All things in Subjection to Christ Preliminary done - needs final proofing Bro. Lee Vayle - April 30,1980 [poor sound quality towards end of the message] Heavenly Father, again we thank You in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ that could allow us in this service Lord, to look into Your Word. To be careful to say only that which You have spoken Lord, unto us. [inaudible comments] … vindication that you have talked about those things Lord, that set forth the …?... So, upon You we pray, and that Your anointing be upon us all tonight, as we speak forth in His name. That we might be one in Jesus name we pray. Amen. You may be seated. 1. I am still intrigued, with the thought of ‘all things coming into subjection unto Christ’. So, I went to the root words, and I found every passage in Scripture in the New Testament, where it should be the verb or the noun, and we’ll look at some of them just momentarily, before we get into what I feel might be interesting, or, pertinent to the subject. And in 2 Corinthians 9:13 it says, (13) (While) by the experiment of this ministration they glorify God for your professed subjection unto the gospel of Christ, and (even) for your liberal distribution unto them, (even) unto all men; Now I’m using the word ‘even’ there, instead of ‘and’ because, the fact here of the professed subjection unto the gospel of Christ. There most evidently be the ordinance of caring for those who are not fortunate enough, to be able to care for themselves. And this was a time of famine and problems, so, that these people were according to the Scripture, becoming subject unto the gospel. Now, the gospel then, know the word ‘subject,’ has to do with a military rank. And over here, in our slang we call ‘pecking order’, and also, we use the thought of prodigal, prodigal and different things. But, the Scripture actually does teach that there is a place in the Word, in the Christian, in the Bride, in the whole set up, where there must be a subjection or a coming under as pertaining to a little rank. 2. In other words, there is an authority over the person, that causes the person to act and react. So, Paul is speaking here, of this particular part of the gospel, that people are subject to. Which is to be liberal, in helping those who are less fortunate. And this really comes down to a generosity. And I have found amongst my brethren the ministers, especially one who talked to me not long ago, that he was exceedingly what you might say, grieved at the people’s lack of generosity. And …ah…this is not a plea for money. This is just letting you know that the gospel, demands a place of generosity. Not someone going around looking for a handout. But, that there is to be the people of God, are generous in helping others, who need help. Not that they’re going to sit around…you understand what I’m talking about. This has to do in this case, with literal famine. And they were helping. Now, what my point here is, that the people were subject to the gospel, and the gospel, was demanding a liberality from those who had the ability to do something beyond their own living. Because, remember once the tithe is paid, you don’t have any…ah…what you might say, pressure upon you, to go beyond that to help anybody, unless you’ve got it. According to your ability, you do it. Yet, the Scripture says, “There is that (which) scattereth, and yet (increases); and there is that (which) holdeth …(and) tendeth to poverty.” [Proverbs 11:24] So, what the thought is here…and get it…that the gospel demands a subjection, of whatever the gospel imposes upon us, demands that subjection of the people, so that they do that of course not as an imposition, but, as the grace of God. Then in, Gal. 2:5 (5) To whom we gave place by subjection, no, not for an hour; that the truth of the gospel might continue with you. 3. Now, with that just hold there, and I’m going to swing back quickly to Romans 16: [omit comments] …it doesn’t matter because it merely brings out what I find over here in Galatians 2:5 where Paul is speaking here, that he never became subject unto those who qualified themselves, as authority. In other words, they rank themselves over the people. And this ranking of men over the people, is not foreign to the Word of God, as we find over here in Ephesians 4: where Paul is speaking to the saints, that he that ascends, first of all, [Eph. 4:10-11] (10) He …ascend(s)… (11) And (then gives) … apostles; … prophets; (and) some, evangelists; (and) some, pastors (some) teachers; And they had a special job to do in the church which nobody else could do. And then over here in, 1 Cor. 12:28 [correction] (28) And God hath set… in the church, first apostles, (second) prophets, (third) teachers, (and then it says) after that … He leaves off numbering, so that you know the next number after, there would be the teacher, evangelist, then the pastor, then the two dedicated members who desire offices, which would be the elder and the deacon. So, there is definitely in the church an order set forth, and also in, 1 Tim. 2:11 (11) Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection. 4. Now, that subjection there is not abjection, or simply a quietness, or a sullenness. But, she knows that she has to listen to the man. Because, the man is her head, and there is no way that she can be possibly be qualified to indulge herself in the setting of doctrine. She could no more preach than nothing. The 3rd chapter and the 4th verse, and this of course, concerning the elder, [1 Tim. 3:4] (4) One that ruleth well his own house, having his children in subjection with all gravity; In other words, father is the head of the house, and as long as those kids got their feet under father’s table, they must listen to him very seriously and do his bidding. In other words, there is a rank as a military rank, which demands a subjection, even as it is in the army. And then we go back to Luke 2: and we’ll notice something here, concerning Jesus, …51. [Luke 2:51] (51) And he went down with them, and came to Nazareth, and was subject unto them: (and) his mother kept all these sayings in her heart. 5. So, that Jesus gave His parents precedence in those things which were required of Him, which perhaps were doing chores and things around the place, that He ought to do, and learn a trade, or something like that, in order to be proficient. Because, remember that Jesus was a man and had to act as a man, and do as a man. He could not thrust upon Himself, a rank which He had not yet obtained to. Because, the Holy Ghost, had not come upon Him, as It did at the River Jordan. He couldn’t act like God, because, He was not yet in that position. Then in Luke 10:17 it says, (17) And the seventy returned again with joy, saying, Lord, even the devils are subject unto us through thy name. You’ll notice here again, that there is the fact of obedience, that even the spirits had to do the will of God, through the name of Jesus. As that will was found in the mouths of these people here. Then over in Romans 10:3 you’ll notice this tremendous statement. (3) For they (be) ignorant, of God’s righteousness, (explains what’s wrong with Israel) “and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves, unto the righteousness of God. In other words, they have not come under It, as an authority. As though there is a rank there. See? Something that must bend to the attention, and then, the attention bend to what is required, and then, the requirement comes into place. In, Rom. 13:1 (1) Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers… 6. And of course, that’s speaking of the powers out here in the world. We spoke about that in the ‘Priority Series’. For there is no authority but of God. It should not be higher power, It should be higher authority. And many people in the church say, “Well, Christ is the Highest Authority, and I don’t have any other authority.” You know you’re as crazy as a hoot owl. And I shouldn’t talk about the poor old hooty owl. Because, he is not to be blamed. But, if there’s any authority in the land, and we’re subject to, it as citizens. Because, we’re citizens of the earth here, until we’re no longer citizens of the earth. We must not try to pretend, like the Roman Catholics, that we’re citizens of a higher kingdom. So therefore, we take precedence over every law. That is a bunch of nonsense. For, there is no authority but of God. It tells you right there, that God will not allow anything to come up and take power, unless He wants It. And the authorities that be, are ordained of God. In the 5th chapter, … I mean, in the 5th verse, Rom. 13:5 (5) Wherefore ye must needs be subject, not only for