Bro. Lee Vayle -  June 1, 1983

 

	 Heavenly Father,  we're glad tonight to be in Your Presence here,
Lord, and to worship Thee one with another, to glorify Your great and
marvelous Name.  Which hopefully we shall be able to do tonight; bring
things into remembrance tonight, that we need to know.  Help us to stand
fast in the faith, which has been once for all revealed.  There isn't
any other faith, and now it's come back again, the former and latter
rain. At one time You are  anointing Your Word, to the end of the ages,
and we are looking forward to a better day to dawn shortly.  We commend
ourselves therefore  tonight, with Your blessing invoked upon us in
Jesus Name we pray. Amen.  You may be seated.

1.	Now, it's nice to be back here, in a little group tonight.   I guess
this is the smallest group I've seen for awhile.   Not that there's
great big groups anywhere else.  But, the folk over in St. Catherine's
are growing in number.  They come over to Buffalo.  So I imagine next
time, if there is a next time I get up that way, I'll be going to St,
Catherine's, as well as Buffalo, and Toronto. And, I find the people
are...progressing somewhat, in the understanding of the things of the
Lord.  And, of course, there's still the problem with  those who will
understand perhaps, the mechanical, but, perhaps don't get into the
spiritual revelation, as they should.  But, that's all part of, what is
to be the end time Message, anyway.  

   

  	 Anybody got some questions you want to bring tonight?  I've been
away a little while, and, sometimes, questions come up. Anybody got a
question? [Someone asks a question, inaudible] 

	That's a very good question.  Glad you brought it up.  Because I had
thought of it, and then I had plumb not thought of it.   [Question is
read, but inaudible]  

	Well, I tell you,  the Stone that was rejected, became the Head of the
corner.  They rejected the Cornerstone, and He became the Headstone. 
And Bro. Branham said now in '62,  in I think 'Sirs What is the Time?'
or, 'Is This the Time?' ... “if these were the Thunders, and the
Revelation of the Seven Seals. Then this, would be the return of the
Capstone.”  And, it seems to me, we placed the understanding of
Capstone, in here.   Well let's go to Ephesians, and this is what we'll
be looking at.  Now, you'll notice that we've constantly said; 
Ephesians 1: is the entire plan of God, from eternity, to eternity. 
From the time when it's all handed back that God broke His solitude, by
beginning to put His purpose into effect.

2.	To the time with that purpose fully effected, it's handed back to
Him.  I'll break that down for you.  [John 1:1]

	(1) 	In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the 
				Word was God.

	Now the Logos was, that which came out of God.   As He said, “I came
from God, and I go back to God.”  And, as John said, “The only
begotten, who is in the bosom of the Father.” So, there is there, what
we are looking at, is what Bro. Branham said, “ The salutation of
Revelation 3:14   to the Seventh Church Age.”  

	(14)	...These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the
						beginning of the creation of God;

	God beginning to form Himself in human flesh.   So, what we see is the
entire history of the purpose of God forming Himself in human flesh, and
then placing that into an eternal order, that more or less starts that
which is completely eternal, in Mount Zion.  Where the pyramidal City is
fifteen hundred miles at the base, fifteen hundred miles high, a huge
beautiful transparent gold City, which is terraced, and it houses the
Bride with the Lamb on the throne, at the apex, and, the Pillar of Fire
over It.  Now, this what God has done and is doing, is primarily
centered in, and the core and heart of It, wherein He is creating
Himself in human flesh, is this Bride of six thousand years, who is that
 New Jerusalem.  

 3.	Outside of her of course, will be multiplied millions, who bring
their glory in, and, are also part of that great plan.  But, not the
heart and the core of that great plan, though, I would say, that at that
time,  when this is all manifested,  there will not be any feelings of
inferiority, or self aggrandizement.  There will be forever, this
wonderful outpouring of love toward God.  Now, this brings me to, back
to Ephesians 1:  to what we are talking about; Headstone and Capstone.
And, It tells you here; Ephesians 1:3.

	(3)  	Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath 
				blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in
Christ:

	(4) 	According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the
					world,...

4.	Now, you notice, our starting place is in Him, so therefore, I have
started with the starting place,

the Logos which came out from God.  Now, I'm not going to go into that
too much.  You just take it as It is.  [John 1:1]

	(1) 	In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the 
				Word was God.

	Because God had nothing to work with outside of Himself.  And, this is
where He began, by producing this which is called  the 'Logos'.   Which
was going to put Him in a son form eventually.  All right, this Logos,
which is the very out-raying of God, or, called the fullness of the
attributes of the Godhead bodily.  Now, we start right back here.  See? 
In Him. 

	Now; [Ephesians 1]

	(4) 	According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the
					world,...

 

	So this predates, anything and everything outside of the Logos,
Himself.

	(4)	...that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:

	(5) 	Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus
Christ 					to himself,... 

