Day of the Master # 2

 

Bro. Lee Vayle   -    June 12, 1983

	Heavenly Father,  we thank You again for this privilege of being in
Your house dedicated unto Your Name for the exclusive use of the Gospel;
believing, Lord, that whatsoever is preached here, and whatsoever goes
out will absolutely be one with Your Word, and we are very happy for
that. We love You this morning and are very, very ashamed at the same
time that we ever doubted You, because we see You fulfill every single
Word. And our hope is in Thee, and we do not need anyone else, Lord, not
that we exclude any member, but we realize that as every single cell
depends upon a life, then every single cell must look to that life
before it looks to another cell. Because, the cell may cry in vain to
another cell, but it doesn't do any good. It's got to cry to that Life
that brought it into existence and keeps it, and one day will bring it
back, and we're grateful for that.

	We thank You that God, Lord, glory is here in our midst, and we praise
You for what You're doing and what You are in the process doing as now
all become one. And we count it a finish work, because we are partakers
by faith, where faith counts the work done. Now, be with us in every
meditation of our heart, we'll give You the glory in Jesus' Name. Amen.
You may be seated.

1.	Don't mind me if I kind of lead out different for you. What I was
taught years and years ago by a song leader who was exceptionally
expert, that every pianist…not that I expect anybody to follow me, you
see, because I'm not in that category.

	But what happens is: no song writer ever wrote a song that you play it
in a stereotype where you sing it, it's always can be modified. I didn't
learn from him that I could do that. He did it for us. And he would take
all these songs and he would change them, because he was expert in
music. And so if I sometime get ahead of you, it's because just is how I
do things, period. I just sing right out and go ahead.

	[Bro. Vayle address some people in attendance]

2.	Now, I want to read something before I get into the message here. And
I'm going to read you Hannah's prophetic prayer. She says: [1 Samuel 2:]

		(1) 	…My heart rejoiceth in the LORD, mine horn is exalted in the 		
			LORD: my mouth is enlarged over mine enemies; because I rejoice 				
in thy salvation.

		(2) 	There is none holy as the LORD: for there is none beside thee: 		
			neither is there any rock like our God.

		(3) 	Talk no more so exceeding proudly; let not arrogancy come out of 
					your mouth: for the LORD is a God of knowledge, and by him actions 
				are weighed.

		(4) 	The bows of the mighty men are broken, and they that 						
stumbled are girded with strength.

		(5) 	They that were full have hired out themselves for bread;…

	Now listen, "The bows of the might men are broken," my mouth is
enlarged over the enemies, because I rejoice in thy salvation. None holy
but God. There's no rock, (just pipe yourselves down. Don't talk, don't
be so proud,) for the Lord is a God of knowledge, and by him actions are
weighted. (That's the Lord of glory which I'm going to talk of one of
these days.) The bows are broken, they that stumble are girded with
strength."

	Did you hear? You're not listening. "They that stumble are girded with
strength." They that were full hire themselves out for bread, money. The
ministry is full of "give me, give me, give me." Do anything for a buck.

3.	I got something to tell you this morning, I'm not going to tell you
everything. We'll get to that later on.

		(5)	…they that were hungry ceased: ("Blessed are they that hunger
and 					thirst after righteousness," they're filled.) so that the
barren hath born 					seven; (seven Church Ages gone by) and she that
hath many 						children is waxed feeble. 

	Don't fear that church out there. She's bluffed, she's hot air. She's a
dupe, she's even decomposed manure. Don't have a thing to do with her.

		(6) 	The LORD killeth, and (the Lord) maketh alive: he bringeth down 	
				to the grave, and bringeth up.

		(7) 	The LORD maketh poor, (the Lord) maketh rich: he bringeth low, 		
			and (lifts) up.

		(8) 	He (raises) up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth up the
beggar from 					the dunghill, (I always thought David said that, but
it's the same Spirit 					of God that old gal Hannah.) to set them among
princes, and make 						them inherit the throne of glory: for the
pillars of the earth 							are the 	LORD's… 

	Remember what Bro. Branham  said about the pillar in the church, part
of the foundation, we're back to the foundation? "I'll make him a pillar
in the house of my God." [Rev 3:12] We will look back and they say,
"Well, I wish I was like Peter." (Fap!) You're just like Peter already.
You say, "I wish I was like Paul." You're already like Paul. What are
you talking about?

	Does my foot ever say, "Hey, I wish I were like the hand." It is like
the hand. It hasn't got the same structure, but it's part of the same
body. Didn't see my foot, did you? There it is, my hand. [laughter] 

4.	All right, listen,

		(8)	…pillars of the earth are the LORD', he hath set the world upon 
					them. (That exist for us.)

	Didn't he say He never made a fish with a fin till He made the water?
Then who's He made the world for? Us! Oh, yes, yes, beautiful,
beautiful.

		(9) 	He will keep the feet of his saints, and the wicked shall be
silent in 						darkness; for by strength shall no man prevail.

		(10) 	The adversaries of the LORD shall be broken to pieces; out of
(the) 					heaven shall he thunder upon them: the LORD shall judge the
ends 					of the earth; and he shall give strength unto his king, and
exalt the 						horn of his anointed.

	I think I've been more relaxed and happy in the last day then I've been
for a long, long time. You know, I don't spend money very wisely. If I
was smart I'd be like some of you folk, but I know that some of you just
as stupid as I am, so don't feel too good. [laughter] You never go on a
vacation either, so you don't know what a vacation is. And my wife and
I, if we went we just be all nervous about it. So, we either give it
away, or we spend it on something else. And we spend a lot of money on
shrubs, putting in trees and working on busting our backs and what have
you; mostly mine. (Trying to get Lloyd to break his too once in a
while.) 

5.	And the other day, a bluebird flew in. 'Bluebird of happiness'. And
the funniest thing was I sort of believed it was an omen. But, I have no
reason to believe in omen's, because God warned me not to. So I don't
believe in omens. But, this bluebird flew in, and then I got a couple of
phone calls. And I made a couple of phone calls, and I want to say that
Hannah's prophetic prayer is mine this morning.

	I've had my enemies, but the present crop is all defeated by their own
mouths and have destroyed themselves. There's not one can stand. And
when He spoke to me and said to me that day, "I have made you a weapon
of judgment in My hands." It' isn't Lee Vayle, it's what I preach. And
that's where all the hatred comes in. Until one man stands up and calls
It 'puke', I wouldn't be in his boots for a hundred million dollars, or
a million life-times. (But, that's beside the point.)

	That's by what I believe, it's what I know, this Word is real, It'll go
on being real. There'll never be a time when It won't be real.

6.	You know brother/sister, people can say what they want, and I know
this is perhaps the greatest criticism I have, under the Seventh Seal,
reality has come and It is merely a matter of timing. For time has run
out. And there will be people standing here who will not die. That is my
testimony, but I could be dead tomorrow morning, (and I hope I am) but
worst luck, I know I won't be. [laughter] I won't be dead tomorrow,
unless God feels I'm abusing privileges and saying something I shouldn't
say, but He knows my heart.

	That Abraham could not go back on the Word of the hour, which whether
you believe It or not, the Word of the hour was: "He look for a City
which hath foundation, who's Builder and Maker is God," [Heb 11:10] and
he hasn't got there yet, but he has, because It's his.

	For it is He Who has said, "I go to prepare a place for you," [Jn 14:3]
it's been two thousand years in doing it. And Abraham and you and I are
about to walk into the Eternal City of transparent gold. He died, I may
die, William Branham died, but we're going to be there. Don't ever fuss
about it. Don't worry about it, just understand, the hour of the
promise.

	The same Jesus Who said, "Whosoever liveth and believeth in me, shall
never die. Do you believe this?" [Jn 11:26]

	She said, "Yea Lord, I do believe." [Jn 11:27] 

	And they've been dying for two thousand years, but today there is a
group of people who will not die! I hope I'm one of them. I believe I am
one of them, but my faith is not abnegated if I go out tomorrow, because
it means nothing.