wrath, but also for conscience sake. And in there we find, the people who don’t learn obedience, in the realm of civil authority, have complexes. They’ve got guilt complexes, and nervous conditions, and things that they can’t cope with, because, they feel they are above the law. And something inside them tells them, no, that isn’t so. 7. Now, with this understanding, then, the subjection, literally means; ‘to come under, and to be in obedience to, to receive the effects of,’ we would go to 1 Corinthians 15:27. And It says here, (27) For he hath put all things under his feet… (and that put under made subject unto) him. That’s the literal word, they're the same word. Notice, again the thought of a military rank there, that this is the Chief Captain of the host of Israel. Now remember, when Joshua was about to lead Israel into the promised land, God has spoken to him. 8. Let’s go back to Joshua, that chapter 1:, maybe I can just pick up something there that kind of crosses my mind. I don’t know if I’ve got much of a mind to cross tonight. But, when you leave your tie at home, you know you’re a free Methodist, and ain’t got much going for him. And so here he says, (2) Moses my servant is dead; now therefore arise, go over this Jordan, (and I will give you the land that I gave them) even …the children of Israel. (3) (And) Every place that the sole of your foot shall tread upon, that have I given unto you, as I said unto Moses. And then He names it. Then, verse 5. (5) There shall not any man be able to stand before thee all the days of thy life: as I was with Moses, so I will be with (you): I will not fail thee, nor forsake thee. (6) Be strong and of a good courage: for unto this people shalt thou divide (the land for an inheritance), which I sware unto their fathers… (7) Only be strong and very courageous, that (you) mayest observe to do according to all the law… (and so on.) 9. Now remember, that as he brought Israel toward the promised land, a stranger appeared, and he said, “Who are you, for them or for us?” …?... “I am Captain of the Host of Israel”. [Josh 5:13-14] So therefore, even at the end-time, no matter who Elijah the prophet is, or anybody else is. And this is one of the delicate points, that causes a lot of problem, and actual state as far as I’m concerned, there’s a cause in it. Is not to recognize, that the Headship is of Christ. The Captain of the Host of Israel. And the host of Israel is going to the promised land. And at the end-time, Elijah or no Elijah, Christ is the Head. He’s the Captain of the Host. And you will notice in here, that we’re referring again, to the military concept, of the One that has the authority, the force, His desires, and will seek that those desires are going to be met. 10. Now, he says “All things under His feet,” here, made subject to Him, the Commander in chief. But when he says, “all things are subject to Him,” it is manifest, that He is left out or, not in that category, which did put all things under Him. Now notice, that he is not saying anything that Jesus is putting anything under Jesus’ feet. He is saying that God, is putting everything under Jesus’ feet, except, God Himself. See? Because remember, Jesus is not God. This is a strong blow to the trinitarians. But they’ll read this the same as you and I read It, and they’ll just go on blindly saying, “Well, Jesus is doing a great job, to checking everything and one of these days hallelujah, is going to be turned over to God.” Can’t even read straight. Just like when they read, that there’s one Mediator between God and man, the man Christ Jesus. They’ll read It ‘God’ every single time. (See?) When you let your mind go under the devil, you’re finished. You haven’t got a prayer, trinitarian idolater. See? Now, and when all things shall be made subject to Him, then the Son also Himself, shall be subject unto Him, that did put all things under Him. In other words, there’s no such thing as Jesus standing there with God putting everything under His feet, and then say, “Stand aside.” You come under Him, because Jesus comes under God. That’s why I can’t understand, I go teaching the Parousia, say the same things, Bro. Branham did trace it word by word from the Greek, and showing that no man living outside of this hour of the apostle Paul, understood the Parousia. And everybody saying, “Oh Bro. Branham, oh Bro. Branham, oh Bro. Branham, step aside Jesus, step aside Holy Spirit.” 11. Now, do you see why I preach that way? Because I’ve got the Bible for it. Not preaching any bunch of theory out of my head to simply contradict somebody. But here’s the Word of the Living God. See? And Bro. Branham came with his own Message, he was a ‘false and a phoney’ prophet. Because no man can add one word, and not have the plagues added. And he’s going to miss the plague. See? And if he took away a Word, his name is taken off the Lamb’s Book of Life. You just simply can’t trifle with this, because you destroy yourself. See? All things are put under Him. Who’s doing the ‘putting under’? That’s why when John was caught up in the 5th chapter. There’s One seated upon the throne, to look upon, like an amethyst and a beryl. What he saw was the Urim and Thummin, the Pillar of Fire moving there. The rainbow over the Throne. And behind the Throne in the midst, was the Lamb. And the Lamb wasn’t God. The Lamb was a man, for when it was necessary to open the Book. Of course, it had to be a man. And God Himself, could not open that Book. It took a man to open that Book. And Jesus came forward to open that Book, and when the Book was opened, the Mighty Angel came down from God Himself, and revealed personally Himself. So, that the thunders… God speaking, was on earth. And when He came to eartj, He had to have a man. Because a man must be involved every single time in this…I don’t care what Message is in. It’s got to be a man. See? 12. Now, we go to Ephesians 1:22, and he says here, (22) And hath put all things under … him... Now, what was that? Verse 15. (15) Wherefore I also, after I heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus, and love unto all the saints, (16) Cease not to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers; (17) That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you … What ‘you’ is he talking about? God, Holy Ghost, who is He? The Father of Jesus Christ. (17) … give (you) the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him: (God Himself, revealing Himself.) (18) The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that (you) may know what is the hope of his calling, the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints, (19) And what is the exceeding greatness of his (God’s) power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power, (that same power) (20) Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised (Christ) from the dead, and (God) set him (Jesus) at his own right hand in the heavenly places, (21) Far above all principality, … might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come: (22) And hath put all things under his feet, (God, has put all things under Jesus’ feet) and gave (Jesus) to be the head…(of) the church, You show me where that’s changed. William Branham is not head of the church. No man, is head of the church. He’s a messenger from God. Never heads up a church. See? That’d make a hierarchy of the five-fold ministry right behind him. There’s no hierarchy. It’s ranks. The Chief General Himself, and He sends a messenger. Just as it was with Joshua. God never took His hand off of Joshua. Therefore, God never took His hand off of Israel. And God never took His hand off of Israel, and He gave Joshua there, as a figurehead. And He said, “Every place you put your foot, I’ve given you.” And every Church Age messenger, with every Word of promise for God of that Age, had that promise fulfilled. 13. That’s why the prophet said three times in 'The Rapture' [12-04-1965] tape, “Thus it has been spoken, thus It shall be.” Now, It says here, (22) …put all things under his feet, and gave (Jesus the Head) all things to the church, (23) Which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all (things with) … all (things). And that is the whole Word of God, concerning election foreordination, and all these thigs in there are being fulfilled in a Bride. See? Now the chapter 5, verse 24. (24) Therefore, as the church is subject unto Christ, … let the wives be to their own husbands in everything. 