I don't
believe that would be the wisdom above. Lord, I personally would have to
stand aside, I believe until some element of humility came in, like the
prophet who is on the scene here, who had power, as few men would have.
And yet, Lord, You trained them in such a way that You could trust in.
Lord in Heaven, I believe there's a people right now that's being
trained for the responsibility of son-hood, man-hood, adoption right now
at this age, Lord, in responsibility and part of it lies right here.

	Humble our souls and spirits tonight, O God, that we will believe that
all men who came out are Bride in the Lord Jesus Christ. Looking at this
Word, Lord, believing there's no difference. O God, help us now if they
don't put their spirits down, may we put our spirits down. If they do
not agree, Lord, may we agree. May we be, Lord, like that great man
Wesley who one day accosted by a bully, and he wouldn't get off the
sidewalk and he said, "I don't get off the sidewalk for fools."  And
Wesley said, "I do," and stepped aside.

	My God, I believe if that man could do it then, we can do it right now.
Not calling anybody a fool, but stepping aside. Lord to be humble, to be
gracious, to be kind, considerate, bring our   spirits down, Lord, in
humility. Not humiliated spirits, but humble spirits. Just as Moses of
old.

	Lord, if we could see Jesus crucified and they plucked the hair off of
his cheek, and the plaited crowns of thorns and they did terrible things
to Him. And he turned his face and said, "Father forgive them." And,
Lord, in that same hour could say to the thief, you can be with me in
paradise. Father in Heaven, we see the key right there to bring in the
people, and bringing ourselves to the place of exaltation of Christ by
this method of humility.

	Help us, Lord, tonight, help us to…we understand clearly now what
Satan's kingdom is, and these things, O God, and we understand now more
and more what the prophet said. Now Father, help that wisdom and
knowledge to increase until the perfect day. 

	Bless each one here in Divine Presence. Again, we pray, O God, tonight,
though there might not be a prayer line, that it is not necessary, but,
Lord, at this moment now may we see that if we are part of that Bride,
and then, then tonight, Lord, surely the same healing is available to
us. God, smite the power of the enemy from which dis-assorted ourselves
entirely, withdraw ourselves and understand, may the enemy be defeated
within the bodies, Lord, as a sign to the Resurrection. Give healing I
pray to Your people tonight. And, Lord, give great comfort and power of
faith as the advance in the strength of Almighty God. Knowing, that He
that is in us, is greater than he that's in the world.

	We're more than conquers through Him that loved us, even Jesus Christ
our Lord. These things we ask, Lord, for Your honor and glory. Now, unto
the King Eternal, immortal, the only wise God, be all power and honor
and glory through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