				

 5.	Now, that tells you, what we were in Him for, was to the end, that
we be placed, and manifested as the true sons of God.   Notice, it has
to do with His good pleasure, and, it comes through Jesus Christ.    

	(6) 	To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us 	
				accepted in the beloved.

	Now, there you'll notice even from the very beginning, grace was the
instrument, or the tour de force (however you want to say)  

	(7) 	In whom we have redemption through his blood,...

	Now, this is Logos becoming flesh, even as we become flesh.  Because,
we have to be in the same pattern.  As He was flesh, to become flesh,
then we also.  And, you'll notice, all these sons were coming forth
through a human lineage.  And, only could He take upon Himself, a human
form, to atone and redeem us by blood.   

	(7) 	...the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;

	Notice, the word 'grace' is predominant all the way through.  Which
means; 'freely given'; 'bestowed gratuitously'; nothing incumbent upon
us, except we  receive it, and then we can't receive it, except we are
so positioned, so..ah..made, that we can contain it. Notice;   

		

	(8) 	Wherein he hath abounded toward us in all wisdom and prudence;

6.	Now, here's something that is hard to understand.  And yet, it is
very easy, in the sense if you just take it.  That herein lies all the
wisdom of God, and His right way of bringing it to pass.  

	(9) 	Having made known unto us the mystery of his will, according to 		
		his good pleasure which he hath purposed in himself: (We discussed 			
that.)

	(10) 	That in the dispensation of the fulness of times he might gather
together 				in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and
which are on 				earth; even in him:

	(11) 	In whom also we have obtained an inheritance,...

 

	Notice, we are going to be brought together, and we have an
inheritance, or a possession.

	(11)	...being predestinated according to the purpose...

	That is, even this possession, is predestinated.  Brought into full
visibility, and we, brought into full visibility, so that we are
literally one, working and out working of the will and purpose of God.  

 	(11)	... who (works) all things after the counsel of his own will:  

	(12) 	That we should be to the praise of his glory, who first (hoped)
in 						Christ. (Which means you have an earnest expectation)

	(13) 	In whom (you) also (hoped), after that (you) heard the word of
truth, 					the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that (you)
believed, 					(you) were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,

	(14) 	Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of
the 					purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.

	In whom we have redemption, through His Blood. 	See?  

7.	[Ephesians 1:10]

	(10) 	That in the dispensation of the fulness of times (we) might (be 	
				gathered) together ...

	To all be manifestly one, with all the purpose and possession of God.
So that at the end, there is nothing but this great possession of God,
and we, possessing Him.  Now, It tells you, that the baptism with the
Holy Ghost, takes you to the place of the guarantee of the fulfillment
of that.  Now, this is over a period of time. 

8.	 So that when the last one is brought in, which is over here in the
Book of Romans 11:25.

	(25) 	For I would not, (have you) ignorant of this mystery, lest ye 			
	should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is 				
happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.

 	So there's a specific time, when the last member of the Gentiles, is
brought into Jesus Christ.  And, there is a last time  when the last
Israelite will be brought in. And, they are all brought in   by the
baptism with the Holy Ghost.  Because the 144,000 are sealed, under part
of the Great Tribulation.  Which, Great Tribulation is under the Sixth
Seal, which is already in progress.  Which is three and a half years. 
So, they will be sealed in there.  Now, you will notice here, that It
tells you.  

9.	Just a minute, let's go to Ephesians 4: and we'll read again.  Now It
says here, verse 4.

	(4) 	There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one
hope 					of your calling;

	Now, notice, one hope of your calling. Now, what is the one hope of the
calling?  One hope of the calling, is what was said in Ephesians 1: and
how you are sealed into it, by the baptism with the Holy Ghost, that you
will be there, to receive the ultimate of redemption.  Which is, you are
God's possession.  Possessing His possessions, and possessing Him.

	(5) 	One Lord, one faith, one baptism, (It's the only one that's going 
					to count.)

	(6) 	One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and 
					in you all.

	(7)  	But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure
of 					the gift of Christ.

	Now, He's letting you know right there, that there is differences
within the body.  Don't let that bother you.  There is an ultimate. of
which we all share.  And, everything is by grace, anyway.    		

	(7)  	But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure
of 					the gift of Christ.

		

	(8)	Wherefore he saith, When he ascended up on high, he led captivity 	
			captive, and gave gifts unto men.

	(9) 	(Now that he ascended, what is it but that he also descended first
into 					the lower parts of the earth?

	(10) 	He that descended is the same also that ascended up far above all
						heavens, that he might fill all things.) (Now, you see, He that
went up, 					came back again.)  

	  	

	(11) 	And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some,
evangelists; 					and some, pastors and teachers;

	(12) 	For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry,
for the 					edifying of the body of Christ:

	(13) 	Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge
of 						the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the
stature 					of the fulness of Christ:

10.	Now, that tells you right there, that there's coming a time,when
there will be no more brought in,

to the Bride of Christ, or what is known as the body of Christ.  Now,
we're not talking anything about foolish virgin.  That's out.  We'll
just leave that stand.  