14. Now It says, as what the church is, and with this, Corinthians chapter 3. And before we go that, we’re going to go to 1 Corinthians 15: again. Then we’ll hit something here. Verse 20. (20) But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the first-fruits of them that slept. (21) For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead. (22) For as in Adam all die, even so in (identical manner) Christ (all shall) be made alive. (that’s in Adam, not in the serpent) (23) But every man in his own order: Christ the first-fruits; afterward they that are Christ's at his (Parousia, at His Presence.) He’s got to come down to raise the dead. Now, you can’t make [Thessalonians] [correction BV says Philippians in error] say something different from Corinthians. (Just hold your finger there.) In, [1 Thessalonians] 4:16 [correction] (16) For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: He’s got to come down and raise the dead. Then, He’s got to change us. Then, the dead get caught up. They were previously dead, …they’re very much alive. And we get caught up also. Okay. 15. Now it says, at that Parousia, and afterwards…now notice, It says here, [1 Corinthians 15:] (23) … the first-fruits; …at his coming. (24) Then … the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power. (25) For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet. (26) The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death. Now, I look at that as the Millennium. Because, after the Millennium, comes the White Throne Judgement, then comes the defeat of death. (27) For (God has) put all things (under him) under his feet. Jesus didn't put all things under His feet? God, put all things under His feet. Then, and this all this hinges on the fact that Jesus died upon Calvary. 16. Now, with that we’re going to go instantly to Hebrews chapter 2. (And here we could have quite a long study, but we’ll cut it down…I don’t know.) Now, before we hit Hebrews 2: we’re going to take Hebrews 1:8. (8) But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom. Now, you can see right here, that the whole kingdom of God, is going to be turned over to Jesus Christ. Then under Him is the Bride, and under them is that vast array outside the Holy City. And God is over the whole thing. Just as Bro. Branham preached in 'Future Home of the Earthly Bride. [08-02-64] (9) Thou … loved righteousness, … (Notice the kingdom now. You love righteousness) and hated iniquity; therefore God, even thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows. (10) And, Thou, Lord, in the beginning hast laid the foundation of the earth; and the heavens are the works of thine hands: (11) They shall perish; but thou remainest; and they all shall wax old as a garment; 17. Now, he’s talking about this fading away, but, he’s talking about a future kingdom. Now, verse 5. (5) For unto … the angels Hath he not put in subjection the world to come, whereof we speak. Now, Paul is talking to the Hebrews about God. Who they know as a Spirit. And he is linking in Jesus there, and he is trying to show them the Old Testament. Showing them, that Jesus, the greater Son of David, is going to here on this earth, and He’s going to be the Headship in the New Jerusalem. See? Now, he said, (5) (And) unto … the angels… He did not put this under the angels. Now, there’s another rank. See? Like a military rank. (6) But one in a certain place (if a man) testified, saying, what is man, that (you're mindful of him? …the son of man (you visit) him? (7) (You made) a little lower than the angels; … (crowned) him with glory and honour, … set him over the works of thy (hand): Now, he’s talking about, well man was that man on earth to begin with. (8) … all things (under) subjection under His feet…(For in that he put all in subjection under him, he left nothing that is not put under Him.) But now we see not yet all things put under him. 18. In other words, the guaranteed promise, the potential is there, that everything is going to be under Him, and Him under God. But you don’t see It yet. Everything isn’t there yet. You see? You get the picture. I’m relating this to 1 Corinthians when It speaks of the Parousia. There’s a subjecting under Him, as in a military rank, where there must come an obedience. And there will be an obedience. Just hold that in mind. (9) But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of God should taste death for every… Cross the word ‘man’ out of there. It’s not in the Greek, and should be in italics. He never tasted death for every man, for the serpent got in there too. Serpent seed got in there. The serpent seed didn’t get in there, or the Blood would stand for him. The Blood cannot stand for the serpent. For as in Adam all die, … not the serpent, in Adam all died. I got a charge out of this guy that said he never was in Adam. I say correct, I believe that’s right. He’d have lived a better life, and a different life, if he’d been in Adam in the first place. Only two places you could be. No gooseberry bushes here. (11) For both he that sanctifieth and they who are sanctified are all of one (source): (See?) for which cause he is not ashamed to call them brethren, 19. How could He be? How could He be ashamed to call them brethren…we are brethren. One source. (12) Saying, I will declare thy name unto my brethren, in the midst of the church will I sing praise unto thee. (13) And again, I will put my trust in him. And again, Behold I and the children which God hath given me. (14) Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; (He didn’t say He took all, He took part of It) that through death he might destroy him (note; bring to nothing, him) that had the power of death, that is, the devil; For He has the power to put everything under His feet. And when it talks about the devil having the power of death, that is still not under Jesus’ feet. Because death has not been swallowed unto victory. But it’s going to be. It’s going to be done by God Himself, to bring that in. Now, you’ll notice, the Head of the Church, (See?) …at this particular time. And notice, the fact here of what Jesus is, at this particular time. And it’s in verse…I’ll keep reading. (15) And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage. (16) For verily he took not on him the nature of angels; but he took on him the seed of Abraham. (17) Wherefore in all things it behoved him to be made like unto his brethren, that he might be a merciful and faithful high priest… Now, what’s the rank of Christ now? High Priest. See? Sure, He’s Head. Now, you’re thinking, I think you’re thinking right. You’re thinking now, if that’s the case, when Bro. Branham said those Seals were opened, the mediatorial High Priest days were over. And the Head comes on down, …those days are over, there’s just headship left. 20. Now you see, until everything is under His feet, to the Church, He’s the High Priest. Now, what’s that? We’re going to go to Hebrews 8:6 (6) But now hath he obtained a more excellent ministry, by how much also (is he) mediator… Now, He’s not just High Priest, He’s Mediator. The mediator gets you in, the high priest keeps you in. See? That’s His rank. I’ve heard people come along, as they try to make Bro. Branham mediator. In a very limited sense of the word, I can accept that. But don’t you dare try to exalt to the position of Jesus Christ, or you’re nothing but a lousy, rotten blasphemer. And you wouldn’t know God, if you met Him in your porridge. I know what goes on around the country. See? Now, He’s High Priest, and Mediator. That’s His rank. That’s exactly what He is. And He’s putting every…God, is using Christ, and putting all these things under His feet. Now, if all these things are under His feet, and He had to die upon Calvary, and rise again, to fulfill this office which is, …(we’ll read a little later on, hopefully, on that subject) then you can see militarily, you have to come under a mediator. You have to come under a high priest. There’s no way you can go. And that’s what He is to the Church, at this present position here. 21. Now, He is speaking here about this One who is a High Priest, and He said here in chapter 5. (1) For every high priest taken from among men is ordained for men in things pertaining to God, … he may offer both gifts and sacrifices for sins: (2) Who can have compassion on the ignorant, and on them that are out of the way; for that he himself also is compassed with infirmity. (3) … by reason hereof he ought, as for the people, so also for himself, to offer for sins. (4) (But) no man taketh this honour unto himself, but he that is called of God, as was Aaron. (5) So also Christ glorified not himself to be made an high priest; but he that said unto him, Thou art my Son, today have I begotten thee. Now, that’s from the dead. The first begotten from the dead. (6) … Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec. (7) Who in the days of his flesh, when he had offered up prayers and supplications with strong crying and tears unto him that was able to save him from death, and was heard in that he feared; (8) Though he were a Son, yet learned he obedience by the things he suffered; (9) And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him; (military) (10) Called of God an high priest after the order of Melchisedec. 