7.	Bro. Branham said, "There is no difference." I believe the prophet,
there is no difference whether I die or not. But, I thank God I've had a
privilege of being able to stand before people, even though few, but
what I've preached has gone literally around the world. And they know
that I say, "I stand with this Word." That, there's somebody in this
room here, some bodies, and there's some bodies out there, and it
doesn't matter what happened to William Branham, doesn't matter what
happens to me, doesn't matter what happens to you, there are people
right now, who are not going to die! Why?

	Because, they're the part of the Bride that's not going to die. The
rest died. See, the full life has to pass into the grain. And it happens
that this bunch is the grain. (See?) They won't go down and be
replanted. No, it's  wonderful we're there at that age. 

8.	Now, the message last Sunday which we're continuing is: 'The Day of
the Master'. And of course you understand that we use the word "Lord' as
Master, because it's sprinkled throughout the Bible, thousands of times.
And a basic meaning that's in the mind of perhaps the most is, it's a
title that has to do with being 'Master'. And Sarah called her husband
Lord, called him Master. And actually the word 'master' also is
'husband'. So, this is the Day of the Husband, this is the Day of the
Master.

	And we read over here in Revelation 1:10,12 to 18. And It said in verse
10.

		(10) 	I was in the Spirit on the Lord's day, and heard behind me a
great 						voice, as of a trumpet,

	And then the voice continues in verse 12,

		(12) 	I turned to see the voice that spake with me. And being turned,
I 						saw seven golden candlesticks;

		(13) 	And in the midst of the seven candlesticks one like unto the Son
						of man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about 		
			the paps with a golden girdle.

		(14) 	His head and his (hair) were white (as) wool, (his eyes) white
as 						snow; and his eyes a flame of fire;

		(15) 	…his feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a
furnace; his 						voice as the sound of many waters.

		(16) 	And he had in his right hand seven stars: and out of his mouth 	
				went a sharp twoedged sword: his countenance was as the sun 					
shineth in his strength.

		(17) 	And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead. And he laid his
right 					hand upon me, saying unto me, Fear not; I am the first and
the last:

	Now, that would be the voice of the un-incarnated God, that would be
God as Spirit.

		(18 )	I am he that liveth, and was dead;…	

	That is speaking in terms of the incarnation, because God cannot die.
There's no way He can die. He had to have a body that was prepared that
would die. (And now sometime I'll explain that all to you when we go
into Logos a little more fully.)

		(18 )	(I) …was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and
						have the keys of (of death and of hell.)

9.	Now, we noticed there last Sunday, and I don't know if it's in your
Bible or not, in the margin that it's in my margin a Scofield Bible,
where It says, "I was in the Spirit on the Lord's Day." And It says
there in your margin "I became in the Spirit on the Lord's Day." [Rev
1:10]

	Now, you'll notice as I said this is a term that is vital to the usage
of the word 'Elohim', the One Who becomes. Bro. Branham said, "He was
El, Ella, El Ella, Elohim, which is the strong One bound by an oath."
And he said, "God never changes as to His nature, but He changes His
mask." And so therefore, according to the Attributes that are within
God, which was within Him to be Father; in Him to be Son; in Him to be
Husband; in Him to be the Lion. In Him was this, in Him was that. Those
were Attributes residing in there, and so therefore, He would bring
forth roles consistent with the Attributes. See?

10.	Now, John here he became in the Spirit, he was a man who was fully
born-again, He was an apostle, but also in this case you will notice the
prophetic office. So therefore, he is going from the embryo which was in
him in the beginning, which in him was a son; which in him was a placed
son; in him was a distinct son; in him was this and that, which was the
apostle. 

	So therefore now, he goes which was in him to be in the tribe where he
was born into which was Levi, or Judah, (I don't know, what he's born
into, I don't think it was Levi.) But he was born into it. In him was to
be what he was which was a male child, he came forth. In him was to be
spiritual, which came forth. In him was to be born-again, which he was
born-again. In him was to be apostle which he was apostle. In him was to
be prophet, which he's prophet.

	Now, he said that, "I became." I became in the Spirit, so showing a
change of spirituality to the extent that he's literally telling us what
I brought out here that Paul says in the Book of 1 Corinthians 2:11, 
and I'm repeating this, because I want you to get it.

		(11) 	For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man
						(that's) in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the
						Spirit of God.

11.	Now, he's telling you flat like Bro. Branham told us, he said,
"Moses was just Moses until he stood before the Pillar of Fire, and the
Pillar of Fire went into him, and he became the veil of the Word." And
the minute he gave out the Word, he wasn't God to the people anymore.
But, the minute that Word was in him, he was God to the people. And
Moses became in the Spirit. See? Not the spirit of man. He went from the
spirit of man, which was just a man, to the Spirit of God, then he went
right back to the spirit of a man again. 

	That's what Elijah did. He stood up there and he said, "How." (he said)
we'll see who's God." He said, "If Baal be God let him answer by fire.
And if God be God, He'll answer by fire."

	Oh listen, that man just stands there and to know what he said had to
come to pass. Because, he was literally God. Like Samson stood there and
he said, "I'll tell you what, (he said) you bind my hair with these
little twigs here, and (he said) I'll be like any other man."

	And she said, "Samson, the Philistine's be upon you." And he like God,
he shook himself, he just ripped the things to pieces, the people, he
carried the gates up the hill, smashed things to smithereens; and
suddenly he's man again. Now, you got what he's saying here. "I was in
man." The spirit of man until this point.

12.	Suddenly, I wasn't anymore a man. Now you see, people didn't like
that in Bro. Branham. 

	"Well, he's just a man. Oh, is he just a man?"

	"Well then, why don't you do it, big mouth?"

	I've made a challenge dozens of times. Bro. Branham said, I heard him,
"Bring me twenty four (twenty five, I forget which) of your worse cases,
I guarantee healing for all." Nobody took him up on it. 

	So he went in …?... down near Texas border, he said, "Bring me your
worse case." And they brought him this little girl (the best to my
knowledge) she looked like a dish of cold cooked spaghetti. Within two
hours, she's perfectly normal.

	Now, I say, "Look, I got a hang-nail, (well, thank God they're all
gone, but I think one's coming and I hate them,) now I say, "Look, I
challenge the world, heal it."

	"Oh, Bro. Vayle, use your faith."

	Drop dead! Don't tell me to use my faith, you do it, like William
Branham did. William Branham wasn't a man, that was God's speaking.
"Oh," you say… now listen, don't tell me nothing please, just get out
of my hair, if you don't like what I preach and you can't see what I
preach, do me a favor… Well, I'm not going to preach rougher than
this, so you can stay. [laughter] This is as rough as I'm going to get.

13.	Don't you understand what he's talking here; 'becoming'. He moved
completely out. And as Bro. Branham said and he meant it, "If a man
could get to the place where he realized in the spirit (that would be
God) he's omnipotent, and God's omnipotent, and two 'omnipotence' come
together, he creates worlds."  Boggle, boggle, boggle. Boggle, let your
mind go. Boy, give me a chance at that! I love the idea.

	"Well," you say, "what would you do?" Nothing! Because it takes two
omnipotent. And if He let me be omnipotent, it's only half an
omnipotent. The two got to get together. That's why I say the first man
that comes out of the ground here. The first resurrected man, if that's
William Branham, he owns it all. He can defuse every hydrogen bomb. He
can go through mountain of lead fifty miles wide in less than a thought.
He could drive everybody plumb crazy. [laughter] He could transport a
city to the Sahara desert, New York, and then take it right back again. 

	You say, "Could he?" Yeah, he could. Yes, he could. But it takes two
omnipotence's. In other words, the omnipotence of man would be a
transferred, and the transference would not diminish the transferor one
iota. That's why God could fill fifty billion people with the Holy
Spirit, and not be diminished one iota, anymore than one male is
diminished, through sexual intercourse could procreate a million
children if he had a chance. And he's not diminished on bit. In fact, he
is actually enlarged, because now he's multiplied himself.