 	(14) 	That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro,...

	It doesn't say that we'd be no more children; it says; children tossed
to and fro. Now we're always going to be children of God, but you come
to the place of adulthood with it also.  See?  

				

	(14)	...carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of
men, 					and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;

	(15) 	But (holding) the truth in love, may grow up (unto) him in all
things, 					which is the head, even Christ:

	(16) 	From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by 	
			that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working 
				in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the 	
			edifying of itself in love.

	Now you see It tells you, you grow right up unto him.  You're coming
right to that place, where the fullness of the Gentiles is in.   And,
there's only one thing left to do, and that is to be taken off of this
earth and caught up to meet Him,...in the reincarnation of Almighty God.
  

11.	All right now, let's go back to Ephesians 1: again.  And we read
verse 15. Now, these folk are full of the Holy Ghost.

	(15) 	Wherefore I also, after I heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus
(Christ), 					and love unto all the saints,

	(16) 	Cease not to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my 			
		prayers;

	(17) 	That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may
give 					unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge
of him:

	(18)  	The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that (you) may
					know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the
glory 					of his inheritance in the saints,

	(19) 	And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who 	
				believe, according to the working of his mighty power,

	(20) 	Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and
					set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places,

	(21)  	Far above all principality, and power, (and so on)...

12.	Now, you will notice here, that this follows this giving of the
Spirit.  Follows the guarantee of the resurrection.  See?  And, it's not
a further enduement of power.  And, a further baptism of the individual
with the Holy Ghost.  It is the Spirit Himself, coming down here, in
order to raise the dead. And, to consummate a Rapture, and the Wedding
Supper. Now, we understand therefore, because this has to do with the
living, and the dead, and the resurrection, this is 1 Thessalonians 4:
beginning at verse 13.

	(13)  	...I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning
them 						which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which
have no 					hope.

	(14) 	For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them
also 					which sleep in Jesus will God (forth) bring with him.

	(15) 	For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which
are 					alive and remain unto the (Presence) of the Lord  shall not
(take any 					pre-eminence over them which are asleep) ...

	(16) 	For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout,

	Now that's not what he said over here in Ephesians, when he came back
with ministries, to bring the people up to the place where there is no
more to be brought in.  He doesn't say that.  This is where He, Himself,
is coming down with a military command.  See?  

 

	(16)	...with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: 			
		and the dead in Christ shall rise first:

	Now, he's telling you the order of the Rapture. But notice, he says
here, “ You that are living, concerning them that are asleep. God is
going to bring them forth. And, he tells you how they are going to be
brought forth.  See?  

	(16) 	...the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with (the military 
					command.)  

 

13.	Now, you'll notice in here.  The dead then have to be raised, and,
we have to be changed, and we have to be caught up.  Now, he tells you
then, there's going to be a mingling of the living with the dead.  Now
look, the guarantee; the baptism with the Holy Ghost, which is the
guarantee of the resurrection, is to every single individual person. 
And, it cannot take place, and the resurrection cannot take place, 
until every single  one is in of the Gentiles,  to take care of the
Gentile, and every single one in, is of the Jews, to take care of the
Jews.

 	 There..now remember, the first resurrection, half of it's already
over.   And, how was it done?  It was not done with Jesus on earth. 
And, it was not done with Him up somewhere in the heavens.   It was done
before He, Himself  had come out of the graves. That He went down and
preached to souls in prison. And, ripped the doors off of hell in a
theophonic form, and, lead them, started to lead them out, and He did
lead them out, when God raised him, and raised those others, had bodies
waiting for them  to step into.  Now, this is what you're looking at
here.  So, this here is what we're looking at, in the question 'the
Capstone.'   Because, it's capping everything off.  But, the stone which
the builders' rejected, was the human being part.  Now you can say,
“They can reject the Holy Ghost.” Ha. That's a laugh.  There is no
way, any man, called by the  Holy Ghost, can reject Him.  Because, "all
the Father giveth will come unto me." [Jn 6:37]  There's no way.

  	So, he's not talking about that.  So Headstone, if you really want
it, (as I understand it) taught in Scriptures, the way that Bro. Branham
taught it, what I can gather, because, he did not make any statements,
like I am making.  That Headstone, definitely is the human figure.  And,
Capstone has to do with this, Spirit, here.  

14.	Now, let's watch that we're adding this up right.  We go to 1
Corinthians 15: and in these            verses.  Now, this has to do
with the resurrection.  

	(12)  	But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the
firstfruits of 					them that slept. (He let them up)

	(13)  	For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection
of 				the dead.

	Now, that part's already happened.  Now you see, you'll notice that in
there,  that the Cornerstone, which is really that Headstone, the Head. 
Because, He was to be  the king of Israel. They put Him to one side. 
Now, watch, He is bringing them out of death, into physical bodies, He's
already done it, to some of them.  See?  Physical like Him. [1
Corinthians 15]

	(22) 	For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made
alive.