22. Now, we were over in Hebrew 8:6 and we’re going to read about mediatorship. Now, we're going to jump to 10:11. Now: (11) And every priest standeth daily ministering and offering oftentimes the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins: (12) But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins forever, sat down on the right hand of God; (13) From henceforth expecting till his enemies be made his footstool. See what I’m trying to tell you? Everything was not put under Christ. And everything at this moment is still not under Christ. Because the hour for it hadn’t arrived. But we are now in the hour of the Parousia, the Presence of God, when everything from this moment on, is in a spin where everything comes under His feet. Period! And then, we end up in New Jerusalem. All right. (14) For by one offering he hath perfected forever them that are sanctified. (15) Whereof the Holy Ghost … is a witness…after that he had said before, (16) This is the covenant that (I'll) make with them after those days, saith the Lord, (I'll) put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them; (17) And their sins and iniquities … I remember no more. (18) Now where remission of these is, there is no more offering for sin. Is this the place He leaves the Mercy Seat, concerning the Gentiles. No more offering for sin. See? Nothing could be done. In that day, the law in the hearts, and in the minds. 23. Now, let’s just take a little peak, about that law in the heart and mind. I’m not going to follow a hundred percent with Bro. Branham on this at this time, because I’m using this in order to show you, something pertaining different from what he was talking about. Now, It says here in 2 Corinthians 3: (12) Seeing we have such hope, we use great plainness of speech: (13) And not as Moses, which put a vail over his face, that the children of Israel could not stedfastly look to the end of that which is abolished: Now listen, they tell me that in the Greek, you actually read this, that the veil was on Moses’ face, because they didn’t want to see the disappointment of the glory vanishing. That’s right. Therefore, the veil was put there so, you wouldn’t know when it was gone. They wouldn’t be confronted with it. Now, let’s look at it this way. Let’s go further: (14) But their minds were blinded: for until this day (remains) the same vail untaken away… In other words, Israel was stopped dead in its’ tracks, when they could’ve gone from glory to glory, to glory. That’s why Jesus said, “If you’d believed that this was Elijah for to come,” He said, “That would have been it, but you wouldn’t do it.” See? So therefore, there’s a juncture in history. They got cutoff. Now, (15) …even unto this day, when Moses is read, the vail is upon their heart. (16) Nevertheless when it shall turn to the Lord, the vail shall be taken away. (17) Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. (18) But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord. 24. Now, I believe that whether we can use this as illustration, or as an actual doctrine, I’m not going to argue the point. I only know this. That there has to be, where God Himself, is bringing the people into subjection, by what he does in His own way, which would be the military command. Because this is all military. So therefore, anything coming forth here, is a military command, which will come into obedience, and the people. And remember, God is doing It. You say, “Well, Bro. Vayle, we’re doing it.” Is exactly what Bro. Branham did not preach in the 'Stature of a Perfect Man'. [62-10-14] People get an idea, I’ve got to get with the Savior. I’ve got to get this temperance. I’ve got to get this virtue, which is power, He called It power. Call It what you want. And I’ve got to have this knowledge, and so on. Let me tell you, Bro. Branham said, “You’re virgin to every single one of them.” They were there. See? And a matter of pressing into a thing, for what you’re apprehended for. In other words, you’ve got the full potential. It’s different if you’ve got to do something. Then, you haven’t got it, to do it with. You see? Now, and remember, when headship is there, (the Parousia) you’re coming under the step of where you yourself, are going to be changed, and God is doing It. Doesn’t say you are doing it. It says God was doing It. See? 25. Now, read a little further: [Hebrews 10:] (19) Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus, (20) By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh; (21) And having an high priest over the house of God; (22) Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, our bodies washed with pure water. (23) …(holding) fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful.) (24) And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works: (25) Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves, as the manner of some; exhorting one another: and so much the more, as (you) see the day approaching. Now, you see from those Scriptures, he’s launched into the end-time. "As you see the day approaching." What day approaching? Well it tells you. From henceforth, expecting, until His enemies be made His footstool. That’s at the end of the Great Tribulation when He takes vengeance upon the earth, and during the Tribulation. That’s where it all starts, because the Millennium is one thousand years of peace. And at the end of the Millennium, sin reappears, as it did after the flood. And the Gospel is preached. Those people didn’t have a chance, would be judged by merit. Others been good to the Bride. Others without the law, died without the law, and be judged without the law. 26. There’ll be millions and millions, if not maybe some billions, actually coming in, are six billion people I imagine, having inhabited the earth to this hour. There could be a billion or two, or, more than that, that's going to come in. They never were in the First Resurrection, but they will come in. See? Now, you’ll notice It says from expecting…henceforth, expecting. Then he brings it right down here to then end-time. (25) Not forsaking… Then It says after that, (26) (But) if you sin wilfully after we received the knowledge, there (remains) no more sacrifice for sins, And it tells you up here, there is no more remission. You’re going to turn it down. (27) But (if the) fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries. 27. Now, you go back to Hebrews 6: you’ve got the very same thing there. (4) For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, … tasted of the heavenly gift, … partakers of the Holy Ghost, (5) …have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come, (6) (Having fallen) away, (they’ll never) be renewed again unto repentance; (because) they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, … Now, [Hebrews 10:] (28) He that despised Moses' law died without mercy under two or three witnesses: (29) Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, thought worthy, who hath trodden underfoot the Son of God, and (made) the blood of the covenant, wherewith he sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace? (And so on.) Verse 35. (35) Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompence of reward. Now, you’ll notice. From this chapter, there is a launching out into the chapter of faith. He doesn’t…this Book runs in continuity. For he says here. Verse 36, of chapter 10. (36) For (you) have need of patience, that, after (you) have done the will of God, (you) might receive the promise. (37) For yet a little while, and he that shall come will come, and … not tarry. Then he says. (38) … the just shall live by faith: (and faith is a revelation. And those who) draw back, … (39) (will) draw back (to) perdition; but (he said, we believe (to them that are going to have their souls saved.) 