14.	John became in the Spirit. He moved plumb out of John. Oh listen,
you talk about a man that's a prophet. They are god's to the people,
there's no two ways about it. A genuine Word prophet is God to the
people. I don't care what anybody says. Even heathens knows that, that's
why they make an image and they prostrate themselves and they feel by
certain prayers, they can make God come into that image, and right now
we've got a reality.

	Oh, come on. What is the word that they use? It's a Greek word,
(phfft!) on the Greek. Trans…something I suppose, I don't know. (I
can't remember, so I'm not even going to worry it.) What about when God
came into Jesus on that day, and He actually started with Logos being
transformed in human flesh?

15.	Anyway, now then, let's go a little further. A more literal
translation puts it: "I came to be in Spirit to the Lord's Day." So
therefore, there was a direct reason for John to be out of his spirit
into the Spirit of God, and it was just a though God stood there and
wrote it all down, or told it all down.

	Now, it was to a point, he didn't go back, he didn't explain the past.
Now, when Moses got on the scene, the Scripture, we're told that Moses
categorically wrote the first five Books. There's a lot of dispute on
that, and I'm not going to argue one way or the other, because I don't
know. One day Bro. Branham made a mistake, he only quoted four Books. I
made the same mistake just the week before he did, and I quoted four
other books. So, between the two of us, we've left out two Books. I
doesn't make one bit of difference, you know, who wrote It, in the sense
of this Word, that God vindicated It.

	Now, Moses was historian. And Moses brought the people current, and to
a degree he took them into the future. But, this man here went right to
the future. Therefore, this is a Book of Prophecy. 

16.	So, he said, "I came to be in Spirit on the Lord's Day." [Rev 1:10]

	Now, we want to ask a question: when did Jesus ever have His Day?
Because John looked to it. Well, He didn't have His day. When did God
have His day? He never did have His Day. Man blew it, right? This is
man's day. This is Satan's day. See?

	Now, let's take a look at the Scripture, and look at this day. We go to
Luke 4:16.

		(16) 	…he came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up: and, as
his 						custom was, he went into the synagogue on the sabbath day, and
						stood up for to read.

		(17) 	And there was delivered unto him the book of the prophet
Esaias…. 					(Notice, it was delivered to him, the book.) 

	Now, God knew every thought, and God as the predestinator every action.
So therefore, this was already in the mind of God, in the foreknowledge
of God, and the purpose of God and suddenly comes to pass at that hour.

		(17)	…And when he had opened the book, he found the place where it 	
				was written, 

		(18) 	The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me
to 						(proclaim) the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the
broken-					hearted, preach deliverance to the captives, (the)
recovering of 						sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are
bruised,

		(19) 	To preach the acceptable year of the Lord.

	Ah ha, "to preach the acceptable year of the Lord." That's what It
says. 

17.	Let's go back to where it's written, Isaiah 61: the first few
verses.  

		(1) 	The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me; because the LORD hath 				
	anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; (and of course 					
the word 'meek' there I think is the same as the New Testament 					
means 'tent dwellers', us old tabernacle-ers down here they ain't 					
got no place  to go but Heaven, hallelujah. It's nice to know we're 				
	going there.) he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to 					
proclaim liberty to the captives, the opening 	of the prison to them 			
		that are bound;

		(2) 	To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD…(and he stopped.
Then 					the next one) the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort
(them) that					 mourn;

	Notice, the acceptable year and a day. This Book of Revelation is the
day, not the year. And a day is a whole less shorter than a year. One
three hundred and sixty fifth. Now, don't try to make something of it. I
haven't used the figures either, we got good mathematicians here. If you
want to have some fun, go ahead and try to figure it out if you want to.
They're still trying to figure the space of almost half an hour, which
is really twenty one years, because It doesn't say a full half hour, It
says almost a half hour.

18.	Where's your twenty one year's going to start, where are they going
to end? Why bother? Mercy me, look, I tell you frankly I go down town
and I see…well, if I ever go back…well, I made a promise I got to
go…old Doc Kash comes by, we're going to go to the Hyatt Regency now.
They got they say, one of the best pastry chefs in America there. And
you can have the chocolata(?) bar for $2.95. Now, I'm not going to say,
"What is the chef's name? Where did he get the ingredients? Oh, my how
did he do it?" I'll look up and I'll see the chocolate pecan pie, hmm, a
hundred thousand calories. And I'll see the chocolate cheese cake, and
I'll say, "Wow, what a delight." And I'll see the Black Forrest cake,
and I'll say, "No doubt in Toronto there's a better one, but this will
do in the mean time." That's true too. This is will do in the mean time.
[laughter] Oh, I know my gourmet spots around the country. (My gourmet
spot, yes.) [patting his stomach] Certainly.

 	See, so therefore what…do you understand here there's so much that
is just like folly; what do you care about the twenty one years, if you
don't have a clue except it does mention it. When does it start? Where
is it going? What is the difference? If you're privy to everything that
is contingent there, and everything is whole, then you've got the twenty
one regardless.

	If I've got a perfect living body, then there must be a heart here, I
don't have to have my chest opened, or an x-ray, or somebody feel it or
anything else. I know I've got a heart. (Not much of a heart, mostly
liver, but as you well know, but that's beside the point. That's just
old Lee Vayle.)

19.	Now, He said, "The acceptable year and the Day of the Lord. See?
Now, is not John saying, "Therefore, I saw man's day ending, and God's
Day beginning?" That's what he said. He said, "I saw man moving out, I
saw God moving in."

	Is this then the Book of Revelation a juncture? It is certainly a
juncture. Now, let's just look at some Scripture. We go to Malachi 3:2.

		(2) 	But who may abide the day of his coming?... (Who may abide the 		
			day of his coming? Now listen, the question:) who shall stand when 		
		he appeareth? 

	And the answer is, "Nobody!" That's a lie from the pit of hell. It
doesn't say, 'nobody'! It asks the question. It doesn't answer the
question at this point. It just asks the same as John said, "Will we be
ashamed in His Presence?" Because the Appearing is the Presence. Right?
Uh?

	Then why does your mind and my mind want to trick me all the time?
Because, it's pollution.  Pestilential. Not only got D.D.T.'d, it's got
the morality of the devil. Which is to pervert the Word of Almighty God.

		(2)	…who shall stand when he (appears?)…

	It doesn't say, nobody will stand, It asks you, "Who will?" The same as
it, "Who will stand in His Holy Presence?" They with the clean hands,
and at this hour, they who have washed their garments. Now, if you've
washed your garments, you'll stand. 

20.	It also says here: 

		(2)	…he is like a refiner's fire, and like fullers' soap:
(Hallelujah, going 					to give us a good 'scrub-dub'. Put you on a wash
board.)

	You say, "What part of me?" Your mind. "Well, Bro. Vayle, I can't do
that." Then you're gone.

	Preacher stand in the pulpit and say, "Pa-pa-pa, puke." He can't
pronounce the word 'Parousia', so he calls It 'puke'. Now people are
laugh…the people think things are funny. Things are not funny anymore.
They come down deadly serious. We're at this point, and I tell you, and
I tell you without telling you all, I have it in my power to slap a
slander suit on certain people that it'll bankrupt them, because it's a
malicious and premeditated. I kid you not the 'blue bird of happiness'
came by my way. (Yeah.)

	The enemy will always go too far. And the enemy of this Message has
gone too far by the mixed multitude that came out of Egypt. "Who shall
stand when He Appears?" [Mal 3:2] There'll be those like 'refiner's
fire'.

		(3) 	And he shall sit as a refiner and purifier of silver: and (purge)
the sons 					of Levi, (purify them)…

	Now, It tells you what's going to happen when He Appears. There's going
to be a minority, bless God, and they're here in this hour.

21.	Now listen, what is it for?

		(3)	  …that they may offer unto the LORD an offering in
righteousness.

	All right, what is that, the chronology lies in verse 18.