	Now, that's exactly physical.  There's your Headstone.  		

		

	(23)  	But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits;
afterward 						they that are Christ's at his (Presence).

	[1 Thessalonians 4:16]

	(16) 	(Now, the Presence) the Lord himself shall descend...with a
shout, ...

 	The Presence is, that He is here in the form of  the Holy Spirit. 
That absolutely is Capstone, in my understanding.   And, He is here to
raise the dead.  

15.	Now, going therefore to Ephesians [1:] again.  So we just
understand, as clearly as possible.  

	(15) 	Wherefore I also, after I heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus,
and 					love unto all the saints,

	

	Now these are full of the Holy Ghost. They have the guarantee of the
Resurrection. They have the guarantee of  actually being lifted up to
the Headstone. The physical body.  And, they all members, forming New
Jerusalem.  

	 

	(17)  	That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may 
					give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge 
				of him:

	(18) 	The eyes of your (heart) being enlightened; that (you) may know
what 					is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory
of his 						inheritance in the saints,

	In other words, there is a definitive revelation, to the living, when
this One comes amongst them.   And, when the definitive revelation has
run its course, there won't be anybody else to come in.  No way, no how.
  The whole thing is sealed off.  Capstoned off.  See?  Then It says;

	(19)  	And (we'll know)what is the exceeding greatness of his power to 
					us-ward who (are presently believing, when that spirit comes into 	
				the church. ) according to the working of his mighty power,

			

	(20) 	Which he wrought in Christ, ... (and now works in 	those who have
					gone on before.)...

16.	Now remember, in 1 Thessalonians  the Shout is kelusma, which is a
military command.  Now go back to  1 Corinthians 15: again,  and we read
in there, how that He was going to be present, and the dead would be
raised. Then It says;

	 

	(24) 	Then cometh the end, (all right) when... he shall have delivered
up the 					kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down
all 					rule and all authority and power.

	Now, you're coming to literal Headstone. Where everything now, is going
to be brought under Jesus Christ.   And, when everything is brought
under Him, there will come a time, when it's all handed back. And,
that's to God, Himself.  Alright, now. Do you notice that He put all
things under Him, that God may be all in all. Now, the word 'subdue' is
the wrong word, and the word 'subject' is also very unclear.  Because,
'to subdue', means to literally go forth in a  battle as it were, and
bring everything under control, by force or strength.  But this, is not
so, this is the placing in a military order.  So you notice, that the
Lord descends, and He puts  the Bride in order, to walk into the
Millennium.  

17.	Now, remember Moses was the prophet that was raised up of God,
through foreknowledge, and predestination, to meet the time that the
promise of God, to bring Israel into the Promised Land, was to be
effective.   Now, God saw that Moses, was brought where he was.  Now, He
couldn't appear in Egypt.  Anymore than He could appear in the world out
there, in the church.  Said, “Behold I stand at the door and knock,”
and kicked outside of the church.   So, there was no way that God, would
go to Egypt, until, the hour of manifestation.  So, He had to get Moses
out of Egypt.  When He got him, down where he was supposed to be, near
Mt Sinai, out there in the desert, He appeared to him.  And, God
vindicated  Himself to the prophet.  Then He set about vindicating the
prophet to the people, by going down into Egypt.  And, the vindication
of the prophet by God, to the people, put the people in position to
believe the Word of God, and they took marching orders.  

	Now of course, there was a mixed multitude in Egypt.  Marriages, and
everything else.   So they begin coming out.   They begin coming out
under the Word.  Now, you'll notice that, they went across the Red Sea,
they sort of bungled their way, all around.  But, God wanted them to
cross over into Palestine, as an army.  Now, you'll notice Moses died,
so, where does the Pillar of Fire go?  The Pillar of Fire goes nowhere,
but, God begins to change His form; and now, as Joshua is ready to lead
them over, based upon the Word, which God  gave.  And, they now in a
position, to believe It, and fulfill It way past Kadesh Barnea now; 
Joshua spies a man in the full regalia of a great general.  Now, he's
not very much of a coward, this boy Joshua, so he walks over, and he 
said, “Who's side are you on, ours or their's?”  And, the answer
came back, “Nay, but, as Captain of the host of Israel,”  The great
general, leading His people in.  Now, Alpha's  Omega.  And, Omega is
Alpha.

18.	So therefore, you have got  here at the end time,  God vindicating
Himself  through a prophet.  

The prophet being vindicated by God, to the people.  The people coming
out, and, certain of them going into a military order, which means, the
Pillar of Fire, has now been transformed into our Joshua, the Holy
Spirit, to take us in.  As, the Captain of the host of Israel.  So, we
are getting more and more into order, which is a precept of faith,
because Israel could not go in, because of unbelief.  And, we in turn,
will only go in because of belief.  Now, that's how they went in before.
 Now, they being in a human form, so structured, they could scruple
everything up under God's high heaven.