28. Then he goes on, [Hebrews 11:] (1) Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. (2) For by it the elders obtained a good report. And then, (4) By faith Abel… Right on down the line. (6) … without faith (you can’t) please …God… (7) By faith Noah, …being warned of God… There’s your ark. Then, it goes right to Abraham. In there in verse 10. (10) For he looked for a city which hath foundations, whose builder and maker is God. (11) Through faith (Sara also) … received strength to conceive seed, and was delivered of a child when she was past age, because she judged him faithful… (12) (And) therefore (listen) sprang there even of one, and him as good as dead, so many as the stars of the sky in multitude, and as the sand (of) the sea shore innumerable. Now, right here in the hour that he was ready for his change. And then, his change came, he brought forth the son because, their bodies were changed. And I’m going to tell you something brother/sister, the Resurrection, we’ll be standing right here, but until we are changed, the Son cannot be brought forth. He’ll never come into view. He’ll come into view at the Wedding Supper. And that Holy Spirit takes a Bride up there, and that Holy Spirit enters Him, that makes Him God incarnate. And then He’ll come back with all the Bride. 29. But you see, now listen: It tells you right here, …now hold your finger there, and we’re going to go back to 1 Corinthians again, chapter 15: It says here, in verse 23. [end of side one] (23) But every man in his own order: Christ the first-fruits; afterward they that are Christ's (Parousia, His Presence.) (24) Then come(s) the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; (and) put down all rule and all authority and power. (25) For he must reign, ... And it says over in Hebrews, (that) all things are not put down yet. Death is not put down. Yes sir. Rebellion in the church, and all those things are not yet been put down. See? Now: (25) …he must reign, until all things be put down. (26) The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death. (27) For he hath put all things under (him. That’s God’s put all things under Christ.) Now, the thought there, leaving it up here is, therefore there is friends even of One, and Him as good as dead. So many as the stars in the sky, and as the sea shore, and by the sand is by the seashore innumerable. All right, that’s the vast multitude coming up at the end time. 30. All right. With the Parousia, (see?) comes the raising of the dead, comes the changing of the people here. And until they’re changed, there cannot be anything up there but Christ. See? At the Wedding Supper. Without that Wedding Supper, there cannot be a Millennium. Now, when that starts to take place, It says there’s friends even of One, and Him as good as dead. So therefore, understanding the hour in which we live, all things being made subject to Him. We are what I’ve been talking about. This same place. Once you’re His son, you end up with Him in New Jerusalem. You can’t stop It. See? There’s no way you can go. You’ve got to go right there. See? [Hebrews 11:] (13) (All these) died … (and having not seen) the promises), but having seen them afar off, … were persuaded … and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims… (14) For they that say such things…declare plainly that they seek a city. (15) … mindful of that country from whence they came out, … 31. In other words, It says right here, if you’re mindful of what you came out of, you’ll go back. That’s why so many folk are going back to Pentecost right now. The last report I got, was a friend of mine down south, they've gotten prayer meetings til midnight, and everybody is “Hallelujah, wonderful!” When did the prophet allow prayer meetings in the church? He said, “Go home, and do your praying.” See? Getting them raised, for the time you won’t be able to go to church, except maybe just kind of sneaking around trying to have a little fellowship. Going right back to where they came out of. (16) … now they desire a better country, that is, (don’t look back, that is the) heavenly: wherefore God is not ashamed to be called their God: (that’s real faith, see?) for he hath prepared for them a city. (17) By faith Abraham, when he was tried, offered up Isaac… (and so on, right on down the line.) Now, …getting toward the end of this chapter, he says in verse 32. (32) And what shall I more say? for the time would fail me to tell of Gedeon, and of Barak, and of Samson, and of Jephthae; … And notice, He is naming names. What names? In the Book of Life, and the Lamb’s Book of Life. Now, what happened when the Book of Redemption is opened? That was by faith. We believe we were called into the reading of the will, in order to hear our names, in that Book. 32. Now, all these died in faith. And verse 39. (39) …having obtained a good report … received not the promise: They’re not in the kingdom yet. They never got it. But you know we go right into It? Absolutely, the Bride goes plumb right into the Millennium. And that’s the Bride standing here. (40) God having provided some better thing for us, that they without us should not be made perfect. Now, you can take that to the Old Testament, or the New Testament. Which way do you go? You can take It right here now, where the dead are going to come out of the ground. But, there’s no such thing as them getting anything without us getting it. So, therefore, we don’t die we’re going to be getting it. No matter how you look at it. 33. Now, [Hebrews 12:] (1) Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us… (which is unbelief) (2) Looking unto Jesus author and finisher of our faith; … Doesn’t say, looking to William Branham, or someone else. See? (3) For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, …(and so on.) (5) And have (you) forgotten the exhortation which speaketh unto you as unto children, My son, despise not thou the chastening of the Lord, nor faint when thou art rebuked (to) him: (9) Furthermore, we have had fathers of our flesh which corrected us, and we gave them reverence: shall we not much rather be in subjection unto the Father of spirits, and live? Now watch. It says here, that they died. Over here, He tells you that they’re not going to die. Now watch it. That’s what He’s talking about, chapter 11, it continues right on in chapter 12. These all died in faith, not having received the promise. They died, they’re going to come up and get it. Now It says right here, there is a period of correction going on. (9) Furthermore, we have had fathers of our flesh which corrected us, and we gave them reverence: shall we not much rather be in subjection unto the Father of spirits, and live? And I don’t believe that He is talking here for one minute about being born again. He’s talking about your conduct of being, when you are born again. That’s taking you right back to 1 Corinthians 15: again. Where It says here, (23) …every man in his own order: Christ the first fruits; afterward they that are Christ's at (the Parousia). They that are Christ’s at His Presence. Not over there, but Him right down here. Remember Christ the Holy Spirit, the anointing. 34. All right: [Hebrews 12:] (10) For they verily for a few days (they) chastened us after their own pleasure; but he for our profit, that we might be partakers of his holiness. (11) Now no chastening for the (time seems) to be joyous, but grievous: … afterward (even) the peaceable fruit of (the Spirit) … (12) Wherefore lift up the hands which hang down, and the feeble knees; (13) And make straight paths for your feet, lest that which is lame be turned out of the way; but let it rather be healed. (14) Follow peace with all men, holiness, without no man shall see (God.) (15) Looking diligently lest any…root of bitterness springing up… (there.) (16) (Talks about the) fornicator, … Esau, …(who would’ve come in, but, it was too late. Now listen:) (18) For (you) are not come unto the mount that might be touched, and that burned with fire, nor unto blackness, and darkness, and tempest, (19) And the sound of a trumpet, and the voice of words; which voice they that heard intreated that the word should not be spoken to them any more: And they’re saying right today, “There’s no more Word.” Now you tell me, they’re not the same as Israel. (20) (For they could not endure that which was commanded, (military) And if so much as a beast touch the mountain, it shall be stoned, or thrust through with a dart: (21) And so terrible was the sight, that Moses said, I exceedingly (quake and fear:) (22) But ye are come unto (the mountain) Sion, unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of (messengers) angels, (23) To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect, 35. They without us, cannot be made perfect. There’s coming a time when perfection, Paul said we’re going to go to …?.... And at that time, that hairline is going to be so small, we’re going to taste of the heavenly gifts, the good Word of God. Everything that absolutely that’s relevant to the things of Almighty God. And they’re still going to miss It. Because the