		(18) 	Then shall (you) return, and discern between righteous(ness) and
						wicked(ness), (and) between him that (serves) God and him that 			
		(serves) not. 

	And that goes right back to Cain, who misinterpreted the Word of God
and said, "I'm right," And he killed to make himself right. That's why I
won't involve myself in a law-suit, but they're going to know that I've
got every authority to do it. Because they're going to know. That's
right.

	Listen brother/sister, let's get this flat, somebody maybe playing
games to have a crowd. Now, I don't want to hurt anybody's feeling, I've
said it many, many a time, and I often kid about bull-dozing this place
down. But I want you to know one thing, this is everything to me, or it
is nothing. I don't have a friend anymore. I don't have wife, I don't
have children, I don't have parents. I gave my wife her freedom years
ago, after having quit the ministry and I said, "Honey, I'm going to
tell you something: don't you ever leave God for me or anybody else. If
I go back, you leave me, and you cling to God." My wife has her freedom.
My children have their freedom, they took it. You have your freedom. I
am free of you, and you are free of me. Because the hour is too late. I
believe what I preach, [raps on the pulpit] I know what I preach. That
Cain was religious, and Esau was a better son than Jacob according to
the numeric's of men's minds, but not the numeric's of God. Because,
Esau got in debt with a debit, and Jacob got scot-free with a plus, a
credit. (Yeah.)

22.	It says here at the Appearing in the Day of the Lord. A Day
contrasted to year, He'll purify a Bride. Sure there's a purgatory, Bro.
Branham said so. She get her purification here. What is a purification?
She gets restored, she's no longer a whore. 

	What if every preacher had the guts to go into his church, every church
that's against the Word of God and say, "Good morning whores?" Not
talking about women, talking about men and the whole bunch. And get up
there and call himself what he is, which is a pimp, which is procurer 
for an organization.

	Now, let's get down to nitty-gritty, people don't like my rough talk.
You don't have to like it. But, I'm going to tell you one thing, I'll
meet you on Judgment Day, because I've explained this thing, where even
an infant, or a man in the gutter, or an intelligent person; if he
doesn't get it, it's his fault not mine. Because everyone knows what a
pimp is, and a whore is. And everybody knows what a dog is by now, which
is a homosexual. A male prostitute.

	And the first thing that appears after the Bride is separated, lets
read It and find out. (I ain't got time for my notes, so I'll get you
out of here early that way, I hope. I said, I just hope. Which doesn't
mean earnest expectation, just means I kind of wish it were so.)
[laughter] 

23. Now, It says here:  

		(14) 	Blessed are they that (wash their robes), that they may have
right to 					the tree of life, 

	The old Fuller's soap, the old fashion lye, caustic bar of the Word of
God comes down and scrubs you. As Bro. Branham says, "scours you out."
With the first time you feel clean is when you know you line with It. I
hope you understand the prophet's Message I'm preaching bub, better than
ever. And he said, "They may yet have the right to the Tree of Life end
up through the gates, for without are dogs."  The first things that he
mentions are male prostitutes. Church members prostituting themselves
with creeds and dogmas, and their idolatry. The sorcerers, the druggists
who make up the wrong prescriptions and hand it to the people.

	But, he says here: after that, refiner's fire, His Appearing, at His
Presence, He says, "You'll come back." And that's what Elijah's supposed
to do, "Turn the hearts of the children, back to the fathers." [Mal 4:6]
And then you'll have the discernment. You'll be able to know within
yourself what's right and what's wrong. Who serves God, and who doesn't
serves God, whether you're righteously worshipping God, or you're a
phony coming into His Presence.

24. How would you like to… oh, God have pity, listen, look: I'm a
married man, most of you here are married. You know what it is if you've
been phony to your spouse, I'm not talking about adultery. I'm just
talking about anything you have done at any time, you know when you've
been phony to your wife, or your family or anybody, and they know
equally when they've been phony. But, how is it people can be phony
before God? There's a spirit on him.

	In this Message you are not phony, or you better not be. Because, you
couldn't hide when the prophet begin discerning. And you don't blame
somebody else as a cover up. "You'll discern between righteousness and
wickedness." [Mal 3:18] That's what It says, you'll know the difference.
And It says, Cain's act was evil, he killed his brother. The evil act
was worshipping God. You say, "Can a man be evil worshipping God?" Yes!
That's what I'm saying, that's what the Word of God says.

	 And the people stand back and, "That can't be so, that can't be so,
it's got to be this kind of love." 

	Listen, let me tell you something flat brother/sister: if you ever talk
about love in my presence, you better know what you're talking about.
And don't talk about this phony illegitimate hogwash they call love out
here. That I'm supposed to just love somebody, (lo-o-ove.) Don't make me
vomit please. Because let me tell you something: the Capstone of the Age
after 'brother kindness' is love which is God Himself. And I don't see
Him coming down here standing vomit any kind of dribble. [raps on
pulpit]

25.	When the husband comes back to put his wife right, he doesn't say,
"Well, honey it's okay now that I'm here and I love so much you can run
with every dog in the country." And the dog is a male prostitute. He
doesn’t say, "Bride, you can join every church, any creed and any
dogma, and it's still okay." He said, "One Word, and you're gone."

	"Oh," you say, "That doesn't sound good." Well, you talk to God about
it, don't talk to me. I'm happy with it. I just want to be full steam
ahead. Makes you breath good to know that you can be full steam ahead.
You don't have to worry anymore.

	Washed in the Blood of the Lamb, scoured by the Word. Whoo man, just
get out of here, give me room said that old black man Bro. Branham
talked about. He said, "Just give me room. Ain't no room up here for
this guy he said." He came up like this see, [Bro. Vayle demonstrates]
about an eighty year old bird, could hardly make it, and he got
preaching about that glorious reign, I feel that way myself. One of
these days I'm going to say, "Get me out of here, ain't no room up here
for me, or down here for me." [laughter] 

	A big difference between him and the kid that went up one time so proud
and everybody looked at him, and he came and the Spirit of God tied him
into knots, and he came down dejected. And a man said, "Well son, if you
would have gone up the way you came down, you'd have come down the way
you went up." [laughter] 

26.	Sure, but It tells you here: "Then shall you return. Let's go now to
Luke 17:24. Let's begin to look at these things about the Day of the
Lord. Oh, come on man, the Bible is full of these goody things. Luke
17:24, and It says here:

		(24) 	…as the lightning, that lighteneth out of the one part under
heaven, 					(shines to) the other part under heaven; so shall also the
Son of man 					be in his day.

	There's your day that John saw. A period of time of the Appearing.
Let's go to Luke 17:30.

		(30) 	Even thus (so) be in the day when the Son of man is revealed.

	There's His Day! Sure, that's why Bro. Branham said, He [God] wasn't
Prophet no more, nor was He plumb into his Kingship, but He was Judge,
He wasn't Priest and He wasn't into His Kingship, but He was Judge. And
we can see it's at this time. [raps on the pulpit] The Day of the Lord a
period of time revealing Himself.

	Then listen, watch Luke 17, reading 31 on, there:

		(31) 	In that day, he which shall be upon the housetop, and his stuff
in the 					house, let him not come down to take it away: he that is in
the field, 					let him not (turn) back.

	How can he? There's no turning back. He that made it, you haven't made
it. Why? Because you can discern between righteousness and then not
righteousness, and you know who serves God and who doesn't. Right in
this Message everybody want to follow some leader. Run here and run
there. Look to this guy, and shut up, and stay home! I'm talking to
preachers.

	Look, my ministry has been teaching, I belong on the road.
Categorically, I belong on the road normally, not now. Not now. There's
no need. Why do I want to expend my body, my life, going thousands of
miles traveling? Every time I go somewhere, I come back completely
depleted. Unless God does something for me, that's the way my life will
end. I don't know, if that's what He wants, that fine. He'll talk to me
and help me. People can hear a tape and get the same thing. I they
don't, I'm sorry. If they don't want tapes, wonderful. I like it all the
better.