	So the first thing they get in there, you've got those birds that still
have that spirit of hell on them.  And, they wanted money.  Jews always
have wanted money, I guess I can't feel too bad, but I feel  bad enough
about old Aiken.  Old Aiken he sees this Babylonish garment, and it
looked pretty good.  Now, we don't dress like the world.  And, we don't
put stock in the worldly goods.  But this fellow did.  Here he was under
the promise of God, where God, had done all these things, and he went
right back to his corruption. Now you got people right today, that say
they believe this Message, say they believe in Presence, and everything
under high heaven, they're no different from Aiken.  Something is
missing.  Now you see, here's where I stand.  And, I admit, I'm open to
the greatest criticism under God's high heaven, above any man living in
this Message.  Because, you see, I'm the only man living, that saw in
Bro. Branham, something in his face, that made me know that something
had happened.  

19.	Now you say Bro Vayle, “Can you tell people...”  Not...you bet
your life I can't. But, I'm going to tell you something.  There's a
witness in the Spirit, if a man would agree with this or not,  I don't
know, I can't explain it to you.  But, I can hear preacher's preach, and
I can watch them.  And, the most ungainly person, the one you'd think
isn't believing, in my books, is the one who's believing.  One fellow
might get up and give a great dissertation, and it doesn't mean too much
to me at all.  Because, there's something that just doesn't ring a bell.
 I can say that for my own self. And I'm saying it, and, I'm not going
to take it back.  And, I am sorry if I offend people.  It's your tough
luck, because, you offend me too.  I'm not saying this to anyone here,
that goes to anyone that hears this tape, there'll be plenty hearing it.
I am not pulling my neck in for anyone.

	 Now look it,  I am not going back to Pentecost, I came out.  And, I've
got my marching orders to go in.  And, my confidence in Him, by
revelation and the inner witness, is that I am going in.  That,  I am
not going to go by death, that I am going to walk in.  Now I'd sooner go
by death, it'd be nice to have the full gamut of experiences.  Doesn't
make any difference anyway.  Now you say, “What if you die?”  I
explained that, a dozen and one times. So what I'm  looking at here is,
Capstone.  See?  Headstone comes, when all the stones, (see) are
together.  And, the head of the stones, the head of the Bride is Christ.
 Now, Bro. Branham said, “When that Spirit, is in our midst now, is
incarnated to us, we'll crown Him King of kings and Lord of lords.” 
And, my understanding of that is, that is Headstone, and this is
Capstone.  This is capped off.   And, the other has become Head.  

20.	Which simply means in my books, we're going to take the world over,
remember the image was a head of gold.  And remember, we have the great
head of gold, ourself.  Pure, solid gold Christ. And, we're going to
head up all empires,  because the kingdoms of this world have become the
kingdom of our God.  And, they have become our kingdoms.  And, I look at
that positively as Headstone.  The other as Capstone. Now that's what
I've from what Bro. Branham taught me, and some of the words he used, at
that time. Now, I don't say that some of them can't be inter-changeable,
but, this is how  I stick with it, and this is what I see going on now. 
And, I see, we are coming more and more in line with the Word.   And,
the Word has become more and more everything.

	Until, as I say, within the last three months, (and that's no more than
three months) like looking out the window, and, nothing matters anymore,
except the Word.  In other words, He said so, that's all there is to it.
 And, someone can say, “Well just a minute now.  There is no way a man
like you can have the assurance, because we know you and  tell you flat.
 You are not it.”  They looked right at Jesus Christ, and said, “You
ain't nothing but  the illegitimate son of a woman with a Roman soldier.
 And, I'm going to tell you flat, there's no prophet ever come out of
Galilee.” [makes unintelligible sounds]....but a lot of hogwash.  

21.	So, I don't care what anybody says. It's a matter of faith.  See?  I
know that David didn't look like much of a king.  Samson didn't look
much like a strong man.  When the Spirit of God came upon both, buddy. 
You better watch it.  And, that's the thing that counts.  So, I go by
the Word of God. And, that's what He told me to do, was watch what was
for the Bride. What was mine.  And, I'm enjoying doing it.  And if there
are other people, are going to be skittish and fearful, and all this and
that, that's fine by me.  And, I'm not saying I've arrived, not for five
seconds, I don't say, “I've arrived.”  But, absolutely I'm not the
same person I was.  I could go out this trip, and I could tell the
people, “You're looking at a different person, than what you looked
when I was here the last time.”  You don't recognize it.  Nobody
recognizes it.  That's fine by me.  