mind, the veil is upon the mind. Now, they’ll will never be the same. (25) See that (you) refuse not him that speaketh. For if they escaped not who refused him that spake on earth, much more shall not we escape, if we turn away from him that (is) from heaven: Now, that One is going to speak, and He’s going to speak. And that One who’s going to speak is from heaven. Now watch: Remember, the Parousia, It is not a little voice, It is the voice of Jesus Christ, when It comes to the Shout. (26) Whose voice then shook the earth: but now he hath promised, saying, Yet once more I shake not the earth only, but also heaven. (27) And this word, Yet once more, signifieth the removing of those things that are shaken, as of things that are made, that those things which cannot be shaken may remain. (28) Wherefore we receiving a kingdom (notice He says wherefore, He’s leading up to the wherefore) we receive a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear: (29) For our God is a consuming fire. He takes them right to the kingdom, the fire of destruction, and the lake of fire. When does It start? It starts with the Parousia. See? 36. Now, let’s go back to Galatians. I know I’m talking fast, that’s okay. If I don’t need to see, you don’t need to worry. Gal. 4: 4-7 [correction] (4) …when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law, (5) To redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons. Now remember, the redemption is three-fold. The body, soul, and spirit, just like sanctification. (6) …because (you) are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father. Now, that’s looking forward to the adoption. Now, Bro. Branham said, “When the child is thoroughly trained. And that child is ready to take over the inheritance, that’s the time that God will lead him forth, and manifests him.” Now, I don’t believe that Bro. Branham, ever uttered in one place that he’d be manifested to the world. I can’t find it, as far as I know, and I’ve got all the series, …I can’t recall one place where he said the age of manifesting is over. But he did in 'Spoke Word is the Original Seed', the Bride would have the Word, and know what to do with it, or, shut up. Military command. Under obedience. Under insturction. See? Now, that’s what I looked at today, that we are coming under subjection. The coming under the subjection is definitely, the doing of God. 37. For it says, [Hebrews 12:] (9) Furthermore, we have had fathers of our flesh, we gave them reverence …shall we (not much rather be in) subjection unto the Father of (all of our) spirits, and live? (See?) Showing that there is subjection, that the Father is doing. For no man anyways, they perform as within Him, by Himself, the power. Do you ever make anything light to God, and ever be the Resurrection any more than Abraham could? He simply believed God. And God had to come down in the last little while, and shake the liver out of him and Sarah, to get them to believe. Is that what they’ll believe when the heat comes on? It’s possible. Are we going to believe when the dead come out of the ground? That is more than possible, we certainly will. See? There is progression. And the progression lies as God is bringing under subjection. See? It is God doing it, bringing it under Jesus Christ. So therefore, as Bro. Branham said, “They have that Word, and they know what to do with It.” And they will never use anything, unless God tells him. They are walking in that, that shows that the Bride is under subjection, to the military Headship of Jesus Christ. That the Shout actually, was a military command, of getting the people in the ranks. And that rank is very, very simple. Because it simply means, that the latter rain decide to say that everyone knows what part of the body is. They prophesied this and that, and it was entirely wrong. No man can do this, but God. And it won’t be done by people laying hands on you. It’ll be by Almighty God. Because the Spirit of God, is what’s going to lead you, and be with you, the same as God, dealt with Abraham and every one of these people. 38. Now, going to [1 Thessalonians] chapter 13, actually brings out this fact here, that God is keeping, (16) … the Lord himself shall descend(s) from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, (the shout is a military command) So therefore, God is speaking, the speaking is on earth. The One from heaven doing the speaking the thunders are on earth, not in heaven. All right. We’re going to receive a kingdom, that by the consuming fire, which is God, the Pillar of Fire, leading us. Let brotherly love continue. [Bro. Vayle is mixed up here, I rearranged it, he picks up chapter 13 below Frank] 39. Okay, 1 Corinthians 12:31 (31) But covet earnestly the best gifts: (desire them earnestly) yet (there's) a more excellent way. . And the excellent way, is having the excellence Spirit. Now, the excellent Spirit (See?) goes all the way to the very end. [1 Corinthians 13:] (9) …we know in part, prophesy in part. (10) …that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away. (11) (Once)When … I understood as a child, … (that was fine) …I put (it away now, I'm understanding as a man.) And understanding as a man, I understand Melchisedec. And what is Melchisedec? The great High Priest. I understand exactly the Commander, the Head of the Church, is a High Priest, you won’t lose one single one. See? That great same High Priest is standing there. Now, what is it going to be? He’ll be transformed one day, not just a High Priest, but the Great High King. But, that time hasn’t come yet. Because God is putting all things under subjection. And every single Bride that was lost, is being brought back to Jesus Christ. To God, He is Holy Ghost, not Jesus. Not Jesus, God is doing It. Jesus was sitting there, behind the throne, so that God can do it. And that Blood is seen on the Mercy Seat. And Christ there is mediator, and Christ there is intercessor. Every single law has passed, as God come in, in His own day. Heaven’s Church Ages. See? Bringing the Bride in, bringing her up, up, up. Until the last time now, at the very end-time, the Church has a glimpse of Melchisedec. Showing you need to approach manhood. It’s time for manifestation. And believe you’ll know what manifestation is, you’ll find out if you’re the Bride, you’ll be in the Rapture. If you’re not Bride, you won’t be in a Rapture, just like …?... That’s the showdown. You don’t have a Mount Carmel showdown. The prophet had the Mount Carmel showdown… Elijah. We don’t have that. We’re going to have the Mount Zion. See? 40. Now, (11) …understood as a child, thought as a child, became man, put away childish things. (12) For now we see through a glass, darkly; then face to face: now I know in part; then shall I know even as also I am known. (13) And now abideth faith, hope, (and love) … Now, at the end-time, remember this will never do what this does. You’ve got to have love in all It’s true gifts, but this continues, …that Spirit continues, but at the end-time, there is what we saw over here in Ephesians. That 1st chapter, which I mentioned to you. (17) … the spirit of …(revelation and wisdom) the knowledge of (God Himself) (18) …(enlightening their eyes.) … that (we) may know… And now the knowledge, is the impartation of the knowledge of Him, for His Own person. Not the knowledge of us concerning His person. But the knowledge of Him, concerning His Own person. 41. So, back there to what’s back here, and Bro. Branham brought us, to the understanding of Melchisedec. It was the very fact that at this very present hour, what we saw, was the ending off of redemption. The Bride was closing up, the high priestly ministry was going all the way. It would soon be over concerning the Gentile Bride. We’ll be gone, and then that One who will be eventually, when the last Bride is in its changed, and let’s face it, when the last dead one is raised, and the last one is changed, we will be there waiting in a dimension, for the Bride will be brought to Him. And when that Bride will be brought to Him by the Holy Ghost, then God Himself slips into Christ. And God incarnate leads the mighty army back here to take over. See? Yep, that’s exactly what It’s going to do. But always, it’s going to be that God become glorified. And may understand, when you hear me preach this way, you begin to understand the doctrine of the Godhead. One God. His Name is Lord Jesus Christ. But there’s one Man, He’s the temple of Almighty God. When God's into Him, …you can call Him Lord Jesus Christ. 