	You say, "Bro. Vayle, you're a conundrum." Never said I wasn't. 

27.		(31)	…let him not…(he said) he (that's) the field, (don't turn)
back.

	How are you going to turn back when they're in the field the one is
snatched up? He's telling you there's no time for decisions, it's made.
Oh, down the road I'll make a decision. I've seen these fence sitters in
this Message waiting to make a decision, sitting on their fence this
way. They're like the bat. You know the story, the birds and the animals
had a war. And when the birds are winning the bats go, "Ahhh, I'm a
bird, I'm a bird I'm a bird." And when the animals begin to win, they
said, "I'm an animal, I'm an animal, I'm an animal." [laughter] 

	Preacher run around right today, he'll preach Presence to this man, and
over here deny to this man. Come on! What in the name of common sense is
going on? You can't be right both times. Shows you're a lying hypocrite,
that's all you are. I could tell you his name, but I got busy reading
here, so I won't do it. [laughter]

28.	I'm going to prove to you brother/sister what I'm talking about,
about the field. And I'm even going to go further. I'm going to tell you
this: the two working in the field and the house-top bit, also means
they repine. The word is 'murmur', but means 'repine', they start
looking back. They start thinking… 

	The next verse says:  

		(32) 	Remember Lot's wife.

	She didn't turn back to take anything, she looked back. I'm not looking
back. I left Pentecost, it left me. I'm a speckled bird, I may even be a
dirty bird, but by the grace of God I'm not. I mean that sincerely. I've
never claimed that I was anybody. And I'm not using reversed psychology.
Who needs it? I'm in a irreversible position. And I've made my
statement: I am dying, and I could die tomorrow, but the promise of this
hour is: "You're going to live." And if I don't, somebody will.

	I'm going to tell you something: but before they get their change, I'm
going to be here with mine ahead of you. [laughter] Ho, ho, glory. My
foot and my hands. (You love the Lord this morning? I believe you do.)
Wonderful Jesus. 

29.	Listen,

		(33) 	(For) whosoever shall seek to save his (soul) shall lose it;
(Yeah, 						the word 'life' is not zoe, it's suke.) 

	In other words, if you think you can do something about it and you're
sitting on the fence just to see, and at the last minute you make the
decision, so you will make it, ha, ha, ha. I've got news, you've lost
out, your dead.

	Brother/sister, let me tell you something: Bro. Branham categorically
said, "The last plague when the left Egypt was spiritual death." Or,
death, which is spiritual death. You have your choice of life and death
today. Make up your minds.

	You say, "Bro. Vayle, you make it so off-hand." Yes, because it's your
decision. I cannot put sincerity in your heart. I cannot grant you
repentance. There's nothing I can do for you, except preach this Word.
And if God in nigh this morning to do something for you, He will quicken
that Word and you'll say, "Yes, I want It God." And God will give It to
you. But, I've got nothing more to do than just a voice, and a lousy
voice at that. And a lousy voice at that. 

30.		(34) 	I tell you, two (will be in a) bed; one taken, (one) left.

	What are they going to turn back? Why, they went to sleep. You don't
make decisions in your sleep, unless you got a dreamer of vision.
They're blanked out.

		(35) 	Two grinding; one taken, (one) left. (See, it's all over.)

		(37) 	And they answered…Where, Lord? And he said, (where) the 					
body is…

	The soma, the Word. That tells you whether you're eagles or crows,
doves or crows. I've told you Bro. Branham would be real proud if I
could tell them this one. I've already told you what it was. He said,
"You know (he said) the crow can eat dove food, but the dove can't eat
crow food." 

	And I've added this as you well know, "Sure, the crow can eat dove
food, but just as soon as he gets a whiff of real crow food, he leaves
the dove food." He's not going to settle for a stomach full of wheat,
when he can get a stomach full of nice rotten meat. Oh, no, no, no. No,
no. No buzzard is going to come down and pick your wheat bin, unless
he's starving. For there's nothing around that rotten. But, I'm going to
tell you, there's plenty around that rotten.

		(37)	…(where) the body is, will the eagles be gathered together.
(That's 						what he said.)  

31.	Let's go to John 6:39. You see, I'm preaching last Sunday's notes,
does it sound like it? (Yeah, I didn't think so myself, want to make
sure.) [laughter] All right:

		(39) 	And this is the Father's will which hath sent me, that of all
which 						he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it
up again 					at the last day. (I, day. His, day. The Day of the Lord,
John saw It.)

32.	With that we go Book of Revelation 11:18.  

		(18) 	And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time 
					of the dead, that they should be judged,  (All right, I, day.) thou
						(should) give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the 		
			saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great…

	Now, where do you think those prophets are, but in the First
Resurrection? I cannot conceive that one Old Testament prophet is not
raised from the dead. I cannot conceive it. Why? They all went to
Jerusalem, and there's where the Resurrection was. I cannot conceive of
one. No way, shape or form. Even the ark put down upon Mount Ararat,
which is supposed to be right over there in Turkey, and so therefore,
where is the Resurrection? it's over in the East. And what city? Don't
think that Noah didn't get there, and don't think that old Enoch didn't
get there, not Enoch but the rest of them. It's got to be right in
proximity. Not in Egypt. No resurrection in Egypt. No sir, that's unto
judgment. See, the nations angry, the time of the dead.    

		(18)	…and  destroy them (that'll) destroy the earth.)The Day of the 
					Lord.)

33.	Okay, that goes with John. Let's go back to John 6 again, here in
verse 40.

		(40) 	…this is the will of him that sent me, every one which seeth
the 						Son,…(listen:) seeth the Son and believeth on him, may have 
					everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day. (You got
						to see Him.)

	Verse 44;

		(44)	No man can come, except the Father draw him which sent me: 					
and I will raise him up at the last day.

	Verse 54;

		(54) 	(He that eats) my flesh, and (drinks) my blood, hath eternal
life; (I'll) 					raise him up at the last day. (The Day of the Lord.)

34.	Okay, let's go to John 8:56.

		(56) 	Your father Abraham rejoiced to see my day: and he saw it, and 	
				was glad.

	What day was that? The crucifixion? No! Sodom and Gomorrah. That's
right, before the burning. Before the burning when the Son was to come
and take a form. And what was Isaac? "He shall be your heir, not that
Ishmael." And Abraham got married to Keturah, had seven more sons and
not one of those seven was heir. Nine boys, one was the heir. When did
that take place? Before the burning. "Abraham saw My day." This hour.
The Day of the Lord is vengeance, right? "And comfort those that mourn."
[Mt 5:4] Right?  Relaxation to the Bride under the Seventh Seal.
Judgment, the Judge. The decision's made. The choice is made.

	The Master calleth for thee: "Come out of her my people, the master
calleth for thee." [raps on the pulpit]  The Master's got need for you
poor little white-fold that are in there, that's been redeemed.
Remember, wasn't the first born mule got to be redeemed by a little
lamb, or some little... (yeah) or his neck broken. Little white-fold
[raps again] out there in denomination, the Master's got need of you.

	You say, "Why?" Because, He's got to have a body to come back on.
(Yeah) Oh, beautiful, how lovely, lovely life. This is what gives me joy
in the Lord, not this other stuff.  Listen, I want you to know
brother/sister.  Reality is here. 

35.	Let's go to John 12:47-48.

		(47) 	…if any man hear my words, and believe not, I judge him not:
for 						I came not to judge the world, but to save the world.

	Oh, just a minute, He said, "Over yonder judgment is given to Me."
When? The Day of the Lord.

		(48) 	He that (rejects) me, and (receives) not my words, hath one that
						judgeth him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him
					in the last day. (No Judge, without a Word.)

	Now, It says, The Son of man at the end-time in His day shall be what?
As Light that comes to the Gentile. He Appears to the Gentile in the
Holy Spirit bringing us revealed and vindicated Word. The Light, the
same Light that rose in the east, is risen in the west. (Oh yeah) It's
all before us.

36.	Listen, Revelation 22:18-19, although I could read other verses.

		(18) 	...I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the
prophecy 					of this book, (Remember, you can hear and read both.) If
any man 						shall add unto these things, God shall add the plagues…-

		(19) 	…if any man shall take away the words of the book of this
prophecy, 					God (will) take away his part out of the book of life,
the holy city, 						and the things written…(What is that? That's a
judgment.)

	You say, "Bro. Vayle, just a minute now, the way this thing is set up,
there's got to be a judge." I'm going to tell you something
brother/sister: if somebody has an electric meat grinder here, I wish
you'd bring it in now. And I will pronounce a judgment on every single
person sitting here. I will say this to the first… to everyone of you,
he that puts his finger in this meat grinder will lose it. You're
already judged.

	You say, "I don't believe it Bro. Vayle." You try me. [laughter] For
your own good, I'll prove that you don't have a finger in the next
minute.

	Now, the thing is: what word is the Word of God? He better bring his
own and prove that he brought it. Because I'm not about listening to
anybody else, I've listen all my life. I was twenty two years of age a
kid preacher, I learned one thing: the Book of Revelation and the Book
of Daniel would take a prophet and none less than a prophet, because he
would read between the lines somewhere by the Holy Ghost that no man
would have, and John said, "I became in the Spirit." [Rev 1:10] We're
becoming day by day the same way, not to be prophets, but to one day be
changed into His glory. Brother/sister, can you not see it, what's going
on today?

	You say, "Bro. Vayle, I don't feel anything." Who told you to feel
anything? It's believe!  

	Prophet said, "Bro. Vayle, we don't go by feelings, by experience."

	And why do you try to go by experience for? Prophet stand there, men
drop dead at his feet. Judgment fell. His Word came to pass. Everything,
everything is you don't go by experience.

37.	Peter stood the same way and he said, "I stood there upon Mount
Transfiguration, (he said) I was there in a vision, I heard the Voice,
but (he said) 'there's something greater still, there's much more
sure'." He said, "When the day star rises." [2 Pet 1:19]

	Oh God, the Day Star has arisen. Light has come into our hearts for
Resurrection to appear, and men stand by and they say, "Well, He's not
here, He's this." They can say what they want. I'm going to draw tighter
within my shell and wrap my robe around me, as the prophet of old did
wrapped his robe around, stood there for God to come forth. And my God
will come forth one day. I'm talking now in Resurrection Rapture, He's
already here.

	But, you see, you didn't catch it. I was telling you about it becoming
God. The becoming Prophet, becoming Judge. The becoming Judge becoming
the Executor. Which simply means 'Prophet into Judge into King' and He's
all of those right now with the manifestation of the great facets the
gleaming powerful shining Light has not struck.

	And I'm going to tell you something: the glory of the Word of the
prophet has already struck. And men say, "What was that anyway? Ah, that
William Branham, had this and had that."

38.	I'm going to tell you: that Light has struck my heart, and that is
changing my atoms until one day I will stand here glorified. You say,
"It's a pipe-dream Vayle." Then leave me alone to my dreams. You have
your nonsense, I have a reality. And that's what they hate. That's what
they hate. Sure the world hates. The gates of hell are against It,
because I'm not the Lee Vayle I was two years ago. 

	You know it, you say, "I look at the same cruddy old boy, he's worse."
Thank you, wonderful. They looked to Jesus and said, "That rotten
scallywag, look what he said about our priest. Look what he said about
our temple. Look at him…" And they looked and there was nothing,
nothing, nothing that they could esteem. 

	Then they'll look at us, and I suppose we say, "Oh hallelujah,
hallelujah, look at me, (and say) oh, I'm looking, isn't he and she
wonderful, wonderful."

	Aw, shut up you filth! Unless you've been on the dung heap and smell
like manure you'll never be a Christian. Unless you're like William
Branham a skinner of skunks, you'll never smell with his glory. That's
what's wrong with these false anointed. "Oh, they're too nice, too
'hoytie-toytie'." William Branham smelled like a skunk, he was a skunk
skinner. (Yeah.) And God gave him a vision, showed him what he was and
said, "Now, do you want to turn from this, and I'll make you what in
your own eyes you are which is a bum out there." Thy bum-trapper
wandering around in a darkness of indecision.

	But, you can pick the mountain peaks, they're yours what I made you
for. God just laid it on the line to the prophet. Because the prophet in
himself didn't even know what he was into. It took a revelation.    

38.	Oh listen, if He told the prophet, then He told us. What were they
for? Examples unto us, examples, William Branham this hour had a vision
up in the mountain in Colorado and he saw his wife come to him,
beautiful as she was when she was twenty three years of age. And he took
the picture out and Meda often told my wife about it, and she told all
of your folk here, how that Bro. Branham come home went up in the attic,
he ripped, he rifled through everything up there, and he brought back
two pictures when they were just youthful and got married, and he had
them enlarged and put out there; and she looked and she put her's faced
down.  He said, "Who put that picture face down?" 

	She said, "I did."

	"Well," he said, "you leave it face up, I like it."

	"Well," she said, "come on Bill." She said, "Look, that picture is when
I was a kid, look at me now." She said, "I know, I just can't live back
there in the past." She said, "Look at me."

	He said, "Put that picture back." He put it up. Came home again, and
the picture was missing.

	He said, "Where did that picture go?"

	She said, "I put it away in a drawer."

	"Well," he said, "now listen, (he said) I want that picture back."

	After about the fourth, or whatever it was, third, fourth time, he
said, "Meda, I'm going to tell you, 'remember that vision I told you
about in Colorado'?" He said, "That's what we look like. That's what
we're going to be in the resurrection. Put that back there." 

	That's faith brother/sister. That's faith.

39.	Nah, you're not trying to win beauty contests brother/sister. No,
listen, according to the Archko Volume which could be true, I don't
know, they claim that Jesus was very, very handsome. Josephus said by
people saying in the Scripture, "look, you're not even fifty years old."
Bro. Branham took the same cue, perhaps it was a revelation, I don't
know, but I accept it, I don't care what anybody says really about it
too much. "Why he looked fifty years old," a young man.   I don't know
which way it went. I know the Scripture said, "There was nothing that
they desired." I'll tell you one thing: you get a beautiful, beautiful
woman that you can love and admire, and she's the most beautiful thing
in the world, and she's your wife. And then you find she's running with
men, she becomes a distasteful (and pardon the expression,) she's
nothing but a menstrous  rag. She doesn't look pretty anymore. She
incites you to vomit.

	Who said we're winning beauty contests? You got to get away from all
that superficial hogwash, because it won't obtain. It won't crack. That
is: it won't cut with the Word of God.

40.	Listen, Let's go to Acts 7 now. I want to talk about this Day of the
Lord, and then I'm going to let you go, because look, I'm just
determined from now on, I'm going to just take a portion of my notes and
that ends it. I'm not going to preach a long time. I'd like to, but I
ain't going to do it. (What have we got, one hour in now? Oh, that's not
bad at all. Just nice time to finish I hope, I don't think.) Acts 7:20. 
              

		(20) 	In which time Moses was born, and was exceeding fair, and
nourished 					up in his father's house three months:

	Now, that word 'time' happens to mean season.

41.	All right, let's go back to the Book of Revelation, and we begin
reading here Revelation 1:8.

Before I read Revelation 1, I better read Revelation 11:18, which is
what I better get into again.

		(18) 	And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time 
					of the dead, …

	Now, that word means 'season'. Which means, it is the season for the
dead to be brought forth, See?  

		(18)	…that they should be judged, and thou shouldest give reward
unto 						thy servants the prophets…

	Now remember, at the same time you talk about judgment you cannot talk
about anything negative, because Bro. Branham said, "The Blood of Jesus
Christ scatters sin till there be no evidence." How can you make a man a
sinner therefore? You cannot come into the judgment. (See?) There is no
tongue that can rise against thee. Now, the one tongue that could have
risen was the tongue of God, and He Himself through the Logos (which
I'll explain) became His Own propitiatory Lamb. Then, if there can be a
word against us, God was not satisfied even with God. Then how are you
going to satisfy anybody? (Don't worry, I'll explain it to you and show
you just how it's done someday. I keep telling you these things, but you
just got to wait in due turn till we get them. Because I just am not
right ready to go ahead.)   