   

	I don't give a rip.  I'm happy.  Because, I don't want any recognition.
 This is between me and the Lord, it's a love affair.  He loves me.  I
told you, a good marriage depends upon two things, that according to a
French proverb; one, must have the infinite capacity to love, and the
other, must have the infinite capacity to be loved.  At this point, I
have the infinite capacity to be loved, and He has the infinite capacity
to love. And, we have a wonderful thing going.  It's like my own
marriage to my wife.  Too bad for her, I'm sorry, but,  I love her the
best I can, but that sure ain't nothing, I can tell you that.  But,
that's the way it is with the Lord.  And, I think that's Scriptural.  I
won't carry this too far of course, because Peter and Diane are getting
married, I they think they better do better than us. That's how it is. 
One of you...okay.  You'll have a good marriage.   All right.  That's
what I understand about Headstone/Capstone.  

22.	What is your other question? Genesis 3:8  [question not clear] Cool,
I don't see that in my margin now, but, I'll take a look at my
concordance.  In Genesis 3:8 you see the word 'cool' ...okay, keep
talking. [unable to clearly hear the question]  Well God was walking,
you know that they were...ah...here's the thing.  Bro. Branham up in his
vision up there, in Colorado, He said, “How would you like to take a
walk with Me?” And, he said, “I would like that.”  And he simply
began walking, under the communication of the Holy Spirit with him. 
Now, he being a prophet, this would be on a higher level, than you or I
would have, but yet, we would still walk on the basis  of the revealed
Word.  Him revealing us, His Word.  And remember, if we walk in the
light as He is in the light, we have fellowship one with another.  

	So, that's what you're talking about, it's, you've got to have the
light, the revelation to have any movement, or progression with God.  So
that's what  he was doing.  He was still there, one with the Word.  Like
for instance, the naming of the animals. You see?  That's part of it,
and, all these things.  Now you see, then here at the end time, you're
getting into the place here, where that sin has happened.   Well now,
God doesn't come, you know, and, simply confront them with the matter of
an accusation.  He's come down, and the fact that they have sinned, the
fact that they have done that which is wrong, does not  separate them
from the ability to receive revelation. And, to be able to communicate. 
 So, I believe there that, they became aware, ...perhaps, not just from
habit, but, could've been from habit, that certain time, like we have
times of meditation.  That time, they heard the voice of God, it was God
communicating to them.  And, no doubt, it was like Bro. Branham heard
the voice of God in a tree, speaking to him.    to heree

23.	Now, I'm going to look up this  here 'cool' here, because:
(corresponding to 7307, 7308, corresponding to 7306, which is that is to
'blow', or to 'breathe': by implication to perceive.) [Bro. Vayle reads
from Strong's Concordance]  All right, 'wind' as by breath, sensible.
Well, in other words they became sensible  to the Presence of God.  As
God would have Himself, make Himself known, God speaks by voice.  And
remember, they were in a state, where they would literally, speak,
apparently.  In other words, as He said to Moses, “My servant  Moses,
is not like other prophets that have dreams and visions, but, I will
speak even apparently.  In other words, I will speak in a form, where he
can literally, apprehend Me, he'll know that I Am there.   That's why
God came in a Pillar of Fire, and stood right before him, and spoke back
and forth in a Pillar of Fire.  Paul did the same thing.  Bro. Branham
did the same thing.  I suppose, Isaiah did the same thing.  Those men
were great Word prophets, and that's what happened.  So therefore, no
doubt here, they heard  the voice of God, in other words, God was moving
now, in that particular area.  In making Himself known.    Making
Himself available. 

 

	And so, at that time, when God made Himself known, Adam and his wife
hid themselves from the Presence of the Lord.  In other words, they
didn't say anything. They didn't acknowledge It.   They just tried to
get away from It.  And, there was no way, they could get away from It.
So the Lord said, “ Adam, where are you?” He said,  “I heard Your
Voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked and hid
myself.”  In other words, he knew now at this time, he was not fit to
stand in the Presence of the Lord.  He was no where fit, to communicate,
and so he wasn't able, felt within himself, that there was no way he
could communicate  now, with the Holy Spirit.  And, actually you'll
find, that this is the beginning, where mankind as a whole, cannot
communicate with God.  There has to be a representative.  Here's where
your Coming starts, right in here.  

24.	That's why it finally came with the great prophet, Moses.  That the
people of Israel, said exactly the same thing.  “There's no way we can
communicate. We're very much afraid.  There is no way we can stand in
His Presence.  Why don't we get a representative.”   And so, there was
a representative, and then this representative goes on, until you have a
representative in Jesus, the man.  You know? And, right down the line. 
I believe that's pretty well what this is all dealing with.  That's
about all..that's what I see in there. In the cool of the day.  [Someone
comments:] Sure.  Oh sure, sure.  Because He's the first man.  He said,
“When God communicates face to face with a man, that man's a
prophet.”  Because, he gets the Word, then, soon as God begins talking
to that man, like He did, that's the original prophet right there.  I
really don't care much what anybody  says.  There's your break down of
your start, right there.  