42. Now, we go back again to Philippians 3, while we’re looking at that very thing, two or three times. And It said: (20) For our (citizenship) is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ: (21) Who shall change our vile (bodies)… But Jesus the man, does not change our vile bodies. It was the power that raised Him, and changed Him, is the same power is going to raise us, and change us, and that’s God, the Holy Ghost. He’s God. Where do you get three Gods out of that? Now, you begin to see why Bro. Branham preached the Godhead the way he did it. What’s going on now? And I believe tonight, I can’t say, because, I am not a prophet. And I’m not God, and I’m not this, and I’m not that. You can be what you want to be. I don’t know, I just teach a little bit. And I do my best to teach it, but I believe at this hour, what I told you to be correct. You are coming into the manifestation of the sons of God. Which is a Bride brought under subjection. Yet, she doesn’t talk, or say, or try to be. That’s why you see …?... evolve all the time. She’s shut up and come to the place she’s willing. And the right spirit, and the right attitude. To have God deal with her, and remember God is doing that, to bring her to that place because, it’s got to be God. For therefore, God is bringing everything under subjection to Jesus Christ. And at this time He’s bringing a Bride into subjection that can walk into immortality, because He alone has it. 43. Now let’s go to James, going to take a few more Scripture, just to run them through, because I said I have gone to every Scripture, that you have brought out two or three, you’re hearing it all tonight. The word ‘subjection’ is being used, and you can see exactly what it is. James 4: and the verse7, It says to: “Submit yourselves therefore to God, resist the devil, and he’ll flee.” In other words, just as it’s a military rank, it’s a military call. We ought to submit ourselves to God, as the general issued, has the authority. And there’s no way out. Now remember, the Bible distinctly says, that at the end-time, those who don’t submit to God, It says that rock carved without hands, came down from the mountain, and those who were not part of the kingdom, were ground to powder. And the kingdom of God stood right on earth. That’s exactly true, because, the Bride is going to be standing right here on earth, but not divisible in a dimension, and she’ll be standing there. I never could figure it. But I knew that kingdom will be here on earth, and they’ll be God standing here possessing that kingdom. And not even lift one foot off the ground, and that’s 'Thus Saith the Lord', from the Word of Almighty God. It’s all a dimension, she’ll be standing right here and owing it all. You’ll be caught up in that dimension to be with Him, to see Him face to face. (Yes sir) Because you’re already like Him. Remember, because He said, “I don’t do one thing until my Father tells me.” And He shows me what to do. Oh, a lot of people had a big idea, they were going to be the great big shot. They’re going to be the manifested son. In New York, and all the rest of them, said, believe, believe, believe. They just blew too hot in his own fire consumed him. Because they’ve got nothing to show Him, but, a whole lot of hogwash. 44. Bro. Branham talked about the woman …?... [inaudible comments] "Look at me, look at me, look at me, see what we've got." And humbly hoping to be under the Headship of Him, who’s the Head. Let me tell you something, there’s no Headship of Jesus Christ, unless God the Holy Ghost, is here to do it. That’s all you want. It's impossible. I maybe see why God told me, when I preached the series last summer, on …?... I don't know about you, but I want to go on with God, cruddy and rotten as I am, I’ve got my faith in Him whose the Living God. I don’t think my faith is wrong, because I think it lines with Scripture very, very beautifully...perfectly. I go very fast, and run back and forth. But I believe that’s the way to do it. 1 Peter 2:12-13 [correction] (12) Having your (behavior) honest among the Gentiles: that, whereas they speak against you as evildoers, they may by your good works, which they shall behold, glorify God in the day of visitation. (13) Submit yourselves to every ordinance of man for the Lord's sake: whether it be to the king, as supreme; (and so on. See?) Then, in verse 18. (18) Servants, be subject to your masters with all fear; not only to the good and gentle, but also to the froward. That’s a tough one, isn’t it? You just want to get back at them. Chapter 3, and the verse 1. (1) Likewise, (you) wives, be in subjection to your own husbands; that, if any obey not the word, they also may without the word be won by the (behavior) of the wives; 45. Now, that’s that to be taken like this here, and flattened down flat. I heard a lot of carping of the wives on about their husbands. Well, you jealous of them of something? What’s going on, anyway? If you’ve got something so great, then ask it. I said the other Sunday, “A man, like ought to…like Christ be angry with his wife.” But It says something about a wife being something under a man's …?.... Now, if I hit you hard, it’s your tough luck. I’ve got a good wife. …?... …?... I can’t understand what I’ve got. I’m trying to keep your husbands by looking extra good. So, that’s fine, I like to see a woman look good. If she looks frowzy and doughty my wife did, I'd be tramp on her the odd time, because she might look a little frowzy, I'll be honest with you. I want her good. Not because my sight failing for you. You know something? Philip the consort of Queen Elizabeth, he trimmed her right down. She’s an example for the whole world of an obedient wife, a good mother. She shouldn't be ruler of it, unless God lets her be one. Keep the body in …?... I admire no woman in this world, the world, like I admire Queen Elizabeth. She used to ride side-saddle at least. …?... You have them in Lima if you want if you want them. You don't have them around here as far as I'm concerned. …?... that’s their business, not mine. You want to spit on them. I like the queen, good old queen. But do you know something? Maybe she types the Bride. She’s the queen, but she listens to the prince. When he cracks the whip, she doesn’t run to mom. The women run to mom, all the time. Why doesn’t she run to papa? Well I quit on that. I'll not quit preaching …?... Says right here, "subjection." I Don’t believe a …?... man could beat a woman, around here, would be like that. 46. Now listen. [correction] [1 Peter 3:] verse 5. (5) For this manner in the old time the holy women also, who trusted in God, adorned themselves, being in subjection unto their own husbands: (What's the real adornment? Subjection.) Now, the church today, with this manifestation bit, they want the adornment. “Oh, don’t look at me, I’ve got a gift.” And then I give you two words, and you all shout and scream, (you know) and know when to fall down in droves. Haven’t said about a …?...yet. What, no respect in this lousy joint? Guess, I got to get over it. Must he adorned me of the male? …?... You want j jewels? You want to look beautiful? Got it made. See? Now, you can’t do it by yourself. But you’ve got help by the Holy Ghost. Now, what I’m talking about also tonight, it’s not just that little condo bit. I'm been talking an awful lot about your body, and my body being changed. That’s something we can't do, that's something God does. We’re talking about subjection, and we're showing you that same word, is military, in its’ demands. Firing squad, verse 22. He’s gone into heaven. And is at the right hand of God. Angels, authorities and power being made subject unto Him. Being made. In the process of. [1 Peter] 5:5 (5) Likewise…younger, submit yourselves (to) the elder…(what about that?) Yea, all of you be subject one to another, be clothed with humility: for God (resists) the proud, and giveth grace to the humble. (6) Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, … 47. Now, what’s this little thought about? A subjection. Coming under the authority. Coming under the word of command for the hour. Now, I submit to you, that that’s going on tonight. Going on at this minute. The world was entirely oblivious. When I preached the Parousia, I never could get…never did get brother…I couldn't get him to. I think he forgot. I wanted him to check to see if I preached the Parousia, the authentic way that Bro. Branham preached the truth. Back in March 1977, as in 1963 in March, the Seals were opened, right? I’ve got an idea. Two seven's went by, before I preached the Parousia, ( in about, what is it, eighty minutes, about eighty minutes or so) a four-hour sermon as of this moment. And more hours, as I go into it. Preaching the Presence of Him. Who is subjecting, all