 	Now, It says, here's the secret:

		(18)	… give reward (to) thy servants the prophets and to the
saints…                                       			(Now, that tells you
what the judgment is. It is judgment unto merit.)

	Now, let's also understand, the time of the dead that they should be
judged is this: they're all dead. (You understand?) I don't care if
Polycarp is dead. So he's dead. Paul is dead. William Branham is dead.
Dead, dead, dead. We can go dig him up and it won't matter.

42.	Now let me read you something:

	"That I may know him in the power of his resurrection, and the
fellowship of his sufferings being made conformable unto his death; if
by any means I might attain to the out-resurrection from among the
dead." [Phil 3:10-11] 

	When I'll be there, will He call my name? That's the judging, will He
call my name? Will He separate? Will He discern? And will they say,
"Paul…"  Oh my.

	I tell you Bro. Branham never even began to convey to us. How can you
convey a vision where he stood there? And a certain brother's name was
called and he stood back and he smiled happy for the brother. Not even
thinking that he would be called, and suddenly, William Branham had to
stand on the platform and be presented. That's the bema. [a raised
platform] 

	"Here's another one of My prophets. Here's another one of My preachers.
Here's another one of My servants. He's a hand-maiden. Here's a
man-servant, a woman servant." Here they are, all up there, and all
called out. 

	And listen: and Job said, "When he calls I'll answer." [Job 31:14] It's
the time for Him to call the dead from amongst the dead. Oh man, and
He's already judged us. The Word, the Word come forth, listen to the
Saints and, to them that fear Thy Name, small and great, and them that
destroy the world.

43.	Let's go back and find out about them that fear His Name in Malachi
3:16.

		(16) 	Then they that feared the LORD spake often one to another: and
the 					LORD hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was 			
		written before him for them that feared the LORD, (even) that thought 
				upon his name. (And His Name is Jesus, revelation.)

	Oh, people accuse me of not praying. "Oh," they say, "Vayle has taken
away prayer." 

	I was in Toronto, the place was packed as I told you, (I think last
Sunday) I said, "I don't want to make an issue, and I'm not trying to
hurt anybody. I'm not trying to aggrandize myself. I want a show of
hands: how many men pray with their wives two times a day?" I said,
"Mine's the only hand up, eh?" And Lee Vayle is not supposed to believe
in prayer. Now, go and ask them how many times they pray with their
wives and kids how many times a day. I want to know. See?

	Notice, I'm telling you something, let's get this flat: you're hearing
it from the Word of God, not Lee Vayle. "And then they that feared the
Lord spake often one to another." Not to God! Pray yourself into hell.
Go ahead! Because you can't pray yourself out of hell. The rich man
tried it. "I pray Thee, I pray Thee." [Lk 16:27] He [God] said, "No
dice."

	It's not they talking to God, it's they talking one to another. And
there's something about them. They're talking a certain way. And who are
these people? They're the jewels, they're the Bride. It's that day, the
Day of the Lord. The season. We're talking about season, Moses born in a
season. (You understand what I'm trying to get to?) Jesus born in a
season. There was a season. Spiritual food in due season. And there's a
season here, the Day of the Lord. (Yeah.)

44.	And He said:

		(17) 	…(they'll) be mine…when I make up my jewels; and spare
them…						 (spare them, the rest are destroyed.)    

		(18) 	Then shall (you) return… (at that time, when you're talking
one to 						another.)

	That's why I've asked you men, have meetings amongst yourself. Never
mind church business. Never mind personalities. Get into the Word of the
prophet. Not prayer meetings. Start with prayer. Hear a tape that's
fine; good, all the better, and talk. And don't talk doubts, talk faith.
And God will be writing a Book.

	"Oh, Bro. Vayle…" Don't Bro. Vayle me, read your Bibles! Read your
Bibles for once. Shut up and listen! This church has grown spiritually
since you've done it.

	You think I can go around the country and preach like this, and knowing
the Word is going across, except in a few places? I'm not trying to make
anything, anything, but listen, it's time we understand a few things.
We're not babies where we say, "Well, I hope I could be right, (you
know) it really isn't serious." Listen, it's life and death.

	The prophet said, "Nothing outside this Message will come to life."
Then let's get with it, and it has to be the same Message that Paul
preached. Because, absolutely Paul said, "According to my Gospel." [Rom
2:16] 

	That's why they screamed when Bro. Branham said, "Why, (he said) I
preached the same thing Paul preached." 

	And they said, "We're resting on that." Say, "Resting on that?" Resting
on that. Yes! Because, the Blood doesn't avail without Light.

	God shed the Blood of the righteous Son that condemnation wouldn't
come, but condemnation still comes because they don't believe the Light
that goes with it. The Blood, the Life of the Blood glows in the dark
and enlightens men's souls. There is no life in any blood my
brother/sister that is shed. (Uh, uh.) The Life went out of it. The
blood dropped on the ground, life's got to come back on you. Can't
depend on blood per se to be in the Bride. "This is the condemnation
that Light came into the world," [Lk 23:42] the Blood was shed. Now, It
says here: "They'll be mine," in that day in that season. See?

45.	Now, over here in Revelation 1:10,  getting back to this time, when
he said here:

		(10) 	I was in the Spirit on the Lord's day…

	I was in the Spirit projected to the season. How? Because, it's not a
twenty four hour span. There's a three and a half year tribulation in
here to begin with. How are you going to put that in twenty four hours?
Go to the Book of Isaiah, I'll tell you it's a period of time.

		(10) 	I was in the Spirit…(John was projected there.)

46.	Let's go to Revelation 22: (with this I'm going to close, I'm just
going to call it a day.) And by the way, I'm just going to likely repeat
this, Tuesday. I just like repeating things, because that's the way I
get it, and that's the way you get it. Everybody gets happy that way.
Nothing outside this Word makes you happy, let's face it. There's
nothing outside the Word. There's nothing in the Word to make you
unhappy. There's nothing outside to make you unhappy. People just don't
understand propitiation, the power of Almighty God. We're beginning to
see It. Oh, praise the Lord. Listen:

		(10) 	And he (said to) me, Seal not the sayings of the prophecy of
this book: 					for the time is at hand. 

	Well, this must be the time that the Book is opened by the Lamb. The
Book was opened by the Lamb on earth here in a human figure. He was a
human being. He announced the acceptable year of the Lord, and then He
closed the Book at the Day of the Lord, the vengeance and the whole
thing that was coming on.

	Now then, what opens It? He Himself allows It opened in Heaven, open on
earth through a prophet by Himself coming down, the form of the Spirit,
and He said, "Now, don't seal It."

	Now, Bro. Branham categorically said that took place. Revelation 10:1,
is Revelation 10:7.

		(10) 	(And he said,) Seal not the sayings of the prophecy of this
book: 						for the time is at hand.

	Now It says:

		(11) 	He that is unjust, (is) unjust still: filthy, filthy still:
righteous…						 (now said, let him be filthy still.)  

	Now remember, Bro. Branham put this at the Rapture on the grounds of,
"let him be." Which shows that's it's all over. But I'm going to tell
you something brother/sister, before any dead comes out of the ground we
have got to be in position, "because they without us cannot be made
perfect," [Heb 11:40b] and when they come out and we are made perfect,
you don't even have to have a Rapture before this takes place. But, this
is the separation hour. We're gone.