	Now, whether you say, “Well he's the first real prophet.”  That's
no skin off of my nose, which way you go there.  I could care less, but,
there's where it starts. Here's where it all starts that you have to
have a representative.  See?  That's why when he came to Moses, when it
came to the law, which God speaking and manifesting to everybody, just
what they were, they said, “Hey, hold it, stop it. Let's just have one
person find out and bring it back to us.” (See?) And, now, what you've
got at this end time, like Bro. Branham said, “God gave Israel a
prophet and a Pillar of Fire,” to take them into (what I call) a mini
Millennium.  Where their clothes didn't wear out, and their shoes didn't
wear out, they didn't need a bath, so they didn't stink .  They ate
manna, they just felt tremendously vital and good.   And, you know what,
they just couldn't take it.  I'll tell you something, brother/sister,
some people just can't have it too good, they go to pieces.  

25.	Because, they're too rotten to have it good.  Hee hee.  You know,
just like you're raised on, you know, what would you say?  Pork and
beans, that's all you ever learned to like.  Please don't come around my
place, because you ain't going to feed me no pork and beans.  I have a
wide, wide taste for variety.  Chinese, Indian you name it.  Well,
that's what it is here, these people, couldn't take it.  They didn't
know they had it so good.  They loathed the manna.  They loathed Moses. 
They loathed God.  They loathed everything.  See?  They weren't up to
it.  There were just a teeny little group in there that didn't.  And,
they came along and did real good.  So, here's your beginning, you go
back to here at the beginning, you see the whole thing starting.  Now,
here's the beautiful thing, we're going to get right back to this, in
the Presence of Jesus, in the Millennium.  

	The incarnation.  Everybody talking.  Everybody rejoicing.  But, you
notice,..you notice when you go to representation.  A representation is
the greatest thing in the world. And yet, it's the most downtrodden,
disliked and hated. Because, when God made representation,  in the form
of flesh,  becoming a man, (which we'll try to explain sometime, get
into some of those things) except for very few people, they just said,
“Let's get rid of him.”  See? How many of them, in their day, of the
moving of the Spirit.  You know?  Hey, do you know something?  That
thought of 'cool' there....

26.	Let's go back to Acts 3: get a repeat of It.  

	(15) 	And killed the Prince of life, ...

	(17)  	And now, brethren, I (know) that through ignorance ye did it, as
						did also your rulers.

	(18) 	But those things, which God before had shewed by the mouth of 			
		all his prophets, that Christ should suffer, he hath so fulfilled.

	(19) 	Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be
blotted 					out, (then he says,) when the times of refreshing shall
come from the 					presence of the Lord.

	But, once more, the 'cool' of the evening. At evening time, it shall be
light.  Once more, the voice of God, will be manifested, the Spirit
moving.  Once more, someone's going to hear It.  And, remember, it's
going to be a prophet of the caliber of  Moses, with the true ministry
of the Lord Jesus Christ, to vindicate him.   And, the discernment of 
Samuel, and the power of judgement,  a judgement prophet remember, 
Elijah.  Right here..that's the cool..that's the speech at the end of
the ages, that's the confrontation. That's Capstone.  That's Capstone.
Absolutely, Capstone.  

27.	Now, Bro. Branham had a Capstone ministry.  And, he would be a
Headstone prophet. Christ  physical, individual. (See?) A brother once
said to me, “Bro. Branham is the Capstone.”    I said, “No way.”
I said, “His ministry, is a Capstone, the Holy Spirit, is the true
Capstone.” But remember, he's the last messenger.  And so therefore,
his ministry, and the Spirit would be Capstone. But, he being physical,
he would be headstone, so to speak. But you can't just go into a
relative... ah ..equation, don't go absolute.  And yet, who's going to
follow?  He's to the Gentiles at least you see.  There's a reappearance
of Elijah again.  Judgement.  See?  And, remember Moses, Moses' ministry
also brought judgement.   Signs and wonders.  Like Bro. Branham said,
“You have to have the spirit of Moses and Elijah, if they're not the
two real ones brought back themselves.”

  

	Why shouldn't God bring Moses back from the dead, or, anything else He
wanted to do?  You know, Moses has already had the experience of the
grace of Almighty God,  to die, but, if he had to do it again, what
would be the big deal?  There's a Scripture that distinctly says,
“Christ dieth no more.” [Rom 6:9]  Where do you find that about
somebody else?  You know, I mean, I'm just wide open for anything, when
it comes to the Word.  Like something that's tenable, that Bro. Branham
brought up.   I'm not wide open for all this other stuff.  You know, no
way, shape or form.  Does that take care of that question? Or what have
you got there?

28. 	[Another question is asked...something about the Presence of the
Lord before and 	after the fall] 

	Sure, Presence is Presence, now, as to manifestation, you see, that, is
something different. Let's go back,... Numbers 12:3.  Okay.

	

 	(3) 	(Now the man Moses was very meek, above all the men which were 		
		upon the face 	of the earth.)