things under the feet of Jesus. Because, if God Holy Spirit, is not here to raise the dead and change us at this hour, there will not be a Bride literally under the feet of Jesus. Which means, He is the complete Head. But there’ll be a Bride that'll be New Jerusalem. We’re that pyramidal city. And remember, a mountain is a pyramid. Mount Zion, pyramidal structure, because it’s the mountain, (a pyramid) And there at the top is that Man, …I said Man, Jesus Christ, and above Him is God, veiled in a Pillar of Fire. And before they call, He’ll will answer, and the lamb lies down with the wolf. And all things under subjection, for God has put everything under His feet. And God is doing it now, this hour, my brother my sister. Under the Seventh Seal, it’s the end of all counting. And he said, Bro. Branham even without repeating himself, and not blundering, said, “The Seventh Seal, is the end of the Seven Seal.” In other words, there isn’t one more seal to go. There isn’t another bunch to go. 48. What was started in the Seventh Seal, which starts in Revelation 10:7, when that One comes down, which is the Parousia. It begins to put all of these things, which have not yet been put under Him, because they haven’t been. Death has not been put under Him yet. That’s just one of them. And that was not very hard, and death will not be. Death will be stopped by God. Put under Him, at the Lake of Fire, the whole thing is gone. See? That all things are being put under Him. And in His Presence now, that the end has begun. And that Presence, is bringing a Resurrection, and an opportunity, not an opportunity, but being the remainder, right to the Tree of Life, in the condition that they can go and eat and live forever in that condition. Do you see why, the Millennium is something, and there's something in there that no man has ever plumbed. Yes sir, there’s something in there so wonderful. To have believed that somehow God [inaudible comments] I believe, that there would be something formed …?...because that would make them (what?) that billions and billions …?... I don’t know. I can’t, I haven't the least idea that for years I believed, that there was a great mystery that lay there, and we’d never see it, until it was too late. 49. In other words, you would have to be saved in …?... What lies there? I don’t know. Could it be that there’s a juncture, between immortality in a specific form, where it could change to another specific form, you could say is beyond …?... ? But I know one thing tonight, it started. I don’t care what the world says. I know He’s here. And for one reason that starts the end-time subjection. And remember, don’t you try to do it, because you’re not going to make it work. All you can do as the prophet, he said, “I was just one standing there, that against my better will. I wanted to be a trapper. But I declared to do my Father’s will. I was just a voice, and what …?... Because I knew He didn't like that.” You know, it's amazing you got so afraid of the future, you have nothing to be afraid of. Really, because if He is bringing everything under subjection, and believe me brother/sister, I don't care if the devil himself is present, incarnated, that’s fine by me. 50. The Bible says, “When you are under submission to Him, and It takes God to make It all in. To bring it to pass, under Christ. He said the devil will flee. Because, he …?... Like I haven’t had much luck either. Well, I don’t suppose, many people have. Funny nervous hour, the seat of all diabolical cunning. To give a sensation the world has ever seen. The love of money which is idolatry. Immorality which is so opened. I was stunned the other day talking to a woman in Lazarus. She'd watch TV. I kind of wish I had had a TV the night she saw her TV, but I guess I was in church anyway, I couldn't see him. I think she said it was on ‘60 Minutes’. [TV News program]It's the gays are controlling San Francisco, and I guess the mayor is a kind of a lesbian. I don’t know, she's a mess I guess. That if we vote for you and we get in, you give a policeman that'll wink his eye what's going on. And now they saw the parks are full men committing homosexuals acts with men, in the presence of even children. That’s right the devil has got them in subjection. The devil’s got the world just where he wants it. You thik that God hasn’t got the Bride, where He wants her? You think He won’t get her there? 51. Sarah stood there at the very hour of their typing to our immortality. And he is physically, but not spiritually in very bad shape. But his faith was not peaked and neither was Sarah's. And she laughed up her sleeve as Bro. Branham said. …?... And God said, “Why did Sarah laugh?” [inaudible comments] …? … she had the son. You know why? Because God, brought that body, into subjection. God did it. Do you follow what I’m trying to say right now? Throw that into the manifestation of sons of God, throw it into every area. And we have got the wind-up. What is in the wind-up? God Himself, has got to do, you and I cannot pass It. You and I cannot toss It. You and I cannot birth It. It is by faith. And God is going to do It. Now if you believe that you’re in that end hour tonight, do you believe He approved? Now, I’m sorry, so many people don’t. …?... So, He's got to come back. But the ones who …?... But they don't believe. I preached the Parousia, it goes over their heads. I want to tell you something: I don’t pretend for one minute, that my conduct is such, that you could say, “Bro. Vayle, as one way I look at, I know he believes in the Presence of God." Now, you can’t say that. I going to tell you something. It’s getting deeper and deeper. The mechanics are getting more and more accepted, and more and more confirmed. And all it will take, is one little breath, as in God breathing Adam that breath of lives. He set on fire the reality that I know that He is here. And if it'll work for me, it'll work for you, because God is going to do it. He brought the Shout, He brought the revelation., He brought the truth. He’ll bring the dead out of the ground. In the meantime, He’ll bring us to that place where the dead can come out. Don't push for it, there’s been so much havoc. Every spirit's been manifested. Look, don’t worry about these signs, or anything kiddo. If you’re a mess, you'll be manifested…?.... If you’re a make believer, it’ll come out. If you’re an unbeliever, there is a …?... You can’t help it, because God …?... If you’re a real believer, no problem. …?... You follow me? Lord bless you, let’s rise. Heavenly Father, we thank You again, for the privilege of coming together. To go through more Scriptures concerning the fact of the subjection to see that, even as the earth subjects them in order in the home, in the land, in the church, there is one mystically going on wherein at this moment, the last great measure, is being accomplished by our Father was in heaven. But is now down here amongst the Bride. Bringing us into a subjection which we ourselves are not even perhaps aware of. But by faith, you believe it, because of the Parousia, the Presence. To raise the dead, and to changed us, and in the meantime, especially people, as Your prophet said, “A super, super race approaching the headstone, getting right ready to leave Him. Who will be incarnated God, and they will have the Word, and know what to do with It.” The other’s say nothing, and do nothing. Ah yes, Lord. Walking in the light, as He is in the light. And having fellowship one with another, and the Blood of Jesus Christ cleansing from all sin. How perfect, delightful, how wonderful. And again, Lord, we say with Your prophet, and try to mean it with all our hearts. “If we’re not Bride, there’s a Bride out there somewhere, and by the grace of God we’ll not stand in her way.. By faith and thoughts of faith tonight the prophet said, "With thoughts of grace, I place myself to Thee, to the people Lord." And we can say what thoughts of grace, we believe You’re immersed in us, and us immersed in in You. And we are one, and one daym\, Lord, soon the Bride will be one as we are one, with You in the Vertical, horizontal. We’ll come right together, and all the world will know You. That the days of the Son of man had been sent. Now have been sent. The very Spirit, the Logos, is here. And we thank You for that. Now, unto the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only wise God, be all power, and honor and glory through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen. Lord bless you, let’s sing a song. ‘Take the Name of Jesus with You.’ All Things in Subjection to Christ (0680) Page PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 1