47.	Now:

		(12)	 …behold, I come quickly; my reward is with me…

	Three and a half years after the Rapture exactly. How many years since
the prophet left? Seventeen, almost eighteen years. What's it feel like?
I'm sixty nine this fall, Bro. Branham is already seventy four. I just
can't picture him seventy four years of age. And yet, it be nothing to
live to be eighty five, or a hundred and five, whatever…you know…
Can you picture him at seventy four years of age? No, because he's gone.
Three and a half years, three and a half years will be the longest time
in history, because in the days of Noah there was suddenly 'bloom',
nature proves it the deluge caused the sudden deep freeze that they have
in the steppes of Russia where the mastodon is encased in the steppes of
the frozen soil and they say the meat is literally good to eat.

	What about this time, three and a half years? The longest thirty,
thirty-six months, forty-two months of thirty-two days, thirty days each
of history to this time. Now he said, "I’m going to bring My reward to
every man." Death, spiritual death, agonizing death, church purged,
earth purged, Israel purged, and the Bride takes over. 

	For without, are what? 

 		(14) 	Blessed are they that do his commandments… (that wash their
robes. 					That's what It says. Scoured out with that soap, "fuller's
soap.") they 					have (the) right to the tree of life…(they'll never
die.) 

	And from there, they have already accomplished what they're looking for
which is New Jerusalem. Because, when you get that far, you got it.
(Yep.) You're just like the people who wanted to by that new (I'm sorry)
television set in the world, but us, we'll put it down to a
refrigerator. And wanting that refrigerator, or that barbeque cooker,
your tongue hanging out, and one day the money comes in your hot little
greedy hands and you got the money for whatever you wanted, you got it.
You don't worry one little bit about the things you're going to buy,
because money is like faith, and when you get that money in your hand,
you got your refrigerator.

48.	Now listen, the New Jerusalem is ours, and the minute you're
glorified it's yours. Now, you won't be there for a thousand years or
so. But you've got no worries, it's all over, It is yours.

		(15) 	(But) without… dogs, sorcerers…

	Now, by the way, I want to say this without being too negative: there
are more homosexuals right around us than you realize. (Yep.) The mark
of Sodom is even in our camp, but no true Bride is a Sodomite. No true
Bride is a Canaanite, or a Cainite, or a Gomorrahite, or whatever you
want to call it.

	Now, the world has already made a note, it's perfectly okay, the
Sodomites brought on the herpes, they brought on the virulent disease of
cancer and all. They brought on, I think by selling themselves to these
blood banks, so that even people getting transfusions are now heir to
it. They will never cure those diseases, but they say we can live with
them. And now they're boasting. Depravity, looking back, separating
time, whose camp are you in?

	You're on the house-top, whatever that could mean, who cares, I don't
know. I could maybe spiritualize it, I don't dare. But to me, it just
means one thing: look, this is the Day of the Lord. It doesn't matter
when that tribulation comes. It doesn't matter when that pressure comes
down, nothing matters anymore, we are in that Day. And the big thing
that does matter, when I said nothing matters, I'm talking in terms of
having got that which does matter. Which is: when He that speaketh from
Heaven, speaks for the last time. Everything is established, it's over,
and that which is against it is gone, it's all over.

49.	Bro. Branham said, "History will not be written." I believe that
will all my heart. I'm glad that we're at the end-time. It not only as
the song writer said, "It shall be worth it all when we see Jesus." I
see Him now, and it is more than worth it.

	Oh, I carp and I quail at times, and I grumble and I grouch. And if
you're not used to me by now, well, that's all right. I don't say that
you should be used to that. I hate it myself. But no doubt I will keep
on with mine nefarious ways and my own (you know) my own little
destructive ways. I guess I was born a certain way, and I'll be that way
until the change comes. I hope not. But, I can tell you one thing for
sure, I know He reigneth, His Word is true. And I know that He is here
in spite of me and anybody else. And I know that He gave me that promise
and nobody can take it from me.

	You say, "There you go again." There, I went again, I praise the Lord.
Yet, if you haven't got it, I'm sorry for you. Take a little time. He
told me I'd have that sweet spirit, and I know what he meant. It's
either this side, or that side. And if I'm going to be here standing in
the Rapture, then I'm going to have that sweet spirit this side. And I'm
going to tell you something: everybody is going to drop dead but me.
[laughter] Because they're going to say, "That can't be Lee Vayle." But,
it will be. [laughter] 

50.	You see, you can't possibly know what I'm saying, because you'd have
to be in my skin to know it.  But, if you only knew what I'm telling
you. You say, "You make a prophet." I'm not making a prophet. For God
sake, let's get this one and for all: you who hear this here and on a
tape, I am making myself nothing, and He is everything. I'm only telling
you about Him, and what He can do. And if He is standing for me and I am
standing for Him, I've got to talk about a relationship. I can't talk
about, your marriage, I'm not even interested in your marriage. You do
what you want. I'm interested in my wife, and our marriage, and I am
interested in my marriage to Him, and His to me. I am talking from the
stand point of a union and His Word. And I can make mistakes but He
doesn't, and what He promised. I am telling you the truth from the
prophet's own words. I stand on it.

	And if He would confirm any Word to my heart, you tell me what Word
should He confirm outside of the Word that the prophet already gave us?
Is that right? Okay, let's rise at this time.

	Heavenly Father, God of all grace and mercy again we thank and praise
You for the time of fellowship we've had together to go into Your Word
and know that this is indeed the Day of the Lord. The Day that You take
over, that great juncture period, hallelujah.

	O God, to see the day of man fading out. We thought of it a million
ways, we've looked at it and said, "Lord, if we were master dictators of
the universe to get rid of corruption, it would literally be in
someplace of obliteration of maybe ninety percent of the people or
better." But, Lord, we knew that one day You were going to come and
destroy it all. And now we know that we don't even have to think of
those things. We even thought of ourselves…we'd have to even hang
ourselves upon a high gallows to try to get rid of everything that's
unsavory.

	But, Lord, we know now, that You've come. And by grace, Lord, which we
cannot fathom, but it just leaves us so unnerved like the pit of our
stomach fall downs. The bottom of our heart falls out. Our mind draws a
blank, Lord, how could it be that You would do this for us and not
somebody else. What, lies there? What lies there? And, O God, we come
back to one answer: we don't know, it's only You can give the answer.
It's only You, it's got to be foreknown. It's got to be all of God.
There's something, Lord, in there from You, and that's the way we leave
it. We don't know anything but You, Lord. We don't know anything but You
anymore. 

	Like Paul, we can stand here and say, "We don't know any man, save
Christ." We don't know, not even ourselves, that's gone too, crucified
with Christ and that's all finished. There's only one thing we know,
that's the Life. And if any life we live it's got to be Yours, Lord, and
we see It right now. We know that we're entering into a truth, we're
entering into a  depth Lord, and we just thank You for it. O God, we
thank You for It. We can't praise You enough.

	And may the people understand, Lord, I believe they do, Lord. Let Your
Spirit move out and reach in people's hearts now, and transforms lives.
That there's anybody here now, Lord, that we just pray, that don't know
reality, don't know You as personal Savior. Don't know You as the Spirit
of God to come into a life to transform, Lord. I pray now, this moment,
that that heart may just open up and let themselves entirely go into
Your hands and say, Lord, if You don't do it, it won't be done, O God,
save me, save me, something, Lord. I don't want to put words in their
mouths, what would be the use. 

	If Your Spirit cannot give repentance, cannot convict, then what would
I do? If Your Word, Lord, hasn't got the ability, then It wouldn't be
Your Word. I leave it, Lord, this morning with everybody here to make
their peace and rightness with You, if there's a peace and rightness to
be made. I don't know, but You know, O God. And that heart would know,
Lord, because there would be a drawing, something, something there.

	So Father, we commend ourselves to You. Just knowing we can't praise
and thank You enough and say we love You, Lord. May It increase, O God.
That's the thing we want, more and more and more, to be poured out like
water on the altar's of sacrifice to Thee. So, we love You, Lord, we
praise Thee, and know that, we just know that we know, Lord, and cannot
thank you enough. And unto Him, Who alone is worthy. Unto Him, Who alone
is immortal. Unto Him, be honor and glory, both now and forever more in
Jesus' Name we pray. Amen.