	 (4) 	And the LORD spake suddenly unto Moses, and unto Aaron, and unto 
				Miriam, Come out ye three unto the tabernacle of the congregation.
And 					they three came out.

	Now, the question would come up there, how did they know at one time
that there were three to come out? Well, it wouldn't be hard at all for
God to speak. Now, let's find out.  

	(5) 	And the LORD came down in the pillar of the cloud, and stood in 		
			the door of the tabernacle, and called Aaron and Miriam: and they 			
	both came forth.

	(6) 	And he said, Hear now my words: If there be a prophet among you, I
					the LORD will make myself known unto him in a vision, and will
speak 					unto him in a dream

	(7)	My servant Moses is not so, who is faithful in all mine house.

 	(8) 	With him will I speak mouth to mouth, even (apparent)...

 	That means in a view, in a shape. So therefore, He was not dealing
with Miriam, Aaron and the rest as He was dealing with Moses. They would
have to come under the Presence of God by, indelible impression, a
vision, or a dream.  Now, it's likely under a vision.  And it
just...maybe they came out.  And in it, they weren't allowed to see and
know as Moses, but they were dealt with through vision, but Moses stood
there and saw the real thing.  Actually saw God, in view, in a certain
shape.  So now, when you talk about Presence, that's what we're dealing
with... in our time.   What is the  Presence?  He is here.  

29.	All right, the Presence that we recognize, is manifestation, which
is vindication of the prophet, and of  God Himself, as found in  John
15:24.

	(24) 	If I had not done among them...

	Now, he says in verse 20.

	(20) 	Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not
greater 					than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also
persecute you 					(also); if they...(keep) my saying(s), they will keep
yours also.

			

	(21) 	But all these things will they do unto you for my name's sake,
because 					they know not him that sent me.

	(22) 	If I had not come and spoken unto them, they had not had sin: but
						now they have no cloak for their sin.

	

	Now, you notice right there, that's judge.  See?

  	(23)  	He that hateth me hateth my Father also. (now watch where the 
					hatred comes in.)

	(24) 	If I had not done among them the works which none other man did, 
				they had not had sin: but now have they both seen and hated both me 
				and my Father.

 	That's separation. How was it done?  Well, God vindicated Himself to
the prophet, but, not to us.  Then, God vindicates the prophet to us,
by, what the prophet says coming to pass, and, the mighty miracles. 
See?  

30.	(13)	 ...for if the mighty (miracles)  had been done in Tyre and
Sidon,						(which were done in you, they'd be in existence right at
this hour.)

	See?  Therefore God had to smite Capernaum and put it at the bottom of
the sea.  Now, what was it?  God was in the presence of a man, but, you
see, God vindicated the  man that he was of God.  That Christ was of
God, and they refused to believe it. So therefore, what they saw was
twofold, they saw the literal Presence of God in a human body, and, saw
the literal Presence of God which was a manifestation that a human being
couldn't do, that his words couldn't do. Now, you've got the same thing
in Presence right today.  Now you say, “That's what we see.” But,
that goes back to what we don't see. Which is Acts 3: 

31.	Now let's take a look at It again. [Acts 3]

 

	(19)	... when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of
the 					Lord. 

	This word 'presence' means that which is visible to the eye.  What is
visible to the eye?  The acts of God, the creation of God, works of God.
  And, to turn It down, is to hate God.  To speak against It, is to hate
God.  And, everybody is talking about love, that's why I am sour on
love, and, blow my stack on it.  Now, if you want to get maudlin and
sentimental, and you want to weep and rejoice, and go to pieces, and,
love and love and love and love.  I'll take every bit of it, as long as
you're with the Word.  If you're not. (Phfft!)  I've got no time for it.
 You know, come on, let's just get this thing right.  So, there you are.
  That's Presence, sure He's here.  I don't see Him, but, Bro. Branham
said, “I tell you by vision,”  And, actually, to have a vision, 
aha, let's face it, Bro. Branham just went into a...super...sixth sense,
that's all he did.  It's just got to be... his conscience and
sub-conscience  go together. And the minute the conscience was blotted
out, the sub-conscience he could just look out and see everything, very
clear.

 	He spoke apparently to God, in a visible form.  Now what about visible
form?  What's a whirlwind?  Who has seen the wind, neither you nor I,
but when the trees are bending low, the wind is passing by. Well the
whirlwind just struck the cliff three times, and just gouged the stones
out. They heard the whir, they saw everything, they saw what happened.  
 Nobody saw the Spirit, but they sure  saw the evidence.  What did
William Branham see?  No doubt, he saw a tremendous Pillar of Fire, just
shhhh down the cliff like that.  Why sure, the finger of God, just
blasting it.  See, the Pillar of Fire, like one streak, the finger of
God, just blasting it.  Coal fire.  Didn't burn.  Little...three
cornered pieces came out.  That would've been interesting.